Chapter 151: Chapter 151: Kidnapping the Tengu General

"I never expected Columbina to be such a heavy drinker..." Yun Fan muttered, his arm supporting the Harbinger girl as she leaned against him. His eyes were filled with admiration and surprise.

Columbina's drinking ability ranked among the top three of all the people Yun Fan had met. The other two were Morax, the stoic rock, and Barbatos, the drunken bard. These two Archons were evenly matched, and if one had to determine who was better, it wouldn't be an easy task.

However...

Yun Fan tilted his head slightly, his gaze falling on Columbina, whose face was flushed and whose breath carried a faint, sweet scent. His eyes flickered with a hint of complexity.

At the level of a god and with her ancient fairy constitution, Columbina could easily neutralize the effects of alcohol with her own power. Yet, she chose not to, instead allowing the alcohol to cloud her consciousness, much like Barbatos. And she did this in front of him, someone who had just "followed" her. This was... quite a test of one's self-control, wasn't it?

"Sir, please hold on." Just as Yun Fan was lost in thought, a cold voice called out to him from ahead.

"Hmm?" Yun Fan frowned and looked up. He didn't recall having any female acquaintances in Inazuma.

"You are... Kujou Sara?" Yun Fan immediately recognized the tengu general blocking his path. After all, back on Earth, she had helped him clear many difficult stages in the game. The "Raiden Shogun, Kujou Sara, Bennett, and Xingqiu" team couldn't function without her!

But this was the real Teyvat. He had no connection to her here, so why was she stopping him?

"You know me?" Kujou Sara raised an eyebrow. She found the elegant young man dressed in Liyue attire unfamiliar, as if she had never seen him before. Moreover, she spent most of her time stationed on Narukami Island and rarely appeared in Ritou. If it weren't for the Kanjou Commission's request for assistance, she wouldn't be here now.

"Ahem, General Kujou Sara's reputation is well-known. Who hasn't heard of you? I, Yun Fan, have only had the fortune of seeing you once before. It's nothing worth mentioning," Yun Fan coughed lightly, offering a polite compliment.

"Is that so?" Kujou Sara showed little reaction to Yun Fan's flattery. She was used to such things. "Since you know me, that makes things easier. Explain the situation with this girl beside you. Did you get her drunk on purpose to take advantage of her?"

Hearing this, Yun Fan realized that Kujou Sara was here for Columbina. This tengu general was truly righteous. If it were any other soldier, they would have turned a blind eye and let them pass.

"Uh, this is my friend. She's from Snezhnaya and is new here. She was curious about Inazuma's food culture, so she had a few drinks during dinner. That's why she's a bit tipsy," Yun Fan tried to explain, hoping to smooth things over. He didn't want to get entangled with this overly loyal woman.

After hearing Yun Fan's explanation, Kujou Sara fell silent for a moment before shaking her head. "Sir, forgive my bluntness, but I can't simply take your word for it. If I let you go now, I might be putting this girl in danger. So, until she sobers up, I'll have to ask you to come with me."

"Of course, it had to be this way," Yun Fan sighed, rubbing his forehead. He had expected this outcome. But as the Divine Sovereign of Liyue, a being feared by none in all of Teyvat, how could he just follow this little girl and lose face?

"General Kujou Sara, thank you for your concern, but I'm afraid I can't go with you."

"What do you intend to do?" Kujou Sara drew the short sword from her waist, her eyes wary as she stared at the silver-haired young man with a teasing smile. However, she didn't attack immediately. Without absolute certainty that she could avoid harming the girl beside him, she wouldn't act rashly.

"Form up!"

Seeing their commander draw her weapon, the Tenryou Commission soldiers who had been watching from behind quickly formed ranks, their spears pointed directly at Yun Fan.

"Kneel. I don't like being pointed at with spears," Yun Fan's eyes glowed with a golden light, his cold voice echoing through the area.

Clang! Clatter! Clink!...

The sound of metal hitting the ground rang out repeatedly, startling Kujou Sara. She turned around to see her soldiers disarmed and kneeling on the ground, their faces filled with fear.

"What did you do?!" Kujou Sara demanded, her voice sharp. The man before her had used some strange method to render her soldiers powerless, forcing them to kneel helplessly. This was unheard of.

"Just a small lesson. General Sara, I advise you to act within your means," Yun Fan said calmly. He then wrapped his arm around Columbina, who was leaning on his shoulder, and lifted her in a princess carry. Without a second glance, he turned and walked away.

"By the decree of eternity, the Narukami is eternal!"

The moment Yun Fan turned his back, Kujou Sara moved. Spreading her tengu wings, she reduced the output of her Electro energy and sent a bolt of lightning toward Yun Fan's back.

Even though she had consciously weakened the attack, Kujou Sara believed it would still cause some harm to the girl. But given the circumstances, this was the best she could do. It was better than letting the girl fall victim to Yun Fan's schemes.

"How is this possible?!" Kujou Sara's eyes widened in shock. The lightning she had placed all her hopes in vanished without a trace the moment it touched the silver-haired young man.

"How naive," Yun Fan's voice drifted from behind Kujou Sara. Before she could react, she felt a sharp pain in her neck, and her consciousness began to fade.

"General Kujou Sara! You bastard! Let her go!" Seeing their commander slung over Yun Fan's shoulder, the Tenryou Commission soldiers roared in anger, their veins bulging as they struggled to stand under Yun Fan's control.

But it was futile. Even with just a fraction of Yun Fan's power, these ordinary soldiers without Visions stood no chance. They could only watch helplessly as their commander was carried away by the silver-haired intruder.

Witnessing this scene, the Inazuman bystanders scattered like frightened animals. After all, if even General Kujou Sara was no match for this silver-haired man, what chance did they have? They'd just be throwing themselves into the fire.

"Damn it!" Only after Yun Fan left did the strange force controlling the soldiers gradually fade. Kujou Sara's adjutant slammed his fist into the ground, letting out a roar of frustration.

"You, head back to Narukami Island immediately and report to the Tenryou Commission. We need to issue a warrant for that scoundrel who kidnapped General Sara!" The adjutant grabbed the nearest soldier and barked the order, his eyes bloodshot.

"Yes, sir!" The soldier didn't dare delay and quickly ran off toward Narukami Island.

"The rest of you, follow me to the Kanjou Commission to request reinforcements!"
