Valerie let out with a breathe keeping her from adding anything about him being the one responsible for her inability not to have been able to secure one.

However, his anger does not seem to be quench by her honest answer as his grabbed tightened and she swallowed her groan of the pain in.

Perhaps he want another answer but Valerie has no idea what he wants and his scowl only grew more scary.

"You dare dream of getting investment in my territory huh? What do you think I would just let you off after what you did?" he asked looking furious.

Tony push her away and conceal the disappointment that she has in fact forgotten about what they had shared and has only come back for her self sake and not because she felt that she is in debt to him.

Then he will just have to make her feel indebted to him and make her pay in a tremendous way.

"Tony…?"

She called out and Tony who has just turned around halt in his steps at the sudden intimacy sound of her voice, his heart feels a bit of nervousness but it soon become anger.

Valerie paused grabbing her skirt by the side as she called out to him, her brains searched desperately for the words to begin with for an apologize.

She know what she did wrong and have no excuse for it, but no matter how much she would apologize, she had still be hiding a whole lot from him.

Right now, what he believe is that she is a bastard daughter who had tried to steal what was not hers.

"Don't call me that" Tony resorted sternly without turning back to her and walk to his seat.

Valerie stand still and wait for him to grant her the permission to sit but when he wouldn't she proceed to ask him the most shameless question.

"I came to plead with you" she starts and Tony scoff silently not giving his attention.

He has not yet started and she has already given up, well that's not fun now, is it?

"You are making it less fun by giving up too soon" he told her.

Fun? Of course he was having fun with her helpless situation, she has forgotten he was that kind of man.

"What would I do for you to stop?" Valerie find herself voicing out and the countenance on his face changes a little bit.

Alec frown his face when Yao told him that Tony has a visitor and wouldn't want anyone else in his office.

He could not think of anyone so important for him to have wanted such privacy and even instruct his assistant not to let him in but he nods and go find a resting room to stay till he was done.

Jacob who was sitting in the empty room waiting for Valerie quickly notice Alec as he walk into the room and take a seat adjacent him.

He feel himself getting nervous and try not to hold his breathe perhaps it would be possible for Alec not to see him.

"Are you okay?" Alec asked seeing the muffled expression on Jacob's face and thought he was choking.

"I'm fine" he said and release the withhold breathe with a loud gasp.

He has been a fan of Alec Biars ever since high school and have got a big crush on him even though he thinks that he is probably straight after a scandal between him and one of his female muse broke out on the Internet.

Jacob lift his eyes to steal a glance at him but he was quickly shaken to see him staring right at him and look anxiously away and get up to grab a cup of water.

Absent minded, he press on the hot water instead and the thin glass he has chosen made it burn his fingertips that he drop the glass immediately.

The sound of the shattering glass made Alec rush to him and pull him away from the broken pieces.

"Are you alright?" he asked staring at the young man in the eyes but he still to be dumb struck.

Jacob try not to get freaked out but with Alec's hands grabbing his back so closely makes his brains scream out and his face turned purple.

"Yes I'm fine" he shake him off after gathering himself and move away.

He looked at the mess he has made and bend down to clean it up but Alec grab his arm before he could.

"I will call the cleaners to take care of it, you would hurt yourself" he said with concern

But to his surprise, the young man shook his hands off and snapped at him instead.

"Is this how you go about making judgement about people without knowing them?"

He grab a piece and like a fool it pierce his finger, Alec wasn't sure if he should make jest of his foolish stubbornness and grab him up.

Seeing his face whine up in pain at the cut, he unbelievably find the young boy kind of cute and clear his throat.

"You should go get that treated" he pointed to his index finger bleeding.

"I'm waiting for my Boss" he replied and raise his finger up to lick on it and Alec quickly stop him.

"Come sit" he lead him back to the sofa.

Tony pushed his glasses up at her question and have a thought, a good way to punish her and enjoy it as much as he needed.

"In that case, move in with me" he let out and Valerie's face wind up in confusion.

"What?" she asked unsure she heard right.

"If you want my forgiveness, then you should do what I want, not that you have much choice now do you?" he sneered and Valerie feel her body shook.

She really can't think of a good reason why moving into his house would make him forgive her.

Unless, he has something horrible planned for her. Perhaps a plan to lock her in a basement for the rest of her life.
