Chapter 3: Date With MILF

Travis stepped inside, the old wooden floor creaking beneath his feet as he lowered himself onto the worn-out chair by the desk. He exhaled sharply, his fingers drumming against the armrest as he pulled out his phone and dialed the number he had received earlier. The ringing barely lasted a second before the call was picked up.

"Hello, this is the manager speaking," a woman's voice answered, crisp and professional.

Travis leaned back, a smirk playing on his lips. "Good evening. I was calling about the store—I was told someone else is interested in purchasing it?"

There was a brief pause before the woman responded, "Yes, that's correct. Another buyer has expressed interest, and they seem quite serious about it."

His grin widened. "I see. Would you be able to provide me with their contact information? I'd like to negotiate directly with them."

There was no hesitation on her end. "Of course. Let me give you their number."

Travis jotted it down quickly, thanked her, and ended the call. The moment the line went dead, he let out a victorious laugh and shot up from his chair. He spun on his heels, fists pumping in the air as he danced around his small apartment, the sheer excitement bubbling over.

'I got her number. Pretty easily at that,' he mused, running a hand through his hair. 'I thought I'd have to bribe that woman, but it seems she doesn't really care about her job.'

He plopped back onto the chair, his heart still racing from excitement, and immediately dialed the number. The line rang once, twice, and then—

"Hello?"

The voice that answered was smooth, almost melodic, yet laced with a hint of confusion.

Travis sat up straighter. "Yes, hello. Am I speaking to Ms. Ha Ye-Jung?" He kept his tone polite, careful not to come off as intrusive. He needed her curious, not annoyed.

There was a pause on the other end. Ha Ye-Jung frowned slightly, shifting on her plush couch as she set her glass of wine on the coffee table. She didn't recall giving out her personal number to anyone, let alone a stranger.

"Yes, you are," she finally said, her tone cautious. "Where did you get this number?"

Travis chuckled under his breath. "I got it from someone, but that's not something you need to worry about right now. I'm calling to schedule a meeting with you, Ms. Ha."

Ha Ye-Jung arched an eyebrow, intrigued despite herself. "Oh? What kind of meeting are we talking about? Sounds important."

Travis smirked. "Well, that's for you to find out. How about we meet tonight? I'll send you the location. Make sure to wear your best dress."

Before she could respond, the call ended with a soft beep.

Ha Ye-Jung pulled the phone away from her ear, blinking at the screen as the caller ID displayed his name: Travis. She tapped her nails against the glass of her wine, lips curling into an amused smile.

'Who the hell is this guy?' she thought, but instead of annoyance, a spark of intrigue flared in her chest.

She stood up, stretching lazily as she picked up her wine glass and headed towards the bathroom.

'Why not? I've been bored, honestly,' she mused, stepping into the large, marbled space. She took a slow sip of wine before setting it down near the sink.

'Who knows... I might get something fun out of this.'

With that, she turned on the water, the steam curling around her as she prepared for whatever the night had in store.

Travis sat at his desk, scrolling through restaurant listings on his phone, searching for the most exclusive dining spot in the area. After a few minutes of browsing, he found the perfect place—a luxurious twenty-story restaurant that catered only to the elite. Without hesitation, he booked the entire top floor, ensuring privacy for his meeting with Ha Ye-Jung.

Satisfied, he leaned back and exhaled before heading out to buy an outfit. He didn't want to go overboard with a suit, but he needed to look presentable. After browsing through a few stores, he settled on a sleek, well-fitted button-up shirt and tailored jeans—casual yet refined.

On his way back to the apartment, he spotted a familiar figure at the entrance—Nam Juho, the employee from the store. A grin spread across his face as he quickened his pace and called out.

"Yo!"

Nam Juho turned, eyes widening slightly before recognition set in. He chuckled. "Oh, hello. You're that customer from the store, right?"

Travis nodded. "Yeah, that's me. Didn't think I'd run into you here. You live in this building too? Small world."

They walked inside together, their footsteps echoing slightly in the lobby.

"You live here too?" Nam Juho asked, surprised. "Wow, that's unexpected. What floor are you on?"

"Third. What about you?"

Nam Juho's eyebrows lifted in amusement. "No way. I live on the third floor as well. Wait, don't tell me… You're the guy who moved into Room 23?"

Travis laughed. "Guilty. I wanted to introduce myself to my neighbors, but I've been too busy. Guess this counts as an introduction?"

"Yeah, I'd say so." Nam Juho grinned. "Hey, why don't we grab some beers later? I just need to clean up my place first."

Travis shrugged. "Sure. Just knock. If I answer, I'm home. If I don't, well… I've got plans tonight. Big date with a pretty woman."

Nam Juho smirked. "Oh? Well, good luck with that. Wait, I just realized—I don't even know your name yet."

"Travis," he said, extending a hand.

"Nam Juho." They shook hands before Nam Juho stepped toward his door. "See ya, man."

Just as he opened the door, a loud, unmistakable moan echoed through the hallway.

"~Ahh yes fuck me hard Oppa!~"

Travis raised an eyebrow, biting back a grin as Nam Juho turned to him with a sheepish expression.

"It's not porn, by the way," Nam Juho said quickly.

"Sure, buddy. Sure," Travis replied, shaking his head in amusement as he walked into his own apartment.

He sank onto his couch and pulled out his phone, typing out a message with the restaurant's location before sending it to Ha Ye-Jung.

Meanwhile, Ha Ye-Jung had already finished getting ready, slipping into a form-fitting black dress that accentuated her curves. Her makeup was flawless, her red lips a striking contrast to her porcelain skin. When the text came in, she glanced at her phone and smirked.

'Is he trying to impress me?' she thought, tapping a manicured nail against her screen.

...

'Alright, time to go. But how should I get there? I have my license, but buying a car on such short notice is impossible…'

A moment later, he dismissed the thought with a shrug. 'Guess I'll just take an Uber.'

He booked a ride and stepped outside to wait.

Travis, already en route, leaned back against the car seat, watching the city lights blur past the window.

'Never spoken to a MILF before. Hope I don't fumble,' he thought, smirking to himself.

When the car pulled up to the restaurant, he stepped out and looked up at the massive building. The towering structure was made of sleek black glass, reflecting the golden city lights. A long red carpet stretched from the entrance, and a line of luxury cars pulled up one by one, their passengers stepping out in expensive suits and designer dresses.

As he approached, a staff member scanned his reservation code, verifying his booking. Just as the process finished, a sleek black Mercedes Benz pulled up beside him.

Ha Ye-Jung stepped out, effortlessly graceful as she handed her keys to the valet. Her long legs moved with confidence as she walked toward the entrance, her dress hugging her figure in all the right places.

She noticed Travis almost immediately, watching as he stepped inside.

'is that him?' she thought, tilting her head slightly.

Unlike the other guests, who were mostly older men dressed in tailored suits, Travis stood out. Young, sharp, and handsome—but clearly not from this world of wealth.

'Interesting,' she mused, a small smile tugging at her lips.

The staff let her in without scanning her—she was a familiar face here. She followed behind Travis as they entered the grand lobby, walking toward the elevator.

A uniformed attendant stood inside, pressing the buttons. "Which floor, Sir and Madam?"

"Twenty," Travis said.

"Twenty," Ha Ye-Jung echoed.

They turned to each other, the moment hanging in the air.

Travis took a second to really look at her. Up close, she was stunning—her beauty wasn't just physical; it carried an aura of power and experience.

'She's as beautiful as a manhwa character,' he thought, resisting the urge to whistle in admiration.

Ha Ye-Jung studied him with equal curiosity. She had expected an older businessman, not someone so young.

'I didn't expect him to be so young… but he's handsome, that's for sure,' she thought, the corners of her lips lifting slightly.

As the elevator doors closed, the air between them grew thick with unspoken curiosity.

This night was about to get interesting.
