Roshi was already prepared and shifted into his Tailed Beast form in an instant, dodging the Water Cannon's shots.

"Fly in circles, and go higher. If he hits us, we're both toast!"

With that, the Giant Winged Dragonfly shot up hundreds of meters. By the time Roshi completed the Tailed Beast Bomb, Hattori was just a small dot in the sky.

Seeing this, Roshi sighed and gave up.

With that, he reverted from the Tailed Beast form, preparing to leave. 

But as soon as he transformed back, something unexpected happened.

Five golden chains suddenly shot up from the ground, piercing his limbs and holding him in place, making him unable to move! 

At the same time, a mocking voice reached his ears.

"Looks like maybe you won't have to wait a hundred years after all!"
