Leaving the sect after deciding to investigate the current situation of the Frozen Wastelands while also using the opportunity to show off the strength of the Star Shattering Sect in the process. Ensuring that the Blue Sea Empire or the other major powers wouldn't carelessly cause any problems for the Star Shattering Sect after seeing a clearer show of strength compared to just the Early Stage Celestial Immortal Realm level of strength that had been displayed by the Star Shattering Sect so far.

At least, even if they did still employ some spying methods on the Star Shattering Sect to learn more about the sect, they wouldn't be overly aggressive and would likely be limited in effect out of fear and respect for the Star Shattering Sect.

After all, someone at the Early Stage of the Celestial Immortal Realm who had mastered the Dao of Space was different from someone in the Sea Formation Realm of the Profound Immortal Realm, as someone in the Sea Formation Realm held true power on the continent and could even be considered strong enough to establish a major power on their own, something someone in the Early Stage of the Celestial Immortal Realm would be unable to do.

As a rule of thumb, Xuan Hao discovered that the different major powers on the continent would generally be under the control of someone in the Profound Immortal Realm. In the rare case that it was someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm controlling the major power, it was at least someone at the Late Stage of the Celestial Immortal Realm.

Of course, the information he had regarding this was still lacking and mostly relied on what he had managed to learn from the notes that had been left behind by the founder of the Flying Sword Sect. Outside of that, it wasn't simple to gather information about the different people in charge of the major powers on the continent.

In a sense, the fact that the founder of the Flying Sword Sect had even managed to gather so much detailed information on the level of strength of the different major powers on the continent was more than enough to show just how powerful he had been, as even the Land Creation Realm Profound Immortal from the Blue Sea Empire had been recorded in the information on the strength of the different major powers.

Shaking his head as he thought about the founder of the Flying Sword Sect, he couldn't help recalling the group of people he had seen keeping an eye on the Flying Sword Sect in the past, seemingly looking for the founder in case he returned over a thousand years after he had disappeared from the sect.

The only question was where this founder of the Flying Sword Sect had come from, something that still eluded the sect even though Elder Song had actively dedicated a part of the sect to looking out for any information that might lead them to finding out more about the founder of the Flying Sword Sect.

The only thing they had managed to make clear so far was that the founder of the Flying Sword Sect wasn't a native to the northern Central Region of the continent nor the Eastern Central Region of the continent. Leaving the Western Central Region and the Southern Central Region of the continent is the only potential locations left to search through for clues. After someone at that level of strength wouldn't be someone unknown and would undoubtedly have been well known before their disappearance. Leaving behind clues for the sect to trace.

But… Considering the Buddhist path that is engrained into every part of the Western Central Region, it's unlikely that a powerful sword cultivator like the founder of the Flying Sword Sect came from there. Leaving only the largest and most dangerous region on the continent, the Southern Central Region, as a potential former location of the founder of the Flying Sword Sect.

Unfortunately, with the Star Shattering Sect's current strength, investigating the Southern Central Region, even just gathering the overall information on different powerful figures would be impossible.

Not just because the Southern Region is larger than all the three other regions combined, but also because it's far away from the Northern Central Region where the Star Shattering Sect is located.

So far, the only information that the Star Shattering Sect's information network could gather on the Southern Central Region was that it was large, there were a lot of churches fighting amongst each other for faith and it was growing increasingly chaotic with demonic cultivators streaming into the region over the past few years.

Although… Different from the demonic cultivators that the other three regions were dealing with, the ones spreading in the Southern Central Region were a bit special, as they seemed to be spreading some kind of faith of their own.

Overall, it wasn't easy for him to learn much about the situation in the Southern Central Region, let alone get any new clues as to whether the founder of the Flying Sword Sect had come from the Southern Central Region in the past or not.

"But… If there are no clues to be found in the Southern Central Region, it would mean the founder came from somewhere outside the continent…" Narrowing both his eyes as he muttered this to himself as he travelled through the Frozen Wastelands in the direction of the core of the Frozen Wastelands, Xuan Hao could not help feeling like this was the most likely situation.

After all, if it was a power from beyond the continent, it would explain the apparent secrecy and lack of trails for the sect to follow up on regarding the disappearance of the founder.

Not to mention, it wasn't like the continent was completely cut off from contact with the rest of the world, as he had already interacted with someone from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago in the past.

Speaking of that old man who had come to inspect the state of the ancient dao seals back then, he was wondering when the seniors mentioned by him were going to show up. After a quick sweep of his divine sense, he was a bit surprised that the Celestial Immortal Realm cultivator fighting wasn't someone from the Blue Sea Empire, but instead someone from another major power that he had learnt about through the notes left behind by the founder of the Flying Sword Sect.

Making it very clear that it wasn't just the Blue Sea Empire fighting with the demonic cultivators, the other major powers had already joined in and wasn't just observing the situation from the side…
