"Everyone, please stay calm! This is getting out of hand!" Shinobu pleaded.

3. Those without money offered medicinal herbs as payment, which Ren had instructed them to collect earlier.

This system quickly brought order to the chaos.

Ren also introduced department classifications based on modern hospital systems, organizing the patients by the severity of their injuries. This ensured that the most critical cases were treated first.

The result? The Butterfly Mansion was now running like a well-oiled machine.

Watching the orderly lines of villagers and the growing pile of copper coins and medicinal herbs, Shinobu approached Ren.

With a rare, genuine smile, she said, "Ren, thank you."

Ren raised an eyebrow. "What did you say?"

Her cheeks flushed, and she lightly punched his arm. "You're so annoying! Don't make me say it twice!"

Ren smirked. "Oh? So, do you enjoy me teasing you?"

Shinobu's face turned even redder, and she stomped off, leaving Ren chuckling behind her.
