Fated Adventure.

Chapter 185: 184. Mine now.

Before heading back, I once again entered my inner world. A massive, withered tree loomed beside a grotesque wooden statue—the remnants of Kaguya's influence.

"Let's get these under control first."

My gaze settled on the Gedo Statue. My spiritual power surged outward, coiling around the massive entity before pulling it into my spiritual sea. It didn't resist—an empty husk with no will of its own—yet it brimmed with raw life force.

Once inside, I immediately began refining it, stripping away Kaguya's lingering traces and reshaping it to fit my needs. My spiritual imprint spread through its form, altering its very essence.

The grotesque, skeletal frame started to shift. Its gnarled tails retracted, its numerous eyes dwindled, and its wrinkled, withered body expanded slightly. Slowly, its form became more humanoid, resembling a towering wooden mannequin rather than the nightmarish husk it once was. Instead of traditional tails, a scarf-like structure began to wrap around its neck, steadily expanding as it absorbed energy.

Who said a Tailed Beast had to look like a beast? Who said tails couldn't be something stylish?

A smirk tugged at my lips. If I was going to create my own Tailed Beast, I might as well make it look cool. A monstrous warrior clad in battle armor, wielding a wicked weapon—it would be unlike any other.

Restoring it to the level of the original Ten Tails would take time, but that was fine. Its durability alone made it invaluable, nearly indestructible. More importantly, it was now completely bound to me—no one could summon or control it without my permission.

Next was the God Tree—the source of the chakra fruit—and the thousands of Zetsu stored within. Nearly 100,000 of them lay dormant in cocoons.

Placing my palm against the massive withered trunk, I channeled my power, branding it with my spiritual imprint. A ripple spread across its bark, sinking deep into its core. With this, I not only claimed the tree but also seized control over every Zetsu it housed.

Right now, they were nothing more than mindless husks—blank slates with no will, no emotions, no thoughts. A hive mind without a leader. With Black Zetsu gone, they were nothing but plant-like dolls, waiting for orders.

They had potential. Given time, they could grow, learn, and evolve into something more. But for now, I let them sleep. I had no immediate need for them.

As for the chakra fruit… that would take far longer to regrow. Once it did, I could feed it to the Gedo Statue to restore its tails and replenish its energy.

I could also feed it Gelel Stones or the meteor I had snatched. Both contained vast amounts of chakra. If I recalled correctly, the meteor was highly radioactive, and the villagers who tried using it had perished. The Village Hidden in the Stars, wasn't it?

Never watched that arc, but I'd seen a few fanfics about it.

Anyway, time to head back. I was mainly here to unlock chakra and claim the Rinnegan. Gaining a Rinnegan-Sharingan combo along with Madara's combat skills was a massive boon.

With the Six Paths, I could keep the bodies active at all times, assisting in various tasks—blacksmithing, alchemy, and more.

I could also teach the girls proper shadow clones. The Martial Spirit clones were useful, but their restrictions were annoying.

My lovely little assassin would be thrilled to learn some real ninja techniques. And with my new Genjutsu capabilities and predictive combat skills, I might even be able to surprise Scathach.

I needed to figure out how to properly merge the Sharingan and Rinnegan into the Rinne-Sharingan. Maybe cultivating them with the Purple Demon Eyes from the Tang Sect would work? Could I evolve them using my Spiritual Sea?

Something to experiment with later.

With that, I activated the travel function and returned to the Danmachi world.

I had ignored the system messages earlier. As for chakra being added to my body, it had seamlessly fused with my meridians, so I didn't feel much of a change. Honestly, it felt almost identical to Qi.

As soon as I stepped into the manor, I felt several sets of eyes lock onto me.

Then the girls surrounded me like a pack of hungry wolves.

"What happened to you?" Yue purred, licking her lips.

"Oui, you look extra handsome today," Fleur whispered. A second later, I was groped. "Mmm."

Even Rachel had a heated look, a slight blush dusting her cheeks.

It seemed Freya's charm enhancement was working far better than I expected. Even the girls who hadn't officially joined the harem yet were stealing glances.

Still, most of the Hollows were… a bit dense when it came to feelings. They were still adjusting to human emotions.

But one person noticed something else.

Scathach's eyes narrowed before a wicked grin stretched across her lips. She strode forward, and the girls instinctively stepped aside, curious.

"Oh? You're carrying yourself differently," she mused, watching me intently.

Unlike the others, she saw it immediately—my entire stance had changed. My movements were silent, my posture honed. The casual openings I usually left had vanished. I wasn't just walking—I was moving like a veteran warrior, a killer.

Serenity had noticed too. The way I scanned the room, the measured steps, the presence I now exuded. Classic signs of an assassin's training.

If before I had walked like an unsheathed sword, now I was a hidden blade, ready to strike at a moment's notice.

And judging by the heat in Serenity's gaze, she really liked that.
