It looked like they were already among them but hid themselves.

'I can see five Tier 5 beasts among them. The number is roughly around 600 to 700 beasts. It's normal for a high-tier beast to mobilize this number, but having so many Tier 5 beasts in the mix can only be done by a Tier 6 beast.

'In that case, it must be hidden along with the other three. In other words, we'll have to clash with 8 Tier 5 and one Tier 6 beasts along with all those beasts.

That was why Clovis sped up to show his intention of breaking through their lines.

It looked like two Tier 5 beasts moved closer to the middle as though they wanted to intercept him after understanding his intention. As long as they could stop him, the rest of the beasts would be able to surround him.

Clovis took a deep breath. His world had slowed down, but his instincts remained sharp. Now that he was about to clash with these beasts, he noticed a hidden danger within the ranks.

Clovis couldn't help but recall Mara's lesson.

"The Abyss Time can activate all the affinities. However, you don't have to focus solely on these affinities. People will be shocked if you can utilize 100% of all your affinities, but what if you go one step further? To put it simply, if others can combine their primary affinity and secondary affinity, we can combine two primary affinities at the same time."

Clovis combined his Blood Affinity and Brain Affinity. Normally, it would be impossible because if one had Blood Affinity as their primary affinity, the Brain would be considered the tertiary affinity.

But with the Abyss Time, it was possible. And thanks to the combination of these two, Clovis gained a new technique.
