Chapter 8: Chapter 8
With the help of the Rokudaime Hokage, Kakashi Hatake, Amado, and Akebi Sanzu defected from Kara and joined Konohagakure.
Konan seemed a little disappointed that they wouldn't join Amegakure, but she knew that was impossible since Jigen was controlling it from the shadows.
As for Jigen's location, Amado had already handed it over.
Currently, all of Konohagakure's powerhouses were gathered in the Hokage's Office, discussing their next move.
I was also present.
"Thanks to Kaguya-sama, Amado Sanzu and his daughter Akebi Sanzu, have cooperated with Konohagakure and handed over the location of Jigen, leader of the criminal organization Kara." Kakashi informed everyone.
"Mmm. This could lead to the Fifth Shinobi World War, this time it's a more powerful enemy than Madara." Tobirama voiced his thoughts. "It's only been a few months since the fourth one though," Tobirama finished.
"The problem is with the coordinates provided by Amado. Jigen is in another dimension." Kakashi read the report on his table.
"I see, I see..." Hashirama nodded and looked calm. "So when do we leave?" he asked, tilting his head not understanding the problem.
Tobirama sighed at his older brother's lack of brain cells.
"Kakashi means that we have no way to get there. Only three people are capable of opening portals to another dimension..." Tobirama was interrupted.
"One of them is my former Genin, Obito Uchiha, but his Chakra was sealed by Mito-sama." Minato recalled the 'Kamui' ability from Obito's Dōjutsu.
"Sasuke Uchiha, with his Rinne-Sharingan should be able to do it too," Hiruzen said.
"He is currently outside the village, and we have no way of contacting him." Kakashi replied.
Everyone turned their heads and stared at her, knowing that she was the only one capable of transporting them.
She didn't even know why they were arguing about this topic, she would take them with her whether they wanted to or not. Although Isshiki is much weaker than her currently, she wouldn't get complacent and would bring reinforcements in case of any surprises.
"I will only take four of you with me." I said.
Most of them wouldn't be much help when facing Isshiki, and I wouldn't bring them back if they died again.
"Kaguya-sama…" Minato tried to persuade her but was interrupted.
"You are useless against most Ōtsutsuki, one ability we all have in common is the ability to absorb any technique formed from Chakra, only physical attacks and natural energy can do significant damage to us." I explained.
"Then we will have to think about who will accompany her, Kaguya-sama" Kakashi addressed her with the utmost care and respect.
"No need. The four who will accompany me will be Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Hashirama Senju, and Delta, a partner I recruited relatively recently."
Isshiki's Dōjutsu allows him to shrink matter and enlarge it again, he is also able to store shrunken objects in a dimension where time does not pass and release them at will.
Delta will be able to warn them of attacks that are impossible for the rest of the team to see, allowing them to defend against "invisible" attacks and counter them.
Delta's vision and perception are unmatched by anyone who is not an Ōtsutsuki.
As for the other three, it is obvious to say that they are the strongest in the Shinobi World currently.
Even if the three of them joined forces to face Isshiki, I was sure that they would manage to defeat him without my help. Although Naruto would still have to use Baryon Mode, which I intend to prevent with my presence.
"As I said before, Sasuke Uchiha isn't in the village right now." Kakashi repeated.
"I'll send Naruto to Sasuke's location to bring him back, it won't take more than 20 minutes."
Minato looked worried for his son's safety, but he knew he couldn't stop him, they were both Shinobi and danger and their profession went hand in hand.
"So, with all this settled, we'll get going right away." Kakashi told the others.
"I wonder how strong that Jigen is..." Hashirama wondered out loud, making Tobirama sigh in exasperation once again.
...
Naruto was sent through a portal to Sasuke and Itachi's location. Almost 20 minutes later, Naruto and Sasuke returned.
With Sasuke present, Kakashi explained the situation to him. Sasuke decided to help, though from the look Kaguya gave him, Sasuke knew he had no other choice.
"Before we face Jigen, you must know two things about him." The four of them stared at her.
"His Dōjutsu allows him to shrink the size of matter to microscopic levels and enlarge it again, don't let him touch you." I warned. "And second, Jigen is a weak vessel and can't withstand Isshiki's true power, when it reaches its limit, Jigen will die and Isshiki will reincarnate from his corpse, that's when the fight really begins."
"He sounds like a fun guy." Hashirama laughed, though he knew they weren't going to play around, but he was the kind of guy who only showed seriousness in combat.
"It's also time to introduce you to Delta, my partner." I opened a portal with the Ōtsutsuki's unique technique and Delta stepped out.
Delta, immediately after seeing me, ran up to me and hugged me tightly. After Delta's reprogramming and memory wipe, she suffers from emotional dependency towards the person she is programmed to serve.
It's not a complaint, but it gets awkward at times.
"Let's tear apart that bastard who dares to go against Kaguya-sama!" Delta shouted after parting ways, in a bad mood.
"She's curious..." Naruto muttered, amused by her explosive character.
"What a nuisance..." Sasuke instead sighed, his team was already made up of two idiots who gave him a headache, he doesn't think he can handle another one.
..
At Kara's Main Base, in another dimension, Jigen looked curiously at the white/purple portal that opened a few meters away in front of him.
"So you've finally found me, Kaguya..." Jigen said, controlled by Isshiki.
"Last time I left you on the brink of death, or have you forgotten? If I were you, I wouldn't be so calm." I mocked him.
"You've lost a lot of your power, Kaguya, I have no reason to fear you. I thought you would prepare for a couple hundred years before starting to look for me again. I had forgotten how stupid you had become after consuming the Chakra Fruit." Jigen said, belittling and insulting her.
"Hoo~ You've become more talkative after a thousand years." I smiled.
"To ally yourself with four weak humans to face me… you've fallen very low." Jigen ignored her derogatory comment and looked at his four companions.
"Weren't you the one who started collaborating with a human scientist to transfer Karma and hope to reincarnate into a body that wasn't useless?" I asked amused.
"It's different." Jigen showed his hypocrisy openly.
I clicked my tongue in annoyance and activated my Tenseigan. As for my Senrigan, it wouldn't be much help in combat, so I kept it deactivated for the time being.
Jigen frowned as he noticed that my Byakugan had evolved.
"In that weak vessel you are even weaker than Urashiki..." I said.
Urashiki was the weakest Ōtsutsuki who had accompanied them to this galaxy thousands of years ago on a mission to collect and consume the Chakra Fruits, though his mission was very different.
His main function is to gather information as a researcher for the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
The power scale was as follows:
Momoshiki > Kaguya > Isshiki > Kinshiki > Urashiki .
Jigen frowned in annoyance, rising from his stone seat.
"Delta, stay alert," I warned him.
Jigen was going to attack at any moment, and although he could destroy his vessel in a matter of seconds, he wanted to humiliate him.
The real fight will only begin when Isshiki reincarnates from Jigen's corpse.
Hashirama entered Sage Mode, gaining yellow irises without any change in the pupil, as well as a reddish pigmentation that extends from the eyes to the ears. On the other hand, on his forehead he gains an additional circle with a dot in the center, both of the same color.
Sasuke activated his Dōjutsu, Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, and uncovered his left eye, where he hid his Rinnegan with Six Tomoes.
As for Naruto, his blue irises transformed into yellow irises with a toad pupil, forming a cross. This was the Six Paths Sage Mode, a mode he managed to awaken after obtaining the power of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the Six Paths Senjutsu.
In addition to the Six Paths Sage Mode, Naruto borrowed Kurama's Chakra, forming the Kurama Mode, a golden cloak that surrounds his entire body and greatly increases his physical abilities.
Six Truth-Seeking Balls appeared on Naruto's back, floating. Two of them floated in front of him and formed the Six Paths Bō. A staff of immense strength.
"He's attacking!" Delta warned, sensing it.
"Sukunahikona." Jigen muttered, returning the matter to its original size above our heads, dropping a large black cube, trying to crush us.
Thanks to Delta's warning, everyone moved out of the way. The cube suddenly disappeared as I sent it to another dimension, getting rid of it so Jigen couldn't continue using it in combat.
Jigen kept trying to crush it with several large cubes, but they were all transported to another dimension.
"Is that the only attack you know?" I asked mockingly.
Naruto and Sasuke ran towards Jigen from the two sides, left and right respectively, trying to attack him together. Naruto with Rasengan and Sasuke with Chidori.
Jigen frowned, looking at them like insects, pointing at them with his palm.
"Watch out!" Delta warned them of the incoming attack.
"Sukunahikona." Jigen muttered again.
Naruto and Sasuke looked up, but there was no giant cube this time. Jigen had used this technique to fire several microscopic black stakes with great precision, which returned to their original size when they pierced their bodies.
Sasuke had to kneel on the ground when he received heavy damage from one of them, impaling him in the stomach. As for Naruto, two of them pierced his right arm.
"Delta, help them, I'll stop him!" said Hashirama.
"Don't give me orders, you bastard!" Delta yelled at him, but he still did it.
Jigen didn't know it, but Hashirama would definitely be a pain in the ass for him. Hashirama is the type of enemy Jigen hates the most, the one who specializes in long-distance and ranged attacks.
Ranged attacks would render his stakes useless.
"Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan" Hashirama put his two palms together and the ground began to shake. Hundreds of giant trees began to emerge from the ground, rising hundreds of meters.
Giant branches attacked Jigen, imprisoning him and slowly absorbing all of his Chakra to incapacitate him.
Unfortunately, when Jigen had already lost a significant amount of Chakra, he disappeared as if he had never been there.
The next moment he appeared in front of Hashirama, piercing his heart with a black stake.
"One down." Jigen muttered. The diamond-shaped Karma on his chin spread across his body in the form of black bars, manifesting a partial transformation of his true body, increasing his power and growing a crown-like horn on his head.
Jigen had decided to take it seriously after seeing his power.
Delta, in the distance, smiled as he noticed that Jigen had underestimated Hashirama, leaving him for dead.
Hashirama's regeneration ability was so ridiculous that he was even able to regenerate his own heart within a few seconds.
Several branches exploded beneath Jigen's feet, coiling his body back together. "Senpō Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju"
Having created a dense forest of trees by forcing deep vegetation to grow in the surroundings, a massive amount of natural energy was formed within the forest.
Hashirama harnessed and gathered all of this natural energy within his own body to create a giant Buddha statue made of wood that possesses a colossal size that could easily dwarf a Tailed Beast in size.
Thousands of hands emanated from the statue's back in countless concentric rows, while its two main hands were clasped together as if it were praying.
A single palm from this monstrosity created by Hashirama is capable of easily crushing an entire mountain due to its size. And there were a thousand of them.
The thousand wooden hands rose and moved towards Jigen, striking him relentlessly.
When Hashirama thought he had had enough and Jigen had disappeared, he stopped his technique.
Amidst all the dust, Jigen lay on the ground, his horn broken and in very bad shape.
