I Practice Farming While the Rest Cultivates

Chapter 113 Thunder Ruins (Alliance Leader 'Open Textbook to Page 34' Added)

Deep beneath the earth's surface.

Twisting and turning passageways formed an extremely complex underground world.

The corridors were dozens of feet wide, with slick, glistening walls as though long worms frequently passed through them.

At the end of a particular passageway, numerous array patterns lit up, followed by the quiet emergence of four figures.

These four had profound auras, all Nascent Soul Cultivation Level, and among them was one whom Lu Xuan recognized—the Black Light Tower's He Kun, responsible for guiding cultivators in the void of the Outer Domains.

"Fellow He, recent events in the Sky Demon Realm have been turbulent. It would be best for you to stay in my Cave Abode for a while and venture out once things have settled down."

A giant, crystal-clear snake head entered the Cave Abode with a glamorous woman standing atop it.

The woman's fingers played with her long hair that cascaded down, and as she gently stroked it, hissing sounds resonated as if a multitude of snakes were chanting in unison.

"Furthermore, to ensure our mutual credibility isn't affected, it's advisable to bring fewer Human Cultivators here during this time."

"Fellow She, has something significant occurred?"

He Kun inquired curiously, while the other three remained silent, their faces and auras concealed with Magic Artifacts and secret techniques.

The woman before them was an Eighth Grade Snake Demon from the Sky Demon Realm, having collaborated with the Black Light Tower for many years; the Teleportation Array was established within her Cave Abode.

"That's a question for your Black Light Tower and other organizations."

"Some time ago, a Human Cultivator captured a Seventh Grade Dragon Turtle and a Flowing Light Spirit Crane with the potential to reach the Seventh Grade."

"Successfully capturing creatures from the Monster Tribe has sent shockwaves throughout the major demon realms. To prevent similar incidents from happening again, we have intensified our search efforts by tenfold."

"Even my Cave Abode has been searched multiple times."

"If you rashly venture out now, you're very likely to expose yourselves. Don't blame me later if I hadn't warned you beforehand."

The Snake Woman said softly.

"Capturing a Seventh Grade Great Demon?"

He Kun and the other three were taken aback.

Defeating a Seventh Grade Great Demon was within the realm of possibility for all four, even killing one was somewhat feasible, but to capture one alive was much more difficult.

After all, absolute suppression was necessary to subdue the creature thoroughly in an extremely short amount of time, any minor deviation in the process could lead to different outcomes.

"That Daoist friend is indeed recklessly bold..."

One of the older men among them couldn't help but express his amazement.

Human Cultivators entering the Sky Demon Realm typically did so in search of some Treasure. They often had to fight to the death against the Monster Tribe for materials from their bodies.

Hence, many a Great Demon had been slain, usually done covertly, with such direct provocations of the multitude within the Sky Demon Realm being rare.

"Fellow She, do we have any information on that Cultivator?"

"No, we only know that he is an expert in concealment secret techniques and possesses an extremely rare Forbidden Treasure. He wields a rare Spatial Divine Ability and is protected by an Abnormal Thunder Rhinoceros, whose strength far surpasses an ordinary Eighth Grade Demon Beast."

The Snake Woman slowly shook her head.

"Most likely, only those Primordial Infant True Monarchs from the Great Sects could accomplish such a feat."

He Kun said with a serious expression.

Among the four Nascent Souls present, meeting one or two of the criteria was not certain, let alone fulfilling several at once.

"That's correct, the depths of the Great Sects are unfathomable, beyond the reach of ordinary Nascent Souls."

An elder agreed with a nod.

"As long as they weren't brought here by your Black Light Tower, that's fine."

The Snake Woman demon grinned, her long green hair rising high as if many slender snakes had gathered together.

"Fellow He, we paid a high price for the Black Light Tower to bring us here, and this incident severely impacts our subsequent plans."

"Black Light Tower should give us an explanation, right?"

After understanding the full story, a plain-looking young man asked sharply.

Although the other two didn't speak, their attitudes clearly aligned with what the young man said.

"Alright, this time, entering the Sky Demon Realm is half price, and additionally, we will provide the three Daoist friends with a relatively safe hidden place for you all to choose by yourselves,"

He Kun made the decision on the spot.

"Do you really think the three of us came here just to avoid that demon race?"

The young man sneered.

"What a stroke of bad luck."

An elder sighed helplessly, and then, after exchanging a look, the three controlled their flying lights and entered different passages.

"Indeed, bad luck."

He Kun had grievances he couldn't voice; for the sake of Black Light Tower's reputation, he had no choice but to accept the three's impolite behavior.

"Fellow She, thanks for the reminder this time. I will speak well of you in front of my mentor."

"Moreover, please make sure to hide that teleportation array well. I'll go lead some cultivators here who want to leave using Black Light Tower's help."

"Don't worry, I've been operating here for many years. Unless the Devil Saint himself comes, it's difficult to discover the location of the large array,"

the Snake Woman chuckled lightly, directly merging into the giant snake's head and disappearing in an instant.

...

On the edge of the demon territory, endless thunder ravaged the area, filling the entire region with a wild and violent aura. Even a Primordial Infant True Monarch venturing here could be destroyed in body and soul, dead and gone from their path.

"This is the entrance to the Thunder Ruins."

"The Thunder Ruins are a strange space formed by the overlap and evolution of two realms. Inside there is endless thunder, which is extremely unstable."

"Only those well-versed in the Thunder Method or possessors of Thunder Element magic treasures, who are also Primordial Infant True Monarchs, can enter, and as for the unique entrance to the Thunder Bull Secret Realm of the Thunder Rhinoceros tribe, only we are aware of it,"

the Green Horn Thunder Son transmitted his voice to Lu Xuan via the miniature book.

"It's like an advanced version of the thunder sea at the Thunder Fire Asterism Cave, just even more unstable and dangerous."

Lu Xuan looked curiously at the endless thunder.

"You could say that."

"Junior has a matter he doesn't understand; the Thunder Bull Secret Realm is right inside the Sky Demon Realm, and there are many high-rank demon beasts of the demon race around here. Why would Senior choose the Thunder Fire Asterism Cave, Thunder Sea, as a place to settle?"

"After entering that secret place too many times, it's not very useful anymore, and the legacy inheritance can be gotten in one go."

"I've only gone in twice altogether; I believe the last time was over two thousand years ago."

The Green Horn Thunder Son leaped out from the miniature book, looking with complex emotion at the thunderous world ahead.

"As for the Sky Demon Realm, when many of the Monster Tribe gather, various shady deeds occur. Choosing the Thunderfire Star Cave, Thunder Sea, would at least give me some peace."

"I just didn't expect that I'd meet you, Kid Lu, through a fortunate coincidence later on and find a place to stay in your personal spatial."

The Green Horn Thunder Son said in a low voice, like rolling thunder reaching into the distant endless thunder.

It had accompanied Lu Xuan into the Sky Demon Realm and seen many of his extraordinary abilities, divine skills, magic treasures... completely unlike the appearance of an Ordinary Spirit Plant Master.

It even witnessed methods not fitting for his righteous path cultivator status but of the Evil Path.

However, the Green Horn Thunder Son was at the end of its life and couldn't be bothered with those trifles. With a naturally flexible bottom line and having repeatedly received great kindness from Lu Xuantian, it simply turned a blind eye, pretending it hadn't seen anything.

"Come with me."

It roared softly, a pale blue and silver white lightning surging from its body, forming a thunder cloud that enveloped Lu Xuan.
