Emperor and Dragon ( A Black Clover Fanfiction)

After the party when everyone but the Vermillions and Pendragons went home, Magnus and Galileo presented the system gifts they had gotten each other. Since getting new powers usually resulted in dramatic and destructive displays, they moved to the training field and Magnus set up a spatial formation. It was very interesting to see what kind of gifts these two would produce. Magnus and Galileo were beyond excited because they wanted to see what their friend would find in the vast expanses of the system's shop. Magnus was especially proud of what he got for Galileo, so he insisted on going first. His excitement only made Galileo more excited and vice versa.

"Ok the first gift is a big one, Everyone step back a good distance, it might get a little dangerous." Everyone stepped back nervously but Galileo was grinning like a madman. Following a series of handsigns Magnus preforms a summoning jutsu. Dark thunderclouds gathered overhead and a cyclone burst out around the two of them growing larger and larger as a massive form appeared in the sky. With those winds descended a tyrannical aura that threatened to devour all of clover "HAHAHAHAHA! Who dares call me to this realm! I, the great storm dragon Veldora will-" before he could finish his villain speech Magnus completed another set of hand signs and thrusted Galileo in the stomach with his palm. In the place Magnus struck a strange symbol appeared on his stomach and seconds later golden chains erupted from Galileo and wrapped Veldora up.

"What is this?" Despite the dragon's struggling he was pulled into and merged with Galileo. At that moment Galileo's body began glowing fiercely and different off colored primal elements flowed around him. Blue flames, purple lightning bolts, golden winds, giant white wood splinters, jade metal shards and black water engulfed him in a destructive storm. Magnus used Heavenly creation magic supplemented Bakudo no. 81 Danku in a pyramid formation to contain the reaction but it took considerable effort to hold. Galileo's siblings and Lumiette ran up to Magnus filled with concern and horror. No one ever considered Magnus destroying Galileo for their birthday but that's what it looked like.

"Magnus stop this Madness!"

"What are you doing!"

" This is the birth of a true dragon! Galileo is becoming the Evil Void Chaos Dragon as we speak. Once he comes out of that he'll be way stronger than he ever was, in mind, body, and spirit! " The evil smile on Magnus's face didn't make them any less disturbed by this procedure. Within the walls the storm churned violently until forming a writhing mass of writhing flesh and random structures warping in odd formations, trying to force it's way out of the containment. Meraleona who could look at the abomination that devoured her brother no more went to smash the wall with a blazing fist. "Mera stop! If those walls break to early chaos will leak out and could destroy Clover!"

"AND YOU TRAPPED MY BABY BROTHER IN THERE WITH IT!" Her flaming fist grew brighter until the flames turned gold "Calidus brachium gold!"

"No Meraleona! He has to overcome it himself!" Her fist smashed into the wall and after a moment of resistance the wall melted, just being that close to the chaos turned Mera's fist into a hoof, but she ignored it and pushed through. The surrounding grass turned into tentacles, eyeball stalks, and other limbs, randomly freezing or combusting. The chaos threatened to flow out but suddenly retreated and compressed itself into the form of Galileo, only his eyes were solid black. All of the distortions immediately went back to normal when he reappeared.

A notification went off in Magnus' head "(Joint message- Due to mixing of compatible powers: Void element(combination of primal elements), azure dragon body, true dragon from the primal chaos, and Mazoku demon blood, Galileo has become the Evil Void Chaos Dragon. A true dragon with true dragon's bloodline. Galileo now hosts the soul of Veldora Tempest in his body sharing in his Ultimate skill Investigation king Faust. Congratulations!)

The walls came down and Meraleona and Lumiette were the first to get to him.

"Hey Gali, say something!"

"Galileo are you ok!"

He blinked and his pupils returned to their usual azure, but his sclera remained black. He smacks the side of his head like an old television and his eyes go back to normal "What the hell? You, crazy bastard!" Galileo brushes past them and trudged over to Magnus.

"Hang on now Galileo-"

"THAT WAS BADASS! I can't even begin to describe half of what I saw in the chaos, but it was one hell of a trip! Plus now I feel like I'm on a whole new level from what I was on. Please don't forget, I'M A DRAGON JINCHURIKI!"

"Hang on, you're not mad?"

"How can I be? Look at me, I evolved again! I even got access to a new tier in the system, that's like three gifts in one! What else you got for me bro?"

"Galileo are you sure you want to go on with this you could have died just now!" Lumiette was still concerned he wasn't alright as she begins inspecting him head to toe "Are you hurting anywhere? Is everything in the right place? Do you feel lightheaded?"

"I'm fine Lumiette, better than ever actually. You guys chill." Him saying that didn't reassure any of his siblings or his fiancé much, in fact his giddy expression made them even more worried. Did he start enjoying cruel and unusual punishment? But they let it be for now, if he wasn't mad there wasn't much they could do about it. "What's next Magnus!"

"Hopefully this next one won't be as dramatic, but you'll appreciate it just as much. The boosted gear containing the soul of the fire dragon Ddraig." Magnus presents a red metal glove shaped like an armored dragon's claw, with a green spherical jewel on the back of the hand and gold spikes on the end.

Galileo snatched the claw greedily and was about to put it on before Lumiette grabbed his hand. "Magnus are you sure he won't explode again?" It didn't matter what Magnus would have said, Galileo put it on anyways and the void energy in his body devoured it, causing the claw to vanish into his body. "Galileo? What happened?"

In the depths of his soul, which now looked like an endless ever-changing chaotic mess. Galileo stood before two great dragons one with magnificent black scales that gleamed like steel the other with blazing red scales that resembled an impenetrable armor. Both were imposing and emitting an unyielding aura that clashed with the others. Wind and fire blazed about destroying all of their surroundings.

"I AM THE STORM DRAGON VELDORA TEMPEST! WHO DARES ENTER MY DOMAIN!?"

"(How is he already claiming my soul as his domain? He hasn't been here five minutes.)"

"I AM DDRAIG! KNEEL BEFORE THE RED DRAGON EMPEROR OF DOMINATION!" The red dragon unleashes a blast of fire hotter than anything Galileo had ever felt, the flames engulfed the black dragon and blew away their surroundings.

"HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH! FOOL! DO YOU THINK THESE FLAMES CAN STOP ME?" An enormous burst of magic power disperses Ddraig's flames.

"YOU CAN WITHSTAND MY FLAMES?! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! I HAVEN'T MET MANY WITH SUCH DURABILLITY! SHOW ME THE POWER OF VELDORA TEMPEST!" The two great dragons smash violently into each other with devastating attacks. Great explosions could be heard throughout the void as they destroyed everything in their path.

"What the hell is this? They just started fighting for no reason… should I even get involved in that? Nah, it will be fine. They'll tire themselves out eventually… I gotta give Magnus his gifts now." Snapping out of his daze he looks at Magnus.

"Well?"

"They went on a rampage as soon as they met, I'll work it out later."

"Good luck. That's all of my gifts though."

"After the void chaos thing I feel like my gifts are kinda lame…"

"I was meaning to ask, how can you afford food wars powers and birthday presents for me?"

"It turns out my guild work actually racked up a bunch of points. Now my turn! First up a couple of materials for new swords." Galileo waves his hand and two objects appeared from his ring. The first a metal block one cubic meter in size. It shone brightly in a deep shade of crimson "Red digizoid refined ten times, really a random find but it's stronger than about all of metals I've seen on the system. I smashed some adamantium with it like glass." The next was a clear cylindrical case holding a white fireball the size of a melon inside. "Remember how Mjolnir was made from a dying star?"

"Yes, what of it?"

"I got my hands on one as a crafting material, and I was able to upgrade it to a white star! It came with this manual and a warning. One mishap and this continent is for sure getting erased, maybe the world. I'm not entirely sure, I kinda skimmed it."

"You'd skim something that critical?"

"You're smart enough not to just open it without checking the manual." tossing the manual to him. "I wanna see what you make with these."

"I can definitely make good weapons out of this stuff." Briefly flipping through the manual, he puts both items into the ring. Magnus' eyes went buckshot at the next item Galileo produced from his ring. He lost the ability to speak for a second "…I- is that?"

"Yup." Galileo holds out a silver staff a little less that two meters long, with a gold band on each end. "Go crazy with it."

Even though this weapon wasn't a sword, it was easily among his favorite divine weapons. The destructive force to slay gods and the ability to reach untold ranges almost instantly, this was the ultimate weapon indeed! When Magnus reaches for the staff it begins to give off divine light more intensely as he got closer. It was as if the staff rejoiced to meet its new master. As soon as Galileo let go, Magnus felt an immense weight bare down on him and the ground for dozens of meters around cracks under the pressure. All of the muscles in his body strained to keep from dropping it. After a few seconds he started to adjust to the weight a bit.

"Don't just hold it, try it out."

Happy to oblige Magnus shouted out "BOW TO MY WILL, RUYI JINGU BANG!" With those words the staff became lighter to him, his instant mastery made the staff feel natural in his hands. He moved the staff like a lethal spear, piercing all in it's path. Deft and graceful movements made a deadly dance that caused the air to tremble. Every sweep, every thrust, every swing executed with pinpoint precision. The staff extended to reach just short of each target he chose at such blinding speeds none could have dodged it if they wanted to. Feeling satisfied with himself Magnus shrank Ruyi Jingu Bang small enough to be placed into his ear. "You really are a great friend Galileo…I couldn't ask for anything better." Magnus was fighting back tears of joy.

"Well it get's better." Next Galileo produces a white sword handle with no blade in the socket. "The dimension cutting trial sword. I take it you already got the hang of it?" Instead of answering Magnus channeled his spiritual pressure and swung the blade and only the surrounding trees were all split in half, then it disappeared into his arsenal. "Good, now for the last one. It-they were another chance find, it's fairly skewed from the original. Heh, this just hit me but it's also DXD based" Producing a box he opened it to reveal a set of ivory and gold chess pieces. They each gave off a divine energy that had a rejuvenating feeling to ones very soul. "The divine pieces, a holy version of the evil pieces for you and yours. Instead of demons you will become gods with their power! Before you go handing those out I got one last gift." He handed another manual to Magnus but as soon as he grabbed it he felt himself grow stronger.

Just then he got a notification from Jenny "(You have learned a new skill 'Hierarchy')"

"(Has a nice ring to it, what does it do?)"

"(Consider it like Rimeru's 'Food Chain' but for humans. Granting titles to your subordinates cause them to gain strength through you as they fight for you.)"

"(He got some pretty good stuff.) Galileo this is perfect for me. Thank you."

"Back at you bro."

"Well if that's everything I guess we should be getting ready to head back and start getting ready for tomorrow."

"There was one more thing." His tone suddenly got quiet and more serious "I upgraded your bloodline so your power is a little closer to mine but this is the last time. It's no fun having a rival I have to help so much, so if you fall behind again you will be left behind. It's been good having you over bro! See you next time." As the rest of the family gathers to say their goodbyes Magnus changes back to his usual carefree self. Galileo who thought he had been doing better lately had his mood killed, and went off by himself to think. Magnus definitely wasn't joking. Did he really think so lowly of him at this point? It made sense, even though Galileo was a freakishly powerful existence, so was Magnus. on top of that Magnus was a genius. The revelation was frustrating for Galileo.

"What's gotten into him?"

"Who knows. You know how he is."
