Chapter 95: Chapter 3 [Volume 2]

Jon looked around carefully, saw that in a corner there was a kind of computer similar to the one in the white room, he went to it and touched it, but it was still off.

The boy cursed when he heard Ghost moaning. The boy turned and saw the wolf in one of the corners of the room.

"What's up boy? "he asked.

The wolf continued his moaning.

Jon approached and saw what the wolf had found, a coin made of some kind of blue metal.

"It is similar to the bronze ones that I found on the corpses of the mercenaries that I killed," he murmured, grabbing it.

The boy examined it.

"It's strange, don't you think? " He asked Ghost.

Seeing that the wolf did not respond, he looked up and noticed that he was not there, the boy turned and saw Ghost sniffing at the computer.

Jon steeled himself and felt heat in his pocket, he took the blue coin and it shone.

"What is this?" he whispered.

He took it out and brought it closer to the computer and it shone brighter.

"It's something like a source of power, for these machines," he mused.

He put the coin on the computer and it disappeared. Jon watched in wonder as the monitor turned on.

Jon pressed on ancient Valyria.

The boy Chose Families.

{There are 45 families of Valyria, each with a territory in Valyria.}

The boy saw that there were forty-five names, but he went back, he would be informed in the future. He continued with the next one.

The boy sighed and went back, choosing defenses.

{Automatic defenses will be put in place only when Valyria is complete.}

Finally, he came to the last option.

"So if I bring the summoned villagers, every vegetation they have will give me Valyric points," he whispered.

"Now that I think about it, this is a good place to practice magic, there is no one around, and I could also get a good base of operations," he mused.

Finally, he wanted to see what he could do. At his first level of summoning, he could summon peasants and architects.

He shook his head and pushed the last button.

The boy felt again that he was being taken to another place and he arrived at the white room, he went to the monitor and there were some words on it.

{Congratulations, you have obtained a title and leveled up!

Due to changing the Valyria user, now you will be the king of Valyria.

The boy thought for a second and pressed exit and got ready. First, he would see what he could do, then he would concentrate on his improvements.

"Summon peasants," he whispered.

He felt like he was out of breath, he was spending almost all of his mana, and it was exhausting him, the boy looked up and saw ten people, 5 women and 5 men, they were attractive to a certain extent, the men robust, the women in country attire.

"Master, we are here to serve you, we will obey all your orders," the man said, looking like a leader.

"What can you do?" Jon asked.

"Cultivating, creating small houses, weaving and creating clothes, depends on the skills with which we are summoned, we have two improvements that will make the work more efficient and faster, architects and farmers require these two improvements to be complete," he said.

"Can you grow in all kinds of fields or do you require specific land? " Jon asked.

The peasant shook his head.

"There is no need for specific land, we have magic, crops will grow in any type of field, quickly, magic accelerates the process," said another.

Ned looked at the white room and went to the computer. He had been secretly training since Robert's letter arrived.

Ned pressed yes.

{Atlantic Magic Level: 1

Ned felt his muscles cool, like an icy wind entered his skin, reached his blood, he began to cough, a few moments later the man recovered and looked at the screen.

{Atlantic Magic Level: 1

Cost: 100 mana per spell

Summon warship}

"Warship," he muttered. And he left the place.

It was undoubtedly useful but he still didn't have enough mana to use it.

Bran looked around confused, he was in an all-white room, with a strange mirror in the background.

"Where am I?" He murmured.

The last thing he remembered was climbing one of the towers, the queen and her brother were in it, one on top of the other.

Turning around, not seeing anyone, he approached the mirror and touched it, curious, he saw how letters appeared with wonder.

{welcome player

Bran blinked at that. He put his hand on the next button. The letters changed.

{Options

The boy blinked again, and clicked on FAQ.

{What do you want to know?}

Dozens of letters appeared on the screen.

{Where am I?

You are found in the white room. A pocket dimension, which players use to improve their skill levels.}

"Levels? " he muttered.

{What are levels?

Players get experience points from everyday things or combat and

The levels are what measure those experience points, by sacrificing those points the players retain magical or physical abilities.

Magic?

Magic is the transformation of spiritual energy into a physical environment.}

Bran smiled nervously.

{How did I get here?

Brandon Stark was asleep in his bed, after being crippled by Jaime Lannister, an assassin attacked him and his familiar summer killed him, in doing so he obtained the power of the player.}

"Crippled?" Bran muttered.

{How hurt am I?

Brandon Stark was injured so that it is impossible to walk again, but upon obtaining the game, he regenerated his wounds, and is now in perfect condition.

How do I leave the room?

To exit you must press the exit button on the console.}

The boy turned back, looked, and was curious about his abilities, he pressed character menu.

Bran got excited and pressed Olympic Magic.

He pressed yes.

Bran felt as if he were being pushed by gravity against the ground, his legs gave out and he fell, a severe headache appeared and made him dizzy, he felt like vomiting from the dizziness, while his hands felt like they were being cut by blades. A few seconds later everything disappeared and the boy saw that the monitor changed phrases.

{Olympic magic Level: 1

Cost: 100 mana per spell.

Fly: You can fly through the air for a while. Not the same as levitation which only lets you float.}

"Great," he muttered and started leaving.

Ned Stark was upset as he walked with his men through the streets of King's Landing. It had been months since Robert brought him from Winterfell, Sansa, and Arya with him. His eldest daughter seemed enthralled with the prince, something he didn't like. The boy was a spoiled child, nothing like Robert. And if his research is true, practically nothing to do with any Baratheon.

His youngest daughter trained in water dancing with a Bravos teacher she got. If Cat found out that he was giving her fencing classes, she would kill him and Jon for giving her a sword, but it's Arya's style.

One of the good things was that by commanding armies, placing orders like the hand of the king, his player points increased.

"Lord Stark," he heard and saw Jaime Lannister arrive.

"Kingslayer" he whispered.

"My brother was arrested by your wife, did you give the order?" he asked.

"Damn Cat, what did you do?" he thought.

Robb looked at his mother.

"It's time," he said.

"I don't want to leave Rikkon and Bran, but there is no option," the woman muttered.

"We will be back soon, they are waiting for us at Moat Cailin."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

{Congratulations, you have obtained a title.

king of the north

Titles add one skill point per level.}

Ned cursed, as he left the room, he didn't know why he got the title but he imagined that Robb declared the north in rebellion and therefore he was the king, weeks had passed, he hadn't defended himself, not like he could thanks to the game, but Varys was direct.

Robert was dead and the new king did not plan to send him to the wall.

Ned denied thinking about his friend, a hunting accident, anyone could see the Lannister plot.

"It's time," he muttered, watching the guard arrive with water.

He approached and Ned in one quick movement caught him and knocked him out.

Ned left the place, took the guard's clothes, and gagged him in the cage. Fortunately, his sword was waiting for him, now he just had to follow his plan. He took the guard's armor, his helmet covering his face.

He walked away from the dungeons with his face hidden for a couple of minutes and arrived at where they had Sansa.

"Yes?" asked one of the two guards.

"Critical Hit," Ned said.

"What?" said the other lair.

Just to be pierced immediately by Ned's sword. The remaining guard drew his sword but it was too late, and Ned easily pierced him. He found himself immediately in the white room. And he went to the monitor.

{Name: Ned Stark

Skill points: 2

Level 3: (0/90)

Health: 300/300

Mana 200/200

He decided to upgrade his swordsmanship and pushed to obtain the second level of Swordsmanship.

{You have selected Swordsmanship.

Do you want to get two upgrades to the Swordsmanship skill?

Yes/No}

Ned pressed yes.

{Swordsmanship Level: 1

Ned left the white room, Sansa was hidden behind the bed curtains. Ned put the bodies inside and closed the door.

"Sansa," he said.

"Dad?" she asked.

And she ran to hug him.

"We must hurry," he told her.

She nodded.

"Arya?" he asked.

"I don't know, they told me she escaped," she whispered.

Ned smiled.

"Bring all the sheets you find, we will create a rope"

Jon looked at the white room and approached the computer, just a few days later, the farmers worked on the outskirts, and he was able to raise the level, since for each plant, or vegetable set to grow, the boy had passive points.

The boy chose summoning magic and got the two summon level: 1 upgrades. He also spent his last two to put in the two swordsmanship level: 1 upgrades.

Jon looked satisfied with this, he could start building, but he needed materials. One thing in favor was also that the pain of obtaining skills did not affect him when they were upgraded.

[T/N: huh, a new system where a skill can be upgraded without leveling it up. Also, this chapter totally ruined my theories. Oh well. If you enjoyed this chapter then please, leave a comment, write a review, and drop some stones. If you want access to advanced chapters then check out the Patreon.]
