889  Chapter 889:- Fragments of Secrets

"That won't be necessary!!!" Hashi Rii's entire body stiffened. Her heart started racing super fast. Her face turned white. It was like she had seen the Grim Reaper. Slowly, her body started shivering. Gulp.....!!!

'Why am I getting nervous?' 'Maybe she doesn't want tea anymore.'

This explosion scattered blood mixed with tiny pieces of flesh, bones, and inner body organs in all directions. Some of the stuff covered Athena. Athena picked up the storage ring beneath all flesh and blood and looked inside. There was nothing else inside the storage ring except for some gold coins, cultivation techniques, and personal items. Athena shook her head in disappointment. Finally, she took out the earrings that she used to communicate with other members of the organization. Athena tried to use the artifact to communicate with others but failed. "As expected, only members of the organization could use this artifact." Athena wasn't surprised. "Let's use my ability, Memory Keeper, on this artifact." Maybe she will gain some valuable information from the fragmented images. Once again, around twenty fireflies appeared in Athena. After about 20 minutes, Athena felt exhausted. She slowly left the house, only to notice that a crowd of villagers was heading towards her. Suddenly, she stopped flying. This made others who were following him stop in midair.

Everyone was confused. They looked at each other as if silently asking why their leader suddenly stopped. "There is no use in going anymore." A man told his subordinate. "Sir, what happened?" A subordinate asked in a respectful tone. "Hashi Rii is dead." "The flame that represented her life had been extinguished." He just received news from the headquarters. "This means that the Goddess of Wisdom had discovered Hashi's real identity and killed her." He did not look so surprised. This was the Goddess of Wisdom; of course, she was going to notice even tiny changes in her maid. "I had expected something like this to happen, but I was hoping that she would keep deceiving the Goddess for a little longer."

"What should we do now?" A subordainte asked. "What else? Return to the base." "Now that the Goddess is out, we will have plenty of opportunities to hunt her down. Or we could just hunt her clone, but that will be more difficult." No one has managed to even enter the Dragon Palace.
