Kaya, watching from her cloud, chuckled softly. "Brother Bai Yu is so bad. Why does he always steal women?"

Meanwhile, Kaya turned her attention to Arlong, who was still trying to flee toward the sea. Clapping her hands together, she activated her power:

"Location Restoration."

A pale golden light enveloped Arlong.

Suddenly, his surroundings changed, and a sharp pain jolted through him. He looked around in confusion.

"What?! How… how is this possible?!"

His body was pierced by one of Nami's Cloud Spears, but what truly shocked him was his position—he was back in the middle of the ruins of Arlong Park.

"Fake! This has to be fake!"

Arlong remembered clearly: he had been just meters from the sea, ready to escape.

But now, he was standing exactly where he'd started, skewered by Nami's attack.
