Raditz lay on the edge of the deep pit, his head resting on his hands, and the soft grass beneath him. He gazed at the long white clouds, feeling relaxed, and slowly closed his eyes.

Ever since the Dragon Ball World came into existence, Vegeta's followers would fight every day, constantly striving to improve their strength. They rarely had the opportunity to enjoy leisure time or relaxation aboard the spaceship.

However, today was different. Raditz found a moment of peace and took a brief rest for about fifteen minutes. He didn't have to think about anything, just indulged in the pleasant sensations of the breeze, the grass, and the warm sunshine... speaking of sunshine.

Suddenly, Raditz felt a shadow cast over him and abruptly opened his eyes.

"I'm here!" Raditz exclaimed, startled by the appearance of Gohan. "You scared me!"

It seemed that Gohan was no longer as terrified of Raditz as before, and he dared to approach him willingly.

"I... I finished it."

"What were you doing... and you're already finished?" Raditz was taken aback, only half understanding the situation.

Could a four-year-old child solve the problem so quickly? Raditz's expression became awkward, thinking that Gohan's education was truly remarkable...

At that moment, two powerful energy signatures approached their location, their speed surpassing that of the detector. Raditz looked up into the air, and soon the beeping sound of the detector followed.

It seemed that the detector was slower in detecting their presence than Raditz's own senses.

Raditz felt relieved. Fortunately, Goku and Piccolo had arrived just in time. Otherwise, dealing with Gohan's anger would have been quite troublesome. As Goku and Piccolo approached, Raditz greeted them.

"Goku, you're finally here."

"I'm here for my son!" Goku shouted, brimming with determination.

On the other hand, Piccolo's white robe billowed in the wind, exuding an imposing aura. He looked at Raditz with a serious expression and said, "I sensed a powerful energy suddenly arriving on Earth. It seems it's you. But don't misunderstand, I'm not like Goku, I'm not here to make peace!"

Having said that, Goku had already informed Piccolo about the power of the Saiyan race. Piccolo couldn't afford to be careless and remained highly cautious.

Raditz smiled, removed the detector, and tossed it aside. Not only was it a communication device, but it might also have been fitted with Freiza's eavesdropping device, even if it was turned off.

This action caught Goku and Piccolo's attention, making them wary.

"It's alright, come closer." Raditz picked up Gohan. "My goodness, your father has arrived. Go back to him." With a wave of his hand, he returned Gohan to Goku.

Goku held his son and affectionately ruffled his hair. "It's alright, Gohan."

"Okay..."

"What the hell are you up to?" Piccolo's eyes narrowed, maintaining his guard.

Goku quickly instructed Gohan to move away to a safe distance, ensuring he wouldn't be caught up in the fight.

"Don't worry, I just don't want others to overhear what I'm about to say. This device can detect people's strength and position, but it's also vulnerable to eavesdropping. So, for safety reasons, let's not use it for now. I want to tell you something that is true and of utmost importance."

"Oh, I find that hard to believe," Piccolo sneered, skeptical of Raditz's words.

As an incarnation of evil, Piccolo was accustomed to lies during the era of the Great Demon King, and trust didn't come easily to him. If Raditz was speaking, Piccolo didn't trust it.

"Goku, I've already returned your son to you. This is my gesture of sincerity. The truth is, I took him away just to lure you here."

"This..." Goku hesitated. After all, Raditz was his older brother, and he truly cared about Gohan.

He wanted to hear what Raditz had to say.

Piccolo, however, didn't trust Raditz as much as Goku, remaining vigilant. "That alone won't convince me."

"Very well, then there's only one way!" Raditz realized direct communication would be difficult, so he decided to demonstrate his strength to make them understand the true power of the Saiyans.

Raditz leaned forward and suddenly accelerated!

"Whoosh!"

The sound of the air being cut faintly echoed as Raditz disappeared before their eyes. Goku and Piccolo had barely managed to react when they sensed a presence behind them. They turned around, only to find Raditz already crouching on their backs.

The tremendous impact caused their balance to waver, and they stumbled forward, taking several steps before regaining their footing.

At the same time, two words flashed in their minds - incredible speed!

Raditz didn't give them a chance to catch their breath. He immediately lunged at Goku, his fists launching a flurry of powerful strikes, leaving afterimages in his wake.

At this moment, Raditz had achieved a combat power of 1800 through his training, surpassing even his previous full strength of 1500. His speed, strength, and agility were beyond Goku and Piccolo's ability to keep up.

"Ah...!" Goku tried to counterattack, but his powerful punches were effortlessly parried by Raditz. However, each ofRaditz's blows inflicted great pain upon him. Meanwhile, Piccolo approached from behind, his right hand forming a sharp knife-like strike across his chest.

Piccolo's speed was astonishing, the sound of the wind slicing through the air, and his hand knife carried a strong aura capable of cutting through anything.

But Raditz was even faster!

Reacting swiftly, he used his tail to strike Piccolo's knee. The tremendous force threw Piccolo's center of gravity off-balance, causing him to fall to the ground. Raditz followed up with a sweeping blow to Piccolo's head, sending him flying a hundred meters away.

"The tail!" Goku saw an opportunity amidst the crisis and rushed over with all his strength.

A faint smile appeared on Raditz's face. Averting Goku's attack, he instantly gathered a blue energy ball in his hands. "Boom—"

As the smoke and dust cleared, Goku lay on the ground, battered and defeated, having been flung far away.

"Damn, it seems I'm no match..." Goku struggled to stand up, sweat pouring from every pore.

Piccolo also gasped heavily, his physical strength greatly diminished after just two tail strikes.

"I still have a new move, but I need to gather energy for it. Can you keep him occupied?" Piccolo inquired.

"I'll give it a shot. If only i manage to grab his tail," Goku replied.

"Hey, your brother is much stronger than you. Saiyans... so this is the reason for your incredible power," Piccolo smirked, baring his fangs.

Goku could only smile wryly.

They had never encountered an opponent as formidable as Raditz before. The gap between them seemed insurmountable. Goku even suspected that Raditz was holding back, or else he could easily defeat either of them.

"Alright, let's stop here." Raditz took the initiative to raise his hand, halting the battle and surprising the two warriors.

In truth, Raditz believed he hadn't fully exercised the potential of his tail. If he got caught in a tricky situation and his tail was grabbed, he might find himself in a predicament. He didn't want to risk revealing his trump card just yet.

Besides, he had already achieved his goal of shocking them, and now it was time to convey his plan.

"Now that you've seen my strength, you should believe me. I could have easily killed you, but I left room for negotiation. The next words I'm about to say are of utmost importance."

Goku and Piccolo exchanged glances, nodding in agreement. They no longer challenged Raditz's words and listened attentively.

This was precisely what Raditz wanted. With their initial trust established, he could now proceed with his plan.
