As the beautiful ending song of The Garden of Sinners played silently on television screens across the empire, the credits rolled, listing all the cast members, crew, and sponsors.

The television premiere had come to a perfect conclusion, leaving all viewers longing for more.

Recalling the final scene, excited discussions erupted across the many taverns of Nosrick City.

"That was incredible! Holy shit!"

"Shiki looked so beautiful in the final scene!"

"I still don't fully understand what The Garden of Sinners was about, but damn, it was amazing."

"Ahhh, damn that director! Fate/Zero already left us hanging, and now The Garden of Sinners is doing the same! How am I supposed to survive this?!"

"When will Chapter 4 of The Garden of Sinners air?"

"By the way, will there be more things airing on this television in the future?"

As these various voices filled the taverns, many viewers had already resigned themselves to the long and torturous wait for updates.

However, just as some were about to leave, a new scene suddenly appeared on the screen as the ending song faded out!

"Wait! There's more!"

"Holy crap, I almost left!"

"I nearly missed something big!"

Amidst the audience's eager anticipation, a tall figure clad in a black coat slowly emerged on screen.

At the same time, a middle-aged man's voice narrated:

"They will become entangled in a spiral of opposition, awaiting the inevitable confrontation."

With that, the narration ended, and the black-clad man in the film slowly vanished into the darkness.

Then, a line of text appeared on the screen, making the hearts of every viewer stop for a moment.

"The Garden of Sinners Chapter 4: The Hollow Shrine will air in mid-next month. Subsequent chapters will be released monthly and broadcast on television screens across the empire."

"The first three chapters of The Garden of Sinners will rerun every afternoon."

"Television expansion plans are currently underway. Stay tuned."

In an instant, the entire audience exploded with excitement!

No one had expected happiness to arrive so suddenly. Compared to Fate/Zero, whose second part wouldn't air until winter, The Garden of Sinners would continue with monthly updates—this was almost too good to be true!

"I declare: the director is now my godfather!"

"Director Edward is the best!"

"Where can I buy a television?! I need one right now!"

"Same! I want to watch The Garden of Sinners at home!"

The audience in Nosrick City had been completely won over, both by television itself and The Garden of Sinners.

Even the usually rational mages were reacting just like the common people, overjoyed at the news of The Garden of Sinners getting monthly updates.

Little did they know, however, that this was all part of Edward's master plan—an idea he had envisioned from the very moment he decided to bring anime into this world:

To make the people of this world experience the agony of waiting for new episodes!

Of course, regardless of the suffering that awaited them, for now, everyone was fully immersed in excited discussions about The Garden of Sinners.

"The Garden of Sinners" unfolds its plot in a much more ambiguous way compared to Fate/Zero. I feel like I can't grasp the main storyline at all."

"Yeah, at first, I thought it was just a simple story about the protagonist fighting monsters, but now it seems like there's a much bigger conspiracy behind it."

Various voices filled the air as the students, though reluctant, eventually left the hall and returned to their respective dormitories.

Meanwhile, the professors and lecturers present wasted no time surrounding Streige, who stood at the back of the crowd. Their eager gazes made it clear—they all wanted to know what happened next.

With no other choice, Streige sighed and said, "I haven't read the script, but Edward told me to come in a few days to film the next chapter of The Garden of Sinners. I'll probably get the script then. If you really want to know what happens next, you'd be better off asking Arch Mage Rosa or Edward himself."

Hearing this, the professors could only shake their heads helplessly.

Even with their esteemed status in the Imperial Mage Academy, approaching someone like Arch Mage Rosa, the Head of the Mental and Spiritual Studies Branch, or Edward, now the Head of the Alchemy Branch, wasn't something they could do so easily.

For now, all they could do—despite their high standing—was suppress their curiosity and patiently wait for next month's update of The Garden of Sinners.

One of the mages who had known Edward for years sighed, "Who would've thought… That kid, who was exiled from the Mage Tower a few years ago, almost stripped of his title as an Imperial mage, would return and make such a huge impact?"

"Yeah, I used to be his homeroom teacher. That kid was a complete headache back then, never giving me a moment of peace."

"So… is the era truly beginning to change? This Mage Tower, which has stood in the empire for over a thousand years, is finally experiencing an unpredictable transformation?"

"At a time like this, I should be feeling sentimental… but honestly, all I want right now is to see the next episodes of Fate/Zero and The Garden of Sinners. What the hell is wrong with me?"

"Haha, the tides of change have been wrapped in the disguise of entertainment, making it easy for us to recognize the shift. I have to admit, Edward is an absolute genius."

With that, the group of high-ranking mages sighed and slowly dispersed. Yet, the anticipation for the future of film remained in their hearts, a sentiment that everyone present could feel.

Unlike ordinary mages, they understood far more about the deeper implications behind this seemingly simple entertainment.

The world was indeed beginning to change, and it's all because of that young man.
