MTLNOVEL Chapter 7: Chapter 6 Power
"Don't worry about anything princess, I am use to cleaning so I will do it, and you just have to wait" Kiros said with a smile, getting to do his job, but Luna also nodded her head, saying,
"Thanks Kiros, but you don't have to do everything alone, we can do it together" Luna says with a smile, reassuring Kiros that he don't have to work so hard like he use to do.
"But.." Kiros was touched by this and was about to refuse but was intrupped by Lyra, "Princess, where are our things? Why didn't they bring it to us yet?".
"Oh right? I didn't even think about it and was concentrating on other things" Luna replied in frustration, looking at Lyra, forgetting what she was even talking about.
"Don't worry, Princess, I will get that for you. I am sure, it will be in the palace office" Kiros says, reassuring them with a smile.
"Thank you so much Kiros" Luna said with a smile and by her way of talking, Lyra can tell Luna started to trust this new guy but she is not that easy to please so she stepped between them and says, "No, I will come with you, I don't trust you at all!".
"I can understand and you have lots of days and months to trust me" He said with a smile and then turning around, walking away to get our things.
"No matter how many days or months you stay with us, I will never trust you!" She argues back, following with that angry face.
Luna smiled and shook her head, seeing both of them walking out of the palace and then she turned around to look at the condition once again, letting out a sigh and got down to work, while tying her hair high so it won't disturb them.
It took them 2 to 3 hours to get back and within that time, Luna already cleaned the rooms she selected for her, Lyra and Kiros.
Even though it is not supper clean but for the time being, it is much better than the rest of the palace.
She let out a sigh and her lips curled into a smile, as she looks at the work she has done.
"What is this, Princess?!" Lyra placed everything down on the floor with a dramatic expression on her face while looking at Luna and then the room.
"I… just cleaned these 2 rooms while you guys were away" Luna said with a smile, looking at both of them, who is actually so shocked.
"Princess, what the hell is this? You have never done these things before?! And we will take this from here, so change your dress and relax" Lyra says with a sigh, looking at Luna with disappointment.
"Okay" Luna nods her head and just went to check her things while Lyra shook head in disappointment.
"Princess, you have done a very good job, and I am really impressed that a royal can even do hard labor" Kiros says with a smile, looking at the cleaned room.
That's when Luna realized what mistake she have done. Princess don't do had work, so she would never do this good of a job. This can make people doubt about her identity. Even though she believed that Kiros is not bad, but still, she shouldn't have let him know this side.
"No, I just don't like dirty places and it just irritates me, so I got to work and moreover, I have always done my work. In the human world, all the royals do their own work too" Luna said with a smile, trying to make him understand that this is not strange in the human world, trying to be normal.
"Wow" He says, so surprised as he looks at Luna with a huge smile, and says, "I already love human world and I wish I was born there and be with my mother, instead of here, where even my dad hates me that he throw me into this palace as a slave as soon as I was born". His eyes wells up with tears as he says the last sentence.
Both Luna and Lyra was shocked and tried to comfort him but they don't know what to say so they just kept quite while gently patting his shoulder.
"I am good" Kiros let out a huge sigh, looking at Luna with a smile, and then says, "Princess, just wait for a few minutes, let me repair this room for you using my power".
"You can do that with your power?" Both Luna and Lyra asked at the same things, looking at him with a wide eyes.
"Yes…." He says confused, looking at them with a small smile, and then says, "if you guys want, then you can watch it".
"Okay" Both said at the same time with a huge smile on their face.
Then he turned around, and for the first time, he was excited to use his magic to do something. As a half werewolf, he is not good at the magic like other werewolves and it just became so hard for him even to have confidence in the power he has as others can do 10 times much better then him.
But this is the first time, someone is so excited to see him show his power. It felt like he was flexing it and he liked that feeling.
He closed his eyes, raising his hand and whispers something while all the things in the room raises.
Luna and Lyra's eyes widens in shock as they looks at eachother and then back at Kiros who is still closing his eyes and doing something. Then they turned back to look at the things.
Within few minutes, all the unwanted dirt, dust and the smell goes out of the window while the furnishes came back to its places. Even the floor turned clean, leaving behind only the broken places unfinished.
Kiros turned to them with a smile, asking, "How is that?".
Luna started to clap her hands, saying, "Wow, that looks so good! I am so impressed!". Lyra nods her head, saying, "It's good, and your presence helped us but that doesn't mean I will trust you".
