Further Information:

[Black-Light Technique User] is a special variant of the [Dark-Light Technique User] title, created after a certain episode involving the Ultimate Gods of Light and Darkness.

Unlike the latter, the Black-Light title adds the special ability that affects the Darkness attribute to become more corrosive, as if the traits of the Death- and Chaos attributes have been added to it. This allows the Black-Light title to grant a little more offensive power than the Dark-Light title.

As for what the conflict between the two Ultimate Gods was...is best to be kept as a secret.
