Almighty Father System

Leo stood up straight in the living room as his wife glared at him with a cold gaze. She was in a mood to skin him alive, and she didn't care if he suffered in front of his staff. Kyle wanted to get away when the lady particularly told him to stand his ground. Kyle swore that if he could he would have taken his eyes out of the skull and stabbed his eardrums.

Leo looked at Snow and said, "I wasn't teaching her anything with the intention that she would go out and beat people. It was that arrogant kid who said stuff which was not nice, and provoked a reaction from her. Had Lily never trained, she would have been the one ended up getting hurt. So, while I would love to make things clean, I have no idea how to do this."

Snow sat on the couch with her legs crossed over the other. She looked at him as if he was a criminal, and said coldly, "Leo, the reason I told you not to train her was because she is a toddler. She has yet to learn how to process her emotions and children are prone to throw a tantrum every time things do go their way. Today, she was lucky that her hand didn't get hurt, what would you do if she ended up getting hurt?"

Leo sighed, he knew that what Snow said was right. He said, "Snow, I understand what you are saying is correct, but training in martial arts is just one of the ways to keep her strong and disciplined. I understand that she might have made a mistake, but teaching her piano all the time will not bring the best out of her. Given the situation we are stuck in, she needs to know what she can do."

Snow knew that none of them were wrong, but she didn't want to cede any ground here. So after some thinking she said, "Leo, I understand what is going on, but I cannot sit back and watch this happen. Either you take the punishment or she will be grounded."

Leo smiled and said, "I will accept the punishment."

Snow smiled and asked, "Are you sure, because I will not make it easy for you. Don't think that I am unaware of how she is sensitive towards your state of mind."

Leo flinched a little, he didn't understand what to say but he could tell that it was not going to be an easy thing. However, he grit his teeth and asked, "I agree."

Snow tested his resolve one more time, "Are you sure?"

Leo took a deep breath and replied, "Yes."

Snow nodded and said, "Don't back off after hearing this, you called it. For the next twenty four hours, you are not allowed to even peep a word to Lily, be it remotely related to her. I don't want to hear it from you."

Leo shivered and he asked with a shocked expression, "What did you just say?"

Snow nodded and said, "You choose this. Don't come to me now."

Leo went close to her and crouched on the ground as he said, "Snow, don't do this please. How am I supposed to survive without talking to her even when she is this close to me?"

Snow shook her head and replied, "You wish to make her stronger, don't you? For that you ought to get stronger yourself first."

Leo took a few deep breaths to calm down and wanted to beg her when the system said, 'Ping: Host, while a father is supposed to shelter his children from all sorts of rain and sun, you ought to face it yourself. So, for the next twenty four hours, don't speak to Young Miss or anything regarding her. Reward: Infinity Knot bracelet, a set of three which will make your bond grow stronger.'

Leo shivered and he said to Snow, "I will go and deal with something."

After saying that, Leo stood up and walked out of the house. He was simply headed to the location decide by Vance. His brain was fuzzy, because in his mind the punishment appeared too big so he needed to take action quickly.

After a couple of hours they stopped in front of a mansion located on the outskirts of the southern city gates. He took a deep breath and replied, "It seems that boxing as a sport is a rather lucrative business."

Kyle replied, "Yes, it is, Sir."

The young man took a deep breath and then he lowered the car window and pressed on the intercom button on the interaction box on the side. After a buzz, a thick voice sounded from the other side, "Who?"

Leo replied, "Leo Cardinal, Vance called me over to have a spar for him."

Followed by a brief silence, the main door slid open and Kyle drove them inside. Leo had made a stop to the shop and purchased all gear for himself. They parked under the porch of the mansion and Leo spotted a hunk of a man standing in a butler uniform. He sighed and said, "Vance really knows how to surround himself."

He opened the door and got down as he said, "Kyle, grab the gear."

Kyle nodded and bowed his head slightly and the butler said, "Please follow me."

The two moved around the mansion, before finally they came to the basement where a well lit boxing ring was placed, and Vance happened to be training with a man. He caught the sight of Leo and Kyle walking in and he sped up his attack.

Leo looked at him completely unimpressed and just watched from the side. He approached the old man who was instructing Vance, and asked, "How long before I can get in the ring with him?"

The old man was shocked to see that Leo was so eager to get in the ring with Vance. Although he had been informed already. However, it was still shocking to him. After some thought the old man said, "One minute."

Leo nodded and then he looked at Kyle, who understood the cue and took out the mitts and the gear for Leo, the young man took off his clothes and changed into shorts and vest. Then he began to do some warm up exercises, and the people who were watching him on the side were shocked. There were many people in the Basement.

Vance had his trainer, assistants, and sparring partners. None of them could believe what they saw. Because Vance had told them Leo was a businessman and when he took off his clothes, they saw how sculpted his body was. Even the professional national representative paled in his comparison.

After thirty seconds, Leo walked over to Kyle and the latter raised the mitts. Leo rolled his eyes and said, "Tape it first."

Kyle quickly helped him tape his hands quickly and then helped him put on the gloves, before the young man began to train with mitts. His fists were akin to flashes that rained on the mitts with great speed and control. The minute passed quickly and Leo finished his warm up. Vance finished his round and he looked at Leo as he chuckled and said, "Hahaha, at least you look like a boxer."

Leo frowned and said, "I am telling you seriously, don't act cocky or you will suffer also, I had a fight with my wife, so you better not tap out quickly."

Vance was surprised and then Leo walked over to the ring. He climbed quickly, and Kyle asked, "Champ, is it okay if I record a video?"

Vance smiled and nodded to Kyle. Then he turned to look at Leo and froze, he saw the look in Leo's eyes, and he realized that he had been underestimating the man a bit too much. Leo said, "Come."

Vance assumed his stance and he dashed forward. However, before he could even take a full step ahead, he was intercept with a zooming fist that connected directly on his forehead and broke his guard. Leo appeared close to his body, and delivered a swift punch on the left ribs, causing the champion to loose his balance.

Leo took a couple of steps back and asked, "Is that all you've got?"

Vance was standing stunned, and then he said, "Fuck you!"

He charged forward, this time even harder, however, Leo didn't intercept him and waited for the champ to approach him. Then he began to bob and weave through what Vance called a rain of punches and Leo called a paltry trick.

After three minutes, Leo stood in front of the champion with a calm expression while the latter was panting hard. Leo turned and went to his corner and sat down on a stool, while Vance was so lost that his trainer had to call him over.

Vance looked at his trainer and asked, "Did you just see what happened?"

The trainer was sweating badly and said, "What sort of monster did you summon upon us?"
