Chapter 156: Chapter 156: The Key to Breaking the Deadlock

"Damn it, where did all these demons come from!"

"How did he master the art of summoning demons!"

The three in the air were caught off guard by this sudden turn of events. They quickly wielded their staffs or swords to fend off the attack, swiftly cutting down many of the demons.

With a sweep of their mental energy, chunks of flesh flew everywhere, raining down like a storm.

But amidst the chaos, new teleportation circles began to appear one after another.

Several Glabrezus, with bull horns and bat wings, but much larger in size than the Quasits, followed closely, launching a coordinated assault.

These were demon warriors with physiques comparable to that of a Wizard, far surpassing the Quasits in strength and posing a significant threat even to the Wizards.

The pressure on Tinas, Bessan, and Dony instantly became immense.

On the ground, similar black magic circles and portals began to manifest.

Dretch-like imps, muscular Abyssal Butchers, stout and strong Cornugons, and Spider Demons the size of calves with iron-like legs...

A variety of Abyssal demons emerged.

They quickly gathered in the hundreds, charging towards the Warlock Apprentices and their followers.

"Kairon was well-prepared!"

Seeing this, Roy's expression turned grave.

Atedia, seated beneath him, also showed signs of unease.

"Kairon, not only have you colluded with the Abyss, but you've also brought a demon army here!"

Bessan exclaimed in shock, his voice filled with anger.

"Arrogant Wizards, you've ruled over the Netherlands for too long, almost forgetting that this land belongs to us, the centaurs!

I am not colluding with the Abyss; I am using it to drive you away."

A deep voice resonated.

The centaurs parted like a tide, and from the center of the formation emerged a towering centaur, clad in heavy armor, resembling an iron tower.

The banner of the Bloodhoof Tribe moved with him—it was the Great Chieftain attempting to unite the southern frontier.

Bloodhoof Kairon!

"For the sake of this struggle, I am willing to pay with my life and soul.

I will descend into the Abyss, enduring eternal torment.

But my people, my tribe, will finally gain the power to resist!"

"You fool, you're playing with fire and will burn yourself in the end!"

Bessan scolded.

Bloodhoof Kairon calmly replied, "Even if it's a lose-lose situation, it's better than you always winning."

His voice was not hysterical but carried the calm and gentleness of an elder.

Yet, as Roy and the others listened, they could almost feel the seething anger and hatred, like molten lava hidden beneath a volcano.

Roy glanced around, trying to find a way out amidst the chaotic formation.

In truth, he and Flosf had long known about Kairon's collusion with the Abyss and his summoning of demons.

But they had never anticipated that he could amass such a scale.

Nor had they expected him to summon and teleport them in the midst of battle.

This far exceeded the tactical level of a Low-Magic World, leaving Roy feeling a significant threat.

They had to adapt quickly and respond swiftly!

Sure enough, just as Roy signaled to Andov and the others to quietly retreat to the rear, dozens of riders emerged from the grasslands on the other side.

In total, there were hundreds of them, all Black Knights created by the Soul Binding Demon Armor.

"These Black Knights..."

"How is it possible that they all possess the strength of at least advanced knights!"

"And so many Grand Knights!"

Andov and the others were all stunned.

Is this... still a Low Magic Level?

Although it was long heard that in the Plane Battlefields of High Magic Worlds, various demon gods and main gods were everywhere.

Angels and devils covered the sky, and even official Wizards were as common as dogs.

But this is a Low-Magic World!

A Low-Magic World where even reaching the first level is difficult!

They are completely incomparable.

Immediately, a chill ran down his spine.

What exactly had Kairon done to bring so many powerful enemies into this Low-Magic World?

"Damn it, what are these monsters?"

"They have no vital points!"

"Poison is useless!"

"My God, lava!

It's actually lava inside!"

Compared to Andov and the others, the followers of the other Wizards were not so lucky.

They faced their opponents directly, and in the chaos of battle, casualties quickly occurred.

Roy had provided intelligence earlier, and in the teacher's deployment, there were indeed countermeasures.

But the main countermeasures lay with the Wizards, with forces far beyond this world.

Once the Wizards were held back, the ordinary apprentices and the kingdom's elite immediately fell into crisis.

The apprentices had never encountered such a situation and couldn't help but panic.

"Latest novel first published at 69shuba!"

"Andov, Damo, act according to the situation. I'll attack from the other side!"

Roy gave autonomy to his advanced apprentices, then patted Atedia and gave an order.

She understood and circled to the other side, leaping into the fray.

"Great, it's Lord Roy!"

The apprentices were overjoyed; this was truly a lifesaver.

As the Black Knights closed in, Roy swung his chain spear, piercing through them one after another.

With the powerful force of thunder, the Star Iron Chain Spear killed several Black Knights, successfully creating a breach.

However, he didn't immediately flee with the apprentices but instead observed the situation and adjusted his direction.

"Atedia, charge!"

He pointed his chain spear towards Chieftain Chiron of the Bloodhoof Tribe.

This was his true objective.

Saving the apprentices was just a side benefit, a way to secure his rear.

The key was to eliminate Kairon to break the deadlock.

Having faced armies twice, Roy now had some experience.

He knew that what these mortal beings truly relied on was the cohesion and command provided by their leader.

At first glance, such a setup seemed powerful, but it was still quite different from the extraordinary beings who embodied their own power.

The threat to the Wizards' power was brought by Kairon.

So, as long as he was killed, the other centaurs would be scattered and no longer a concern.

Atedia understood, taking a few steps back before accelerating into a charge.

The advanced Knight's physique exploded with speed, unstoppable as she raced forward.

Roy rode on her back, holding the chain spear, the long Star Iron chain dancing like a snake.

The powerful spearhead made of Radiant Gold was as agile as a venomous snake, suddenly piercing and killing all enemies in its path.

Among them, some Dretches and Abyssal Butchers tried to flank and stop Roy and Atedia's charge.

But Roy's hair flew behind him, strands of hair stabbing out under the influence of the Animation Art, quickly killing one enemy after another.

The arrows shot by the warriors of the Bloodhoof Tribe couldn't even get close to Roy.

Mental threads, the Hair Demon Physique, the Silver Battle Armor...

Nothing could touch him.

Soon after, Roy charged straight to Kairon's front.

In the air, Bessan and Dony caught sight of this in their haste and were overjoyed.

"Excellent!"

Roy's performance far exceeded their expectations.

The rookie they initially thought would be a burden had actually become the key to turning the tide!
