I was reincarnated as Kaguya Ōtsutsuki

Chapter 23: Chapter 23

Weeks had passed since my confrontation with Momoshiki, and I was finally back in Amegakure.

I curled up next to Konan on the couch as we watched a movie.

The entertainment in this world left much to be desired. Compared to my original world, the Ninja World was far behind.

"This is boring…" I murmured, yawning.

Konan nodded with an amused smile.

The plot revolved around two shinobi, childhood friends from enemy clans. The problem was that they barely reached Chūnin level—and that was being generous. The worst part was how they were described: "the most powerful of their respective clans."

"I'm changing the channel," Konan said, stretching to grab the remote.

I frowned when my human pillow forced me to move for a few seconds, but as soon as she switched channels, I returned to my position as fast as lightning.

The new movie turned out to be a romantic comedy.

It was even more boring than the last one—a tragic love story between two ninjas from rival villages.

We looked at each other in silence.

And then we burst out laughing.

"We could go for a walk," Konan suggested.

I yawned again and snuggled deeper into her embrace. Clearly, I had no intention of moving, and she didn't insist.

"Or we could start a war, wipe out half the world, and then bring them all back to life. Something like: < Surprise! It was just a joke >" I said dramatically.

Konan shot me a look full of judgment.

"I was joking! Don't look at me like that," I protested.

She shook her head, amused, and placed a soft kiss on my forehead.

"Although… we could bring Madara back, just to see what he does," I added, half-joking, half-serious.

The idea really intrigued me. What would Madara do in these times? Would he still cling to his idea of "peace"?

Because, ironically, thanks to him—the great instigator of the Fourth Great Ninja War—the Five Great Nations, along with the Land of Iron, were forced to unite and created the Allied Shinobi Forces.

Since then, the ninja world had never experienced such peace.

When the war ended, the Allied Shinobi Forces evolved into the current Shinobi Union.

The Union accepted missions from clients and formed teams with shinobi from different villages depending on the task's requirements. This system ensured fairness for all villages, eliminating the need for future conflicts.

Amegakure was no exception.

And on top of that, Konan was the Daimyō of the Land of Water—I put her in that position myself—which meant that, unlike other villages, she was her own boss.

Even Naruto had to answer to the Daimyō of the Land of Fire.

Chōjūrō, the current Sixth Mizukage and successor to Mei Terumī, the Fifth Mizukage of Kirigakure, also had to report to Konan.

Isn't that funny? She practically had two ninja villages under her control.

Amegakure and Kirigakure.

"I'm curious too, but… don't you dare," Konan said regarding my idea of reviving Madara.

Of course, she wouldn't agree.

Maybe I should've asked Hashirama… at least he would've accepted without hesitation.

Because, come on, how could he not? After all, who wouldn't want to bring back their childhood boyfriend?

Yes, his "great rival," his "best friend," his "tragic fate."

Their relationship was always… peculiar.

Even Mito suspected it—I had noticed. Every time Hashirama mentioned Madara, she frowned and gave him a strange look, as if trying to solve a puzzle that didn't quite fit.

"What are you thinking about…?" Konan suddenly asked, pulling me from my thoughts.

"About how beautiful love is…" I answered with total sincerity.

I wasn't about to admit that I had been imagining a secret and passionate relationship between Hashirama and Madara. No way.

Konan smiled.

And then she kissed me.

In the skies of Amegakure, I silently observed the landscape. Sometimes I came up here to clear my thoughts.

I also needed to assess how powerful I had become over the years.

I mentally listed my abilities, including my most powerful techniques.

Not only had I been absorbing Ōtsutsuki to strengthen myself, but I had also been training.

I possess Yomotsu Hirasaka, the technique that is the progenitor of all Space-Time Ninjutsu. With it, I can openly manipulate space and time. However, after consuming so many Ōtsutsuki, I have never truly tested its limits.

If the Ninja World exists, it's possible that other worlds I once considered fictional are real too. Someday, I might try traveling to them… but probably not yet.

I am also practically immortal, capable of regenerating any lost limb.

I possess the Kekkei Genkai Shikotsumyaku, characteristic of the Kaguya Clan, which actually descends from my lineage.

As for my chakra reserves… at the beginning, they already far surpassed those of the Jūbi. Now, after absorbing so many Ōtsutsuki, my chakra is hundreds of times greater.

Like any Ōtsutsuki, I can absorb Ninjutsu, meaning no technique created from chakra can affect me.

I wield all five basic chakra natures, as well as Yin, Yang, and Yin-Yang.

Because of this, I possess all Kekkei Genkai derived from elemental fusion:

Ice Release, Magnet Release, Wood Release, Scorch Release, Storm Release, Crystal Release, Explosion Release…

These are just a few examples—there are still many more I can use.

Recently, I even managed to recreate the only known Kekkei Tōta: Dust Release, developed by the Second Tsuchikage, Mū, and currently used only by the Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki.

With my absurd chakra reserves, I could trap the entire Ninja World in one of my techniques and reduce it to dust in an instant—without even breaking a sweat.

My Byakugan, which evolved into Tenseigan, grants me a 360-degree field of vision and X-ray vision, allowing me to see the chakra circulation system.

With the Tenseigan, I can freely control attractive and repulsive forces.

I can also access the Tenseigan Chakra Mode, enhancing my speed, strength, stamina, and durability. On top of that, this mode grants me access to Truth-Seeking Orbs.

But those aren't my only dōjutsu.

Thanks to Madara, I possess the Rinnegan, as well as the Rinne-Sharingan.

The Rinnegan grants me access to the Six Paths of Pain.

The Rinne-Sharingan, on the other hand, gives me the ocular power of the Sharingan, including the Mangekyō Sharingan, and allows me to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi on the moon—the most powerful Genjutsu ever created.

And let's not forget the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan I inherited from Madara.

Maybe I should bring him back just to thank him for everything he did for me.

Just kidding~

Continuing with the Rinne-Sharingan, it also grants me access to Amenominaka, a technique that allows me to teleport myself and others to different dimensions.

The execution speed of this technique is so high that those caught in it cannot even react or prevent the dimensional shift.

Once in another dimension, the Chakra trace of those affected disappears from the original world, making it impossible for anyone to track them using conventional methods.

And this is just the beginning.

After absorbing Shibai Ōtsutsuki, a member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan's main family considered a god among his own, I gained even more extraordinary abilities.

One of my Byakugan evolved into the Senrigan, a dōjutsu that allows me to project my consciousness to any moment in the present or past.

It doesn't let me see events prior to my birth, nor does it grant me precognition, but without this dōjutsu, I wouldn't have been able to anticipate the attacks of the other Ōtsutsuki.

Absorbing Shibai was the best decision I could have made.

I also inherited his divine technique: Omnipotence.

It is said that only an all-powerful and knowledgeable god can use it.

Omnipotence is described as a "programming language" by the Ōtsutsuki Clan, used by gods to shape reality at will, creating entire worlds if they so desire.

Unfortunately, Omnipotence does not affect the Ōtsutsuki, those who have transformed into Ōtsutsuki, or the user of the technique.

That's why I had never used it before.

From Isshiki, I obtained the dōjutsu Kokugan, which allows me to shrink matter to microscopic levels and return it to its original size at will.

I can also store shrunken objects in a dimension where time does not pass and release them whenever I want.

Additionally, the Kokugan allows me to see the life expectancy of others... except my own.

After absorbing Kinshiki, I gained enhanced detection abilities and the Ōdachinagi technique, which allows me to create any weapon from Chakra.

From Momoshiki, who had in turn absorbed Urashiki, I obtained the ability to see the fate of others... although I cannot see my own.

Urashiki, on the other hand, didn't grant me anything interesting. He was just useless.

If I had to rank myself in a power system from my original world…

"I'm definitely High 5-B."

That means I fall into the Large Planet Level category, capable of destroying a planet the size of Jupiter or Saturn with ease.

I wouldn't claim to have reached 5-A: Small Star Level… yet. But maybe if I consumed the Red Earth I have stored, I would.

However…

I can see people's lifespans.

"Konan…"

She would die of old age someday—long before me.

I've already made my decision.

If Konan agrees, I will turn her into an Ōtsutsuki, just as I did with Delta when I made her the Jinchūriki of the Jūbi.

Oh, and with Omnipotence, I've probably reached 4-C: Star Level.

That's a fact.
