After relieving himself. Josh went back to sleep after Artemis left.

Which was difficult as she openly fought against leaving Joshes side until she eventually backed down.

From their worded exchange Josh and Artemis suffered from their own makeshift insomnia preventing their slumber.

But eventually both kid hero's eventually fell in their slumber while a set of things took place.

Several kilometers away in Africa the Brain and Mousier Mallah still worked tirelessly on project DOWNFALL. 

But that sadly was interrupted by a sudden bright light on the other side of the lab filled with vials, vats of acidic chemicals, and lastly machines used in synthesizing formulas and surgical procedures used on the doctors most preferred test subjects such as Mallah.

The Brain after seeing the light scoffed through his robotic mouth piece as his brain container lighted up in a hue of red signifying his displeasure.

But the Brain still followed through using his wheels moving forward towards the bright light.

Once in front of the source being an adornment of monitors with etched out faces.

The center monitor noticed the Brains entrance and sounded pleased with satisfied tone.

"Welcome doctor we have something that might please you."

The Brain first confused was almost about to speak for his self but before he heard an annoyance similar to a child's crying.

"Oh come on! I wanna start! I wanna! I wanna! I wanna!"

The Brain wasn't the only one to feel annoyed by the obvious Klarion the notorious Witch Boy.

However due to his strong powers in the supernatural his annoyance is dealt with.

"You may begin Klarion." 

The first voice spoke again giving Klarion the go ahead which turned into Klarion saying something over and over.

"Oh goodie!"

As this utterance finally concludes a black portal appears in the center of The Brains lab.

From the circular gap in the room several robotic machines appeared holding plexiglass containers their numbers marked four.

Inside each of the containers had seemingly different pieces of materials. The first one had a small black piece of an insects exoskeleton.

The second and third packages contained a silicon crystal and within the third package was another piece of an exoskeleton however both pieces differed in color the first was black and this one is green.

The next and final package had interestingly a piece of white flesh earning a gaze at the monitors.

"These are samples of the newest hero Shifts most unique forms. The last one as you see is actually flesh from Solomon Grundy where if examined may find something interesting."

The Brain turned around facing the fourth canister again examining the gray flesh. Where upon further examination finds a type of dust that colored a faintest pink.

"I thank you for Zhese most generous DNA samples and I will now proceed with my work if Zhere's nothing more to discuss."

However before the Brain could move away the portal had another uninvited visitor Lex Luthor.

"I also have business to discuss with you Sir Brain."

"Being?"

"Oh due forgive my uproarious Brain but I have something I wish to ask of you?"

Lex after making his appearance known walked away from the portal closing it leaving Brain, Mallah, Lex, and the robots holding the plexiglass containers.

As the portal closed preventing there exit. And once the portal sealed itself the monitors turned themselves off.

Lex then once their privacy was assured positioned his idea towards the Brain whom found the proposal intriguing and ultimately agreed.

Once agreed like clockwork another portal opened waiting for Lex to enter and then leave.

Once alone with Mallah The Brain opened himself up revealing mechanical arms which once released began drawing schematics on both Lex's proposal and a helix stripe of it and then started using his new DNA samples adding to the already formed helix.

As the Brain worked and slowly completed the Helix. It had approached morning and Josh had woken from his slumber.

Once awake Josh did his morning routine and once ready walked out his room going to the gym to work out however he wasn't alone Artemis had found him and they began reps with each other like usual.

However after last night Josh sees Artemis a little more sexually than when they first went to the circus unknowingly Josh had watched a certain area during their squats and felt energized but kept it hidden as the others slowly came into the gym proceeding with all their daily routines.
