DC HERO AT MARVEL

Chapter 283: Chapter 283

The affairs of Wayne Enterprises were all managed by the old man Anton had little interest in them.

At this stage, though not as wealthy as Tony Stark, Anton personal wealth still exceeded that of 99% of the people in the world.

He had established good cooperation with political, business, military circles, and even the United Nations Security Council.

These messy affairs couldn't truly capture Anton interest.

What he was most interested in were the superheroes within the system that had yet to be redeemed.

For instance, John Constantine, who had accumulated enough fan value.

John Constantine fan value: 35.12 million

Reached redemption standard

Confirm redemption?

Seeing the system prompt, Anton face lit up with a smile.

Was there even a question?

He promptly chose to confirm.

The next second, the first magical side hero was freshly minted.

After dealing with Constantine, Anton next target was naturally Superman.

Following the broadcast of the TV prequel about Superman, his fan value had already exceeded 60 million.

In Anton plan, another movie could probably push Superman fan value to meet the redemption standard.

By then, not to say punching Odin or kicking Thanos, but at least pinning a celestial being like Ego to the ground wouldn't be a big deal.

Of course, after experiencing countless Earth crises, the world population had fallen into a state of distrust towards so-called aliens.

Under such circumstances, forcibly making people accept an alien hero didn't seem ideal.

Fortunately, Thor, the Asgardian God of Thunder, representing Asgard had established a good relationship with Earth, contributing significantly during the Battle of New York.

Through media broadcasts at the time, people also recognized Thor, the alien from another planet, also known as a god on Earth.

As the first alien civilization to establish contact with Earth, the Earth authorities did not hide this news but proactively disclosed it and coordinated with major media to promote Asgardian civilization and the alliance established between the two parties.

With Thor appearance identical to humans and Asgard civilization leaving historical marks on human development over thousands of years, a sense of identification naturally arose.

This situation alleviated much of humanity disapproval of alien civilizations.

Of course, this didn't mean that the Dark Forest Theory didn't exist.

It just meant that many also believed that there were one or two alien civilizations that were exceptions.

What Anton needed to do was make Superman one of these exceptions.

Thor had the endorsement of Earth similarly, Superman had the backing of the Daily bugle, Batman, and the Justice League.

Moreover, Superman looked exactly like a human.

In Anton view, this greatly increased the likelihood that Superman could break through the current human prejudices and gain people welcome and support.

"In 'Batman v Superman', Batman nearly killed Superman, but in the end, they teamed up and defeated Doomsday... Well, that pretty standard stuff, showcasing the unity of the Justice League..."

Anton stroked his chin thoughtfully.

After a moment, he decided to head to Los Angeles to visit the film set.

After all, post-Battle of New York, there seemed to be little else to do in New York.

With the Men in Black headquarters being handled by Z, Wayne Enterprises by the old man, the Daily bugle by Eddie, and DC Company by Betty...

As a hands-off manager, he naturally went wherever he wanted.

Additionally, now that Constantine was out, the impending Hell dimension invasion that Johnny Blaze would undoubtedly face was also something Anton could get involved in.

Even if it attracted Mephisto, it would be Constantine issue, not Anton.

The next day.

Anton arrived in Los Angeles on his private jet.

Jim personally came to meet him.

"How the situation with the crew?" Anton asked casually.

"Not bad, Quentin holographic projection technology has been a big help, we should be able to wrap up in about two months... Then one month for editing and other post-production, and it should be ready for release soon."

Jim shrugged, "You know, the director isn't a genius like you, we have to take it slow to ensure the quality of the movie.

This film features Batman, and nobody wants to get slammed for making a poor film... That would be like we're trying to tarnish Batman image."

Anton chuckled silently.

He completely understood the pressure Jim was under.

'Batman v Superman', in a way, featured Batman himself.

Produced by DC Company, this film was almost seen by the public as a sequel to Batman autobiographical film.

If the quality of the film that Jim and others were producing was poor, it would inevitably trigger a riot among Batman fans, leading to boycotts.

And as of now, Batman global fan base was astonishingly large.

With the news from the post-Battle of New York still fermenting, the hype was not dying down Batman had become the world most famous celebrity, bar none.

From Anton system panel, the figures for Batman fan value were climbing towards 200 million, and Anton felt that it would soon reach the 300 million mark before slowly plateauing.

"Relax, Jim."

Anton smiled, "Think of it this way, as long as the work you deliver resonates with most people, then this film is already booked as today global box office champion, isn't it?"

"Indeed."

Jim smiled in response.

As Anton said, though the pressure was great, the potential rewards were even greater.

In this era, who could resist watching a movie about Batman?

"By the way," Jim said, "Anton, after you finish with Constantine, what are you planning to film next? Or are you planning to continue resting?"

"Of course, I'll rest."

Anton said, "I'm not a workaholic... I'll contact you when I'm inspired."

"In that case, I have a suggestion."

"Go ahead."

"I want to make a Justice League movie."

Jim eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "After 'Batman v Superman', I want to shoot the Justice League."

Anton was momentarily stunned, then looked at Jim, "You do know what the Justice League entails, right?"

"Please, I'm a senior executive at DC Company, how could I not know the content of the Justice League."

Jim rolled his eyes, "But, I have an idea..."

He paused, then continued, "In the Justice League movie, I want to include Venom, Spider-Man, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and so on, basically the real-world equivalents of the Justice League... using the Battle of New York as the world backdrop, adapting reality... you know, it would definitely be very interesting."

Anton, hearing this, had a strange expression and retorted, "If you're going to say that, you might as well change the name of the movie to 'Justice League vs. The Avengers... Since the Avengers are disbanded now, no one is going to hassle you about it."

"That makes sense."

Jim eyes lit up, "I'm going back to work on the script right away." Then looking at Anton, "You must have a lot of inside information, right? Anton, I need your help."
