Fairy Tail: The Strongest Fairy (Rewritten Version)

In the end, the matter was settled quickly, as a certain red haired Valkyrie summoned a silver rope, to smack the head of the naked fool, only to tied him up as well.

Makarov regained himself when this happened, and asked Erza to bring the unknown brat to his office, as he took the mission report along with him.

The boy who is called himself Zack Smasher, was placed inside the office, with Makarov sitting on his chair, looking at the report from the mission he given the Strauss Siblings to.

As expected from a report from Mirajane, it seems to be mostly Lisanna and Elfman who wrote it, he knew that lass wouldn't even bother with a report. However, least now the old man knew the situation.

"So… Zack, was it?" Makarov askes, getting the attention of the boy, who looked dizzy, as if he has been hit by a train, or more like, by a certain Valkyrie.

"Hmm?" Zack went, as his green eyes looked at Makarov.

"Do you have any parents?" Makarov went, as he looked at the boy, the boy at first, looked confuse, then deeper confuse, along with two emotions, he can tell what they are, one is sorrow, but also hatred, along with confusion as well.

"I don't know what a parent is… but why… do I feel muddy… and boiling?" Zack went, not understanding himself, Makarov sighed hearing this, as he put down the piece of paper at the boy.

"It is alright you don't understand them, my boy. But what important right now, is what should we do with you?" Makarov went, getting to the main point.

In truth, what Zack did wasn't much of a problem.

Sure, as the hut might be under their guild name. Makarov knew the hut is also used by the village, and in the report, there was no damage done to the hut itself.

The forest thing?

The ruined forest was only a small aura, the real issue is the forest itself is a source of food for Calla Village in the winter.

Due to Zack's actions, it will take weeks, or maybe months, before the wildlife like dears and such to come back. In itself, is a crime, but not enough to throw the boy in jail. Since it wasn't intentional.

And yet again, Makarov could always rule it off, as a Monster related problem. Not to mention, there is Magic could fixed the wild animals issue as well. He just has to ask one of those brats to do that for him.

The real question is… what to do with a young Wizard, who clearly a victim to a Cult-Type Dark Guild?

The boy has their memo, erasing or sealing the memories of victims. But for some reason, he doesn't have the second memo they normally do, the normal Magic used by Cult based Dark Guilds, is Memory Rewrite Magic.

(AN: Memory Rewrite is original Magic of this fanfic, but it also can be seen as an upgrade version of Memory Control magic, that used by a certain teleporting spy in the canon)

It is the kind of Magic, that can rewrite memories of the victims, it is a Forbidden Magic, Magic that not publicly allowed to be used, but often used in cult based Dark Guilds.

In normal cases, when the Dark Wizards from such Dark Guild uses Memory Rewrite Magic, they make sure to make false memories of faith towards the God they serve. Which can be the guild master, or a specific someone, or something else.

However, that doesn't seem to be the case with Zack here.

Instead, they just placed memories, or more like knowledge of survival skills, and such from this God person, alongside with their Magic systems, Quake-Quake Magic, and Haki Spiritual Arts… or so the boy told the siblings several times since coming here, or so says in the report.

"What should we do with me??" Zack askes, not understanding Makarov said. Who the person himself sighed, rubbing his head.

It is clear what to do in this situation.

He cannot let the boy go, since right now, Zack is more to a danger to himself, then anyone else, how his mental situation currently is.

He is no different to a child mentally, even if he seems to be around Erza and Mirajane's age.

Only thing truly troubles him, is the purpose of this so-called God, who use this Memory Rewrite Magic on the boy, who not only give the boy these Magics he never heard of, but also their guild name.

'Even so… what will Precht, and the founder think of me, if I were to abandoned this lad…' Makarov thought, as it is not in his nature to look away, when a child needs guidance.

"Zack my boy, do you like to join us. You already have the requirements to joined Fairy Tail." Makarov went, causing the boy in question to blink his eyes.

"But aren't we already in Fairy Tail?" Askes the boy, as Makarov chuckled at the boy's response… but little did he knew, the boy meant the world, not his guild.

"As we are my boy, so what you say? You don't know the world, you don't have a home, don't you? And you are also a Wizard, it is the adult's duty to look after a child, like yourself, that is why, join this guild, Zack Smasher, I will do all in my power, to help you learn about this world." Makarov went.

"This world?" Zack went, with a curious look.

"Yes, the world is a bigger place then any of us could think. But it also a harsh place as well. That is why, joined our guild, to learn more about this world, and develop more as a person." Makarov went with a smile.

"This world… and developed as a person?" Zack askes, trying to understand, as he blinks his eyes.

"Yes, as a person, what you say? Wanna join our somewhat chaotic band of misfits?" Makarov askes with a grin.

"Will Mirajane, Lisanna, and Elfman with this misfit thingy?" Zack askes, as Makarov was slightly taken back, seeing the boy who has no memories, seems to be attached to the Strauss Siblings, in a way he pities the boy knowing what Mirajane is like.

Besides Mirajane, he doesn't see any problem with either Elfman or Lisanna, one is a shy lad, and the other is a sweet lass, who more than welcome in this chaotic guild of his.

"They already part of the guild, I am sure you will see them around, and I think it might be good for you to meet and befriend others in this guild as well, my boy." Makarov honest went.

"Befriend…? Oh you mean joining my harem!" Zack went, as he realised what Makarov meant.

"No, no! Harem and friendship are two different things!" Makarov went aloud, to the point, some of the guild members outside the office heard this.

"Different things…? Don't understand… don't worry Elfman already stated I have to ask, speaking of asking, what about you? Didn't I ask you?" Zack askes innocently, causing the old man to sigh.

"Sorry I have to pass on that…" Makarov went.

"Why!? Why is everyone is refusing!?" Zack went with shock.

"Speaking of harems, why do you want one my boy, no should I even ask you… do you even knew what a harem is?" Makarov askes, getting to the point. He knew already the clueless brat before him, has no clue what a harem is, if his ears didn't fail him earlier.

"No clue! God says I need one, so I need to get one… but I get this feeling it involves people… but how it involves them, no clue!" Zack went with a wide smile causing Makarov to sighed, seeing how truly clueless this boy is.

Makarov can feel a headache coming along, with this new member they will gain. Knowing this will be a problem, if not solved, should he explain what a harem is? Then an idea came to Makarov, causing him to grin.

"Then it is decided." Makarov went.

"What is?? Joining this guild thingy?" Zack went, as his green eyes scanning each word from the old man.

"Well that, and this. You are not allowed to ask anyone to joined your harem!" Makarov went, which caused a look of horror on the clueless teenager.

"Why!?" Zack only can say, as the boy looked both lost and confuse at this.

"You don't understand a what harem is, my boy. You don't understand the steps, nor what is needed to develop a harem!" Makarov went, but deep down he thought… what is he doing?

"Honestly, money and power! God says these things needed for a successful harem!" Zack protested, which Makarov nodded in understanding.

"Good insight, but my boy, do you understand any of them? And those the elements of maintaining a harem, not developing one!" Makarov went with a grin… seriously what is he saying?

"T-That…" Zack went, looking more lost and confuse, he has the kind of expression if the world is going to end.

Makarov understood this, the world in the boy's eyes everything he knew is very little, it is his whole world, if any doubt could be found, it could shake his whole world, into chaos and confusion, like right now.

"You need to understand how one is developed, before speaking how one maintains a harem! Understand the elements how one is formed, and then understand the elements how one maintains one! You need to understand everything from the very bottom, before you understand every element of harems, you are not allowed to belittle them!" Makarov went… seriously what is the elements of harems??

Makarov is just making things up here, but the boy looked like he understands, as he grinned with his bright smile.

"You right strange looking kid… you are right, thank you! I will tell Mirajane, Elfman, and Lisanna about this discovery! Maybe they will agree later on!" Zack went, as he didn't wait for the shocked Makarov to recover, who doesn't know what to recover from.

Being called a strange looking kid?

Or he going to tell this to Mirajane of all people!? Does he have a death wish! (Luckily Mirajane has no clue what a harem is… for now)

"Wait! We are not done here!" Makarov went… but it was too late, as Zack already left the office, along with the chaos outside his office seems to increased, wonder why that for?

Hearing outside the office became more chaotic, no need to knew why. Makarov sighed, as he looked outside his window, wondering if this was the right thing to do.

If he didn't say anything… that boy, without any doubt, will question everyone in the town, never mind the guild, to joined his harem.

Not to mention, due to the lack of understanding this brat has… even telling him what a harem is, wouldn't change a thing, as the boy wouldn't even understand that as well.

However, little did Makarov knew, later on that day, he will be given respectful looks from most male members of the guild, but also wary looks from all the female members of the guild, causing the old guild master to realise… they too overheard his nonsense on harems and their elements.

And before anyone knew it, time moves on.

Another time skip!

I thought adding more chapters for our clueless protagonist.

However, as it might be funny at first, it will be annoying as heck later on.

So it about time for a time skip, like it was foretold in the original fanfic.

MC personality will improve, not completely to the full self, but he will understand more than compared to before, but also not so much on many matters.

In other words, his mental age will no longer be 5 years old.
