Entertainment: Starting as a Succubus, Taking Hollywood by Storm

Chapter 822: My Daughter’s Boyfriend Is a Superstar?

Kelly Fendley let out a sigh of relief.

Bill Fendley groaned, "I'm exhausted."

And just like that, it was settled.

"Whoa, a Rolls-Royce Phantom! Must be loaded," Bill muttered. Then he saw a young man step out from the back seat, wearing a mask and sunglasses. He rubbed his eyes, then rubbed them again.

"Old man, what's with you? Quit mumbling and go greet our guest!" Kelly said, puzzled by her husband's behavior.

"Who could it be? Wait, it's not her high school teacher, is it?" Kelly's eyes widened at the thought.

"Enough guessing. Go, go, go—hurry up and welcome him!" Bill urged.

Knock, knock, knock. The door sounded.

Lauren Findley giggled at Martin standing in the doorway. "Hehe, I hope you don't scare them too much!"

Martin grinned back. "So, you think this'll be a shock rather than a pleasant surprise?"

Lauren smirked. "Come on, you're Martin Meyers. There's no way they'd ever guess my boyfriend is you. Oh, their faces are gonna be priceless!"

As they chatted, the door swung open.

A middle-aged couple came into Martin's view. The husband's eyes glinted with curiosity and scrutiny, while the wife covered her mouth, her face a mix of disbelief and a slight flush.

"Oh my God, am I dreaming, or is the world just crazy? My daughter's boyfriend is Martin? Martin Meyers?!" Kelly shrieked.

"Mom, stop yelling, you're embarrassing me!" Lauren huffed, exasperated.

"Embarrassing? What's embarrassing? It's Martin Meyers! Oh, Martin, I love your Twilight and The Hunger Games. Wait, can you sign something for me? I've got your books in the bedroom—I'll be right back!" Kelly bolted up the stairs without a backward glance.

Bill, mortified by his wife's fangirling, gave Martin an awkward smile. "Sorry, my wife's a huge fan of your books. She's a bit too excited."

His earlier plan to put this "punk kid" in his place had long vanished into the clouds.

Martin shrugged with a smile. "No worries. It's an honor that she enjoys my work."

What followed was a lively chat. Martin's charisma and almost otherworldly charm quickly won over Bill and Kelly Findley. They enjoyed a lavish, cheerful lunch together at the Fendley home, and Martin took his leave around 2:30 in the afternoon.

It wasn't until after Martin left that Bill remembered something and turned to his daughter. "Lauren, doesn't Martin have other women? And didn't he have a son with Nicole Kidman?"

Kelly chimed in, "Did Martin ever say how he plans to handle your relationship?"

Lauren nodded. "Martin said that as long as I don't leave him, he'll always treat me as his woman. Everything his other women have, I'll have too. If I want a child, that's no issue—he'll give them a proper place and take care of us for life."

She pulled a set of keys from her bag, grinning. "Oh, and Martin gave me a villa. Come on, let me show you my new place."

An hour later, they arrived.

"It's gorgeous!" Kelly, ever the romantic, was instantly captivated by the stunning scenery.

"Not bad, right? The house and land are worth 5.9 million, all in my name," Lauren said with a touch of pride. Then, as if remembering something, she added, "Oh, and this place used to belong to Spielberg—you know, the big Hollywood director."

Inside, the villa's opulent decor left Bill and Kelly in awe.

"Compared to this, our farm villa feels like a shack!" Bill exclaimed.

"Dad, Mom, Martin said the house is mine to do with as I please. If you like it, you can stay here as long as you want."

"Ooh, I think that's a fantastic idea," Kelly said, her eyes sparkling.
