Extra Judicial Killing

"I could give my sympathy to that man.". As he watches the eyes of someone which is causing havoc on their places. "This is why politics is filled with blood. I could give my sympathy to him.". He saw the guy writing an apology to the television screen. "It is true, he is right and he has a right to pursue and punish them. They all did abused their power in the government to the point they are already killing the families around.". Then he looked at his watch. "An apology. I too would apologise.". He took the photo, of someone. A mayor, long gone, kindest and stupid some time. He remember how treachery arise to the point of them being betrayed by those that are around them. His sons, daughters dead, neice mocking him, grandsons tortured, laughed and mocked. People around him constantly dying, one by one. "Politics is a long bloody game. Its a dead or alive battle. The difference right now, is that people are brave enough to tell them the truth, and people like him, I cried a lot. For he knows it well.". He checked his desk and those are papers of death. "Why they died?, because of their connections. Puppetry and ill natured intent. All of them were blinded and have forgotten what reality is.". He took a family portrait and he saw a fat guy. "This guy, and his family were killed?, because of that guys horrible experience. Mother sold, property taken and robbed, liberty taken, abused, mentally and physically tortured, played by the authority and the connections. How could guy, sent his brothers wife to his friend?. How could a guy took his brothers possession like silly things. How could a guy make his neice roam the street, live as a renegade, how could guy sold his mother for the sake of his friends. How could a guy hate those who are helping him?. How could a guy, how could a guy like this create a family. How.". Then he pressed the remote and he saw the scene on television. "How could he kill them?even I who knows the government, and how dirty are they would agree.". Then he took another picture, "a they all are being controlled as a puppet. Toys and barbies.".

"If only the government is clean. If only, then there will be no blood shed like this.".

On another room, far from the guy. Same conscience was touched.

"Why is that guy, still hunting the authority? Should I myself start to help him.".

He wonder and as he looked on the screen.

"I am inside the government and that guy hits my conscience. He knows it too well.".

"The guy did suffered for a long time. So i could give my sympathy to his victims. For they deserve it well. They do not deserve to live well.".

Then he sat on his chair. 

"I know those person who went lunatics and crazy and poor because of this head. Which is why I could give him my sympathy.".

"Should it be revealed then I am afraid that that guy will be innocent.".

He wrote it on his notes. "The faulty government system". He started to visualize and checked those persons that the guy did killed. They all are the same, rapist, murderers, thief, rapist, murderers, opportunist, thief. Then he start to remember that even he is also a victim. He sat on his chair and he saw a picture of his family line. One mayor did died in the hands of his authority, sons were killed. He checked the moving target and he start to wrote things. 

He then wondered for sometimes "With the fault that was stated, it should be given a closure. I know how authority works. They all are not lunatics.".

"The country is no longer safe, reform is a must. Judicial system must be made strong, better than ever before. The country must be disciplined and they all must know the government. The Judicial department must be strengthen so that it could stood on their own, despite of those so called big personalities existing on their land. They all should execute their mandates and intent without any connection to those that are convict.".

He stopped the pen and he wondered. "The authority and the Judicial system should be executed or else that place will run on a bloody life.'". This is the reason why that man start to execute carnage. Undisciplined, Ill monger, rude and pure ill people. He stood up, and he looked at the window. He visualize how he too did suffer in the hands of the people around him. "Is it time for a change?. Is it time to destroy this so called faulty government system, is it time to discipline the people.". He looked at the guy and he looked at those who he killed. "They all deserve well. Should I exempt him. Afterall it is a part of prosecution, the worst scenario of the Judicial department. The killing team.". Then he sat once more. He started to write. Then he remember how the usual 90s judiciary works. On the table the chief justice sat and is listening to the case. "How did it become so worse. It gets even more worse.". He start to write Once more. Then he said "I will make a proposal, and i hope the circles will approve of it. Change must be done. So that we could avoid same bloody incident.". "Change the faulty government system proposal.". He think, and think more about it. Then he start to wonder how in heaven will he end that bloody thing. So he stood up on municipality and went of the veranda. There he saw pure trees. "I could give my sympathy to those he killed here. They all are connected on a network, which must be clean. CCtvS is not enough. This place better get moving and be civilized. Plus we have these another visitors. It has been awhile since the governor and the congressman did visited us. This report is a sign of negligence. Plus, we are headed to a city. So we must laid out a proper security. Good thing, i knew it well. Thus with the problem given, I should now workt it well. We are the government after all.
