As the joke was just finished, three people appeared next to Sarutobi Hiruzen.

"Hiruzen."

The newcomer called out.

"Kochū, Mon'en, Danzo."

Sarutobi Hiruzen greeted them cheerfully.

After the three arrived, they curiously glanced at Qin Yi and the others, their eyes showing questioning expressions.

"Oh, this is the Daimyo of the Nation of Qin, Lord Qin. Today, he is here to form an alliance with us."

Sarutobi Hiruzen was quickly introduced.

"Daimyo?!" The three looked at Qin Yi in surprise.

They were surprised by Qin Yi's age. They had heard about the battle from the previous day, where this young Daimyo, only seventeen years old, fought Uchiha Madara and displayed many unheard-of unique Ninjutsu.

There was no doubt about it, the young man standing before them was a genius!

"Hello, Lord Qin!"

Danzo reacted quickly and bowed to Qin Yi, with the other two following suit.

"You're too kind."

Qin Yi smiled lightly.

These three individuals, though young with the rashness and passion typical of youth, would become the most powerful figures in Konoha once the Hokage storyline began. The four standing before him now were some of the most influential figures in Konoha!

Just as he was about to chat with the three and deepen their impression, Senju Hashirama walked over with large strides.

"Haha, Qin, you're here! The ceremony is about to begin, come with me."

Senju Hashirama said, smiling broadly.

When the four saw Senju Hashirama coming over, they immediately became serious, their gaze fixed ahead. They deeply respected Konoha's Hokage.

Qin Yi was quickly pulled away, and soon they were on the platform.

By this time, the square below had gathered people in twos and threes, with many looking up at Qin Yi on the stage, filled with curiosity and lively discussions.

It was obvious that many were surprised by Qin Yi's youth. As a King, his presence and demeanor were extraordinary, and many female Shinobi blushed with admiration in their eyes.

Qin Lin, standing aside, could clearly see this. A sly smile flashed across his face as he suddenly shouted loudly.

"My Daimyo is not yet married, so feel free to pursue him if you're interested!"

At this, the young female Shinobi's eyes sparkled with excitement.

Qin Yi, however, was horrified and looked visibly green in the face.

He shot a sharp glare at Qin Lin, who just laughed heartily, unaffected by the King's glare.

"Hehe, Qin, I think it's fine. Since we've formed an alliance, I don't mind a marriage either."

Senju Hashirama laughed.

"Hashirama, stop joking around."

Qin Yi gritted his teeth.

At this point, Senju Tobirama, standing at the back, also spoke up, "Brother, stop messing around, let's get started. The others have arrived."

Looking from the wooden platform, the various clans of Konoha were now gathering in small groups, making their way toward the ceremony.

Senju Hashirama smiled and, after waiting for five minutes, cleared his throat and was ready to speak.

"Hashirama, Madara hasn't come." Qin Yi suddenly said.

He had searched the crowd below and could not find Uchiha Madara.

Upon hearing this, Senju Hashirama stiffened, then replied, "It's fine, Qin. Don't worry about him."

Qin Yi's eyes flashed, and he understood. The conflict between these two had reached a point where reconciliation seemed almost impossible.

The ceremony proceeded as usual, with Qin Yi having no experience in such matters, relying entirely on Tobirama's guidance on what to do next.

In his understanding, the alliance with Konoha resembled a grand opening ceremony for a company in his previous life.

It was lively, joyful, and very much a matter of pride.

"So, from today onward, I announce that the Nation of Qin and Konoha have officially formed an alliance!"

Senju Hashirama stood on the platform, announcing loudly.

The men in the crowd were not as enthusiastic, but the women, on the other hand, erupted into cheers.

"Hehe, Qin, you're quite popular with our female Shinobi." Hashirama joked.

"I haven't planned on marriage yet, Hashirama, stop messing around." Qin Yi said, his head aching.

Afterward, Senju Hashirama, busy with his duties, turned and left.

Senju Tobirama walked over to join Qin Yi and the others, followed by Sarutobi Hiruzen, Danzo, and the others.

"Qin, what are your plans next?"

As they walked down a quiet street, Senju Tobirama suddenly spoke up.

"I plan to head to an island that borders the Forest of Konoha, and settle there for a while."

Qin Yi paused for a moment, then spoke without hiding anything.

"Is that so?"

Senju Tobirama seemed somewhat surprised, then fell into silence.

After a while, he slowly spoke again, "That place is quite good. From what I know, many refugees are gathered there."

"At the moment, the island is controlled by a group of rogue Shinobi, but it shouldn't be a concern for you."

Qin Yi nodded.

"The supplies Konoha provided aren't much, but it should be enough to get you to the island. In that case, I can rest easy." Senju Tobirama smiled.

He was much more mature than his older brother and was very pragmatic, always considering the interests involved.

"We are very grateful for Konoha's generosity." Qin Yi nodded slightly.

"Hahaha, it's nothing. Since we are allies, this is the least Konoha can do for your country." Senju Tobirama said.

A short while later, the two fell silent again, and no one else spoke.

After walking about a hundred meters, Senju Tobirama suddenly became serious and spoke slowly.

"The real reason I came here is to tell you something, Qin."

Qin Yi was taken aback and looked up at him. "What news?"

"Personally, I admire you very much, and I even considered taking you as my disciple. But unfortunately, you don't belong to Konoha."

With that, he shook his head, his expression showing some disappointment.

Qin Yi was somewhat surprised but nodded in understanding.

"Your talent is extraordinary. With proper training and guidance, you could become an expert in a very short time."

"In fact, this is the main reason Konoha chose to form an alliance with you. Qin, you should understand."

Senju Tobirama spoke in a deep, serious tone.

Qin Yi nodded. He naturally understood. Konoha wouldn't care about six thousand ordinary people; what they needed was someone with the potential of Qin Yi. Once he grew, he would become the most reliable ally for Konoha.

"Alright, enough of that."

"What I need to tell you now is that my brother will soon convene a five-nation conference to discuss a matter related to the distribution of national interests!"

As Senju Tobirama spoke, his voice became quieter.

"The time will be three months from now, in July of this year!"

Upon hearing this, Qin Yi felt a sudden chill in his heart and instantly understood what this was about.

"So, this is about the distribution of Bijū (Tailed Beast) power!"

As expected, Senju Tobirama spoke in a low, solemn voice.

"So, what does Tobirama Sama mean?"

Qin Yi asked in a deep voice.

"I hope that in the next three months, you can grow rapidly and build your country."

"The rest, you don't need me to elaborate, Qin!"

After saying these words, Senju Tobirama turned and walked past the stunned Qin Yi.
