Chapter 1415: Not yet
The silhouettes naturally belonged to monsters, but they varied now… some were the diamond golems, some were dark sentinels, and some were flying dragons with all shapes and forms…
"He is truly trying to obtain as much information about me as possible…" Rain furrowed his eyebrows. "I can't show anything more than I already did. This will be hard..."
Rain put his hands together and then used the dark rain technique to pierce the hearts and heads of the flying dragons… some of them have died instantly, but others kept flying after wobbling in the air a little…
"... They have more than one heart and brain?" Rain furrowed his eyebrows.
The flying monsters soon opened their mouths and then began to screech… a weird sound began to echo in the area, and soon, the gravity in the whole place began to increase, slowly but steadily…
The diamond golems began to charge again, and the dark sentinels pointed their hands at Rain, and then they fired dark beams of energy.
Rain immediately used Impulse to the side, and then he heard a weird sound echoing in the air… when he looked in the spot that he had been, there were some massive holes in it, and there were no signs of the earth that had been hit.
The monsters began to surround Rain before he could decrease their numbers… he began to attack more often without a care for his mana, but that didn't help with the gravity.
Whenever those dark beams were fired, Rain would feel the space fluctuating… those were blasts of gravity… Rain didn't want to know what would happen to him if he were to get bit by that.
"My mana won't last forever…" Rain thought and then grabbed the ominous sword. "I need to make most of this mess before joining the others."
Rain teleported behind a monster and then used Light Speed… in the next moment, the creature was split in half, and then blue and green blood began to rain down on the area.
The skill Draconic Anatomy leveled up.
The skill Draconic Scales leveled up.
The skill Dragon Fire Resistance leveled up.
…
Rain killed half of the flying dragons in a matter of seconds, but he soon stopped because the monsters soon disappeared… in their place, more dark sentinels and diamond golems appeared. Despite that, the gravity was still working against them.
"He noticed that I am getting stronger, and so are you, by killing the dragons," Elisabetha said.
"Why did you stay silent until now?" Rain asked.
"I didn't have any reason to talk, and I need to focus since I can feel the eyes of the enemy on me, and that creeps me out," Elisabetha said. "Even if you don't do much, the enemies are good at gathering information, even if this machine god doesn't control that aspect."
Rain confirmed that when the diamond golems charged and he tried to slash their necks… in the last moment, the diamonds turned dark, and sparks emerged from Rain's sword thanks to the impact… unfortunately, Rain didn't leave any mark behind. Elisabetha's fury reacted to it… so he immediately realized that the diamond golems were using rage.
"They can use two sins now?" Rain grunted in annoyance.
Three other golems were teleported behind Rain, and soon, they charged to attack him as well. They were planning to slowly wear him down… or perhaps they were planning to sacrifice each other to let him be consumed by a bigger attack.
However, Rain soon let go of his sword and then grabbed the hands of the enemy in front of him while the ominous sword flew backward in an arc and then hit the enemies behind… after being covered in dark ice.
The hardness of the weapon collided with the hardened bodies of the monsters, and the powerful impact shocked the area and stopped them as well.
At the same moment, Rain used his technique to analyze the information of the enemies since he felt that something was off… and soon, he saw the image of a giant hand touching his head and then passing some information to him while his body shook all over… that was had happened to the diamond golems from their perspective…
"He passed them the information to use the same technique as the golem dragons…" Rain furrowed his eyebrows. "He can truly edit the nature of the monsters that he will summon. If things continue like this…"
The ominous sword returned to Rain, and then several blasts of dark energy fell on Rain… he sidestepped them just enough to avoid the attacks, and he felt himself being pulled toward them thanks to it… Regardless, he saw the matter being completely obliterated thanks to those blasts, and the holes on the ground appeared to be impossible to measure in size.
"These guys… did they invent the gravitational beam emitter?" Rain thought.
"That sounds like a pretty cool attack, and I am not stupid like you and Sakaki," Elisabetha said. "What does it?"
Rain wished that he could explain it… but he didn't have time… more of those diamond golems were showing up because the machine god realized that they were a problem to Rain.
While he was considering what he could do, several of the dark sentinels landed on the ground and then used the dark beam blasts of gravity… they used the diamond golems to hit Rain by surprise… but his gut instinct made him Teleport to the sky when he lost them from his field of vision.
The dark beam passed through the diamond golems without resistance, and after the hole appeared in their bodies, they contorted violently and became spheres of diamond and flesh that eventually exploded after all the mass tried to keep suppressing itself… Rain truly couldn't let that hit him.
"They want to come and help," Elisabetha said.
"No… it will be troublesome if they become minions of the enemy again," Rain said. "I have another idea."
