"So, are you ready for battle?"

Cyclops suddenly drooped his head and stopped barking.

The firearm, remodeled by a Firearms Expert and an auxiliary-class professionist, and enhanced by the user's professional skills—this strike's Lethality pierced the sky!

The sniper bullet struck Cyclops squarely in the head.

Cyclops's skull simply couldn't withstand such a massive blow; nearly half of it was directly blown apart!

Bone fragments and flesh splattered everywhere. An enormous, grotesque eye even rolled twice before landing at Monkey's feet.

This wasn't the end; flames instantly enveloped Cyclops's head—an effect of the skill.

Flames and smoke enveloped Cyclops's body, simultaneously obstructing everyone's vision.

Monkey breathed a small sigh of relief, raised an eyebrow, and looked at Wen Yu with a mocking smirk.

"Your dog isn't so tough, huh?"

Derisive words spewed from Monkey's mouth, but Wen Yu didn't react at all.

Wen Yu nonchalantly lit a cigarette. A smile played on his face as he watched the smoke-shrouded area where Cyclops was.

"That was quite a hit!"

It was more than 'quite a hit'; the damage was devastating.

It was a fatal injury—so fatal that it caused Cyclops's physical stats to skyrocket above 200 points!

And physical stats above 200 points meant Level 4 strength!

As the thick smoke cleared, Cyclops's menacing and terrifying figure appeared before them.

Half of its head was gone, the grayish-white brain matter clearly exposed to the air.

Yet, Cyclops didn't fall. Instead, it extended its crimson tongue and licked the brain matter that had splattered onto its face.

"It's still alive? How is it still alive?" Monkey shrieked in disbelief.

"Hehe, go play with my dog for a while!"

As soon as Wen Yu finished speaking, Cyclops's figure vanished!

When it reappeared, Cyclops was standing where Monkey had been.

As for Monkey, he had been sent flying far away by Cyclops.

The bones throughout his body crackled. Monkey's body, as if run over by a truck, had countless broken bones; he lay paralyzed on the ground, motionless!

Only then did the intense sound and the shockwave erupt from where Cyclops had just stood!

Cyclops's speed... had broken the sound barrier!

Of the trio, only Burly Bear remained standing.

Watching Cyclops stare at him expressionlessly, cold sweat dripped incessantly from Burly Bear's forehead.

He raised the sniper rifle in his hand with incredible speed, pressing the muzzle directly against Cyclops's forehead.

Then, a scream echoed as Cyclops bit off and crushed Burly Bear's left hand, along with the sniper rifle!

In the blink of an eye, Jiang Wentao's group of three had completely lost their combat capability.

"Kill them!" Wen Yu exhaled a smoke ring and gave the order.

Cyclops gave Burly Bear an incredibly ugly grin. The movement stretched the wound on its skull, causing the brain matter within to twitch—a sight that would make one want to vomit.

Then, its massive jaws lunged towards Burly Bear!

CRACK!

A loud sound rang out.

But it wasn't the sound of Burly Bear's skull bursting. Cyclops's enormous mouth had bitten down on a semi-transparent light shield!

Bright Light Shield (A-Grade Tool): After activation, creates a protective shield around the user. It can nullify damage below Level 5 and lasts for ten minutes. Attacks cannot be launched from within the shield during this period!

Cyclops stared dumbfoundedly at the massive 'egg' in front of it and bit down again!

Still no effect!

While Cyclops struggled with the Bright Light Shield, Burly Bear tore open another scroll.

Team-Assembling Scroll (Small) (B-Class Item): Teleports pre-set teammates (up to five people) to the user's location.

As a light flashed, Jiang Wentao and the nearly dead Monkey appeared inside the Bright Light Shield.

Jiang Wentao quickly opened his space ring, took out a potion vial glowing with red light, pried open Monkey's mouth, and poured it down his throat.

Wen Yu hadn't seen this type of potion before. However, judging from the speed at which Monkey's wounds were healing, it was definitely a high-level healing potion.
