After I Lost My Cultivation, My Beautiful Disciples’ Devotion Turned Into Obsession

Chapter 4:

Chapter 4: Slaying the True Lords, Jiang Ningxuan’s Unyielding Heart:

Liu Qingxian stood frozen in place, staring at the spot where the two True Lords had been, their bodies now reduced to nothing.

No… No… No…

She had seen it with her own eyes—Chen Xuanyi was nothing more than a powerless cripple.

How did he release such terrifying power just now?

Was he secretly hiding his cultivation all this time?

No, that wouldn’t make sense. If it were a lie, there would have been no reason for him to abandon his disciples and leave alone. Everyone in the cultivation world knew how much Chen Xuanyi spoiled his disciples.

Once, a yellow-haired cultivator had insulted one of his disciples, and in response, Chen Xuanyi wiped out his entire nine-generation bloodline.

Even the earthworms near the entrance of his house were cut in half, and the eggs in his kitchen got scrambled.

If he really was hiding his strength, why would he leave?

That only left one possibility—Chen Xuanyi had used a powerful artifact to unleash that devastating attack.

She didn’t know how he managed to activate an artifact without any cultivation, but if that were the case… then he shouldn’t have another one of such horrifying power.

Just as she was deep in thought, Chen Xuanyi slowly turned his gaze toward her.

His eyes grew colder, filled with murderous intent.

Liu Qingxian panicked instantly and no longer dared to hesitate. She turned and fled at full speed, bringing her men with her.

Even though she had many doubts, she wasn’t willing to gamble her life on them.

Besides, everything she had just witnessed was too monstrous to comprehend. Just thinking about it made her tremble with fear.

Escape first!

Seeing her run, Chen Xuanyi shouted after her:

“You’re not leaving here alive!”

“Immortal Execution Fist! Mountain-Splitting Palm!”

“Stop running! Stand still!”

Hovering in midair, he yelled one technique after another in Liu Qingxian’s direction.

Liu Qingxian heard his voice and ran even faster, sweat pouring down her forehead.

She even zigzagged in an S-shaped pattern to avoid attacks, not daring to look back.

Meanwhile, Chen Xuanyi remained completely motionless.

Every technique he shouted… was fake.

Jiang Ningxuan tugged on her master’s sleeve, the corner of her mouth twitching.

“Wait… Master, why are you just shouting but not actually chasing her?”

Chen Xuanyi scratched his head, leaned close to her ear, and whispered,

“I’ll tell you a secret—I can only attack once per day.”

Since she was his first disciple, there was no need to hide the truth from her.

His first use of the system’s ability had been a bit sloppy, and he hadn’t expected its power to be so overwhelming. He had only aimed at the two charging True Lords, which allowed Liu Qingxian to escape.

But that was fine.

Sooner or later, he would personally march to the Liu family and wipe out every last one of them.

He had raised the Liu family to prominence, and he could just as easily erase them from existence.

Letting Liu Qingxian watch her entire clan be destroyed would be the only way to truly satisfy his hatred.

Killing her here would be too merciful.

For an enemy hated to the core, death alone was far too easy.

Jiang Ningxuan listened to her master’s words, and her expression became increasingly strange.

She had thought that after witnessing his godlike power, she would never be able to force herself on him again.

But now…

Master was still powerless against her!

Hehe… This is perfect!

Grinning mischievously, Jiang Ningxuan tightened her grip on his arm and dived downward.

With a loud thud, she slammed her master onto the ground, pinning him beneath her.

She grasped his shoulders, her breath warm and fragrant, her lips slightly parted.

“Master, there’s no one left to disturb us now.”

“You won’t reject me, will you?”

“That means we can hug as long as we want… and do whatever we want for as long as we want…”

Chen Xuanyi immediately pressed a hand against her stomach, shaking his head.

“Xuan’er, calm down!”

“I don’t dislike you, but isn’t this progressing a little too fast?!”

He had just survived a life-and-death battle, and now he had to deal with a romantic crisis?

Chen Xuanyi never expected that his first disciple still refused to give up.

After ten years of separation, their reunion had led straight to… this.

Who could possibly handle this situation?!

In his memory, the last time he saw her, she was a cute, naive little girl, always chattering non-stop around him.

She was also a terrible slacker, constantly daydreaming and getting distracted during cultivation.

But now…

Her personality hadn’t changed, but she had grown taller, her legs had gotten long and slender, her hands were delicate like jade, and her chest had…

Okay, he shouldn’t be looking.

It was… pretty big.

Jiang Ningxuan’s fiery red hair cascaded down her back, her ruby-like eyes sparkled, and her curvaceous body pressed against him.

In an instant, she tore off his upper robes, leaving him bare-chested.

“Not too fast at all,” she said firmly.

“Master, you don’t understand. I’ve had a crush on you for so long. I was just too scared to confess before…”

“For the past ten years, I’ve been training in secret tracking techniques that you taught me—just so I could find you before the other disciples did.”

Chen Xuanyi’s expression wavered.

Jiang Ningxuan had always hated cultivation.

She was lazy, and in the past, she only trained because he forced her to.

Yet now, she had endured ten years of grueling practice, mastering an extremely difficult tracking technique just to find him.

She had poured all of her emotions into her actions.

At that moment, her devotion to him was undeniable.

Just as he was lost in thought, Jiang Ningxuan’s voice snapped him back to reality.

“It’s been ten years. Let me check if Master has changed!”

With serious determination, she ran her hands over every muscle on his upper body.

Touching. Inspecting. Admiring.

Chen Xuanyi sighed.

She had gone through so much effort to find him—letting her look at his upper body was fine.

Jiang Ningxuan’s face flushed red, and her pupils turned into heart shapes, burning with intense passion.

She wiped her lips and muttered,

“Hmm… No changes on top. Let’s check below.”

Chen Xuanyi: “……”

“Hold up! This is getting out of hand!”

“We’re still outside!”

Seeing that Jiang Ningxuan wasn’t stopping, he quickly added,

“What if someone sees us?!”

Just as he spoke, a figure descended from the sky.

It was a woman in a flowing cyan dress, her skirt billowing like an immortal’s robe.

The oppressive aura of a Nascent Soul cultivator radiated from her body.

Chen Xuanyi immediately became alert.

Under his watchful gaze, the woman landed gracefully beside them.

She studied him carefully.

Then, she dropped to one knee and spoke in a clear, respectful voice.

“Junior Ye Muyun greets the Supreme Lord.”

“I have arrived late. Please punish me as you see fit.”

Chen Xuanyi was momentarily stunned.

After ten years, this was the first time someone had called him ‘Supreme Lord’ again.

‘Supreme Lord’ was a title of the highest reverence among cultivators.

All of his former subordinate factions used to address him this way.

After a moment, he remembered who she was.

Ye Muyun…

She had once offered him a sacred training ground when he was leading his disciples.

In return, he solved some of her troubles, allowing her to become the Sect Master of the Jade Maiden Sect—one of his many subordinate forces.

After that, they had little interaction, apart from the annual tributes her sect sent him.

Chen Xuanyi had assumed that, like all his other vassals, she had cut ties with him after his fall.

But now, she had come looking for him.

Why?
