Description:

Chefs are the superior Cook, being able to cook any dishes and even grant temporary status increases through their cooking. Anything a Cook can do, a Chef can do so many times better. And then some.

The skills of the Chef class starts with [Universal Cooking], the ultimate amalgam of [Cooking] and the various "Knowledge of Cooking" skills, and the [Ingredient Knowledge] skill, which grants the Chef the knowledge about how usable an ingredient is for the Chef, whenever there are any parasites or diseases or the likes contaminating the ingredient, and much more as the skill levels up.

Also, those who have Chef as their main class will obtain the [Gastronomic Ecstasy] skill, which drastically improves their sense of taste, which can either send them to heaven when they taste something too good or to hell if the dish is as horrible as the place itself.

The [Magical Cooking] skill, however, is the most important thing that sets Chef apart from Cook. It is this skill that allows Chefs to create dishes that can enhance the consumer's stats for a limited time. Only the highest percentage of increase for each stat will count, even if one consumes several dishes that enhance the same status value.

[Disposable Utensils] is a skill that creates temporary utensils such as dishes, forks, and knives, but their only usage is to be included with the dish the Chef creates.

[Time Reduction (Cooking)] allows the Chef to spend MP to accelerate the time experienced for the ingredients they are working with, allowing the Chef to, for example, ferment food in a short amount of time.

[Item Storage (Cooking)] is a Storage-type skill that the Cook can store any ingredients, cooking utensils, and of course, dishes into, without having to fear for the food to get spoiled. The higher the skill level, the more items the Chef can store.

And finally, we have the [Cooking Book] skill.

While the Recipe Effect of Artisan classes can reproduce any item they have created before, as long as they are properly registered, you cannot register an item created by using two other items you have created and expect to be able to recreate this new item when you just have the basic ingredients for the two other items.

[Cooking Book], however, can mix recipes, so you can reproduce a dish just by having created it once, and by having all the materials needed for that dish. The skill can also alter the recipes you have registered, and even calculate several factors such as how much the status increase that the dish can grant will be.

Ciara's comment: What a shame~. I wanted to see Revi demonstrate that Ecstasy skill~.

Revi's comment: Oh, how nice of you to think so. Here, a reward. Garami's favorite Devil Chili Sauce. Bon appetite~.
