In the lush forests of Konoha, Qin Yi and his group were on a mission to escort supplies, making their way toward the main army.
The atmosphere was upbeat, with each soldier diligently practicing their Chakra as they traveled. Everything seemed to be falling into place, and Qin Yi felt a deep sense of satisfaction with the current situation.
Everyone was working hard, striving for the Kingdom, and their enthusiasm was truly commendable.
"Once we stabilize in the Country of Waves, absorb some refugees, and plant crops, soon, the Naruto World will be able to give back to the King's World, allowing the people in the Royal City to live better lives," Qin Yi thought to himself, a smile spreading across his face.
Three hours later, they finally met up with the main army.
"Brother King!"
Qin Xiyao rushed over, her face lighting up with a smile as she hugged him tightly.
"Our little princess must have been anxiously waiting. Did you get a good rest?" Qin Yi lifted her up, spun her around, and then gently set her down, grinning as he asked.
"Mm, I slept well. With General Fang Lan and the others here, I feel very reassured," Qin Xiyao replied, nodding her cute little chin and speaking sweetly.
Qin Yi laughed heartily. "That's great!"
He then turned to Fang Lan. "Thank you, General Fang Lan, for your hard work!"
"Guarding the Princess, protecting His Majesty, and safeguarding the Royal City is my duty. Your Majesty need not thank me!" Fang Lan replied solemnly.
Despite his words, it was clear that Qin Yi's gratitude brought him joy, as a smile crept onto his lips.
With time pressing on, Qin Yi wasted no time. "Generals, go and assess the soldiers' condition. If we can depart, we must hurry!"
Qin Lin and the others nodded and quickly set off.
"What's going on?" Qin Xiyao asked, her brow furrowed in confusion.
"We need to find a stable place. We have to hurry there," Qin Yi explained.
He then took a seat beside Qin Xiyao. "I will teach you how to train Chakra."
"Chakra?" Qin Xiyao looked puzzled, but she followed Qin Yi's lead and began practicing.
As for the Chakra testing paper, which detects Chakra properties, Konoha had provided plenty, so they had more than enough to go around.
Five hours later, Qin Xiyao successfully traind her Chakra and tested its attributes, her excitement bubbling over as she jumped around.
Qin Yi watched her with a shake of his head. In his memory, his little sister had always been cold and aloof, but after practicing Chakra, she had become much more lively.
"From now on, during our march, we all need to practice, and you must work hard too," he advised her earnestly. "This is the only strength we have in Otherworld to grow stronger and survive, so we must be diligent."
Qin Xiyao nodded seriously, taking his words to heart.
At this point, the Three Generals had not yet returned, so Qin Yi settled down on the ground and began experimenting with his Ninjutsu.
"Wanting to quickly make the soldiers stronger in a short time is impossible," he mused. "The fastest way to increase our combat strength is to first empower a portion of the soldiers and let that strength inspire the rest."
His eyes flickered with determination.
In this regard, he adopted a strategy reminiscent of a great figure from his past life. The Great Qin Kingdom focused on the overall strength of civilization and national prosperity.
It was a model of unity, where internal strife was virtually nonexistent. This approach ensured that only advantages were realized while disadvantages were effectively avoided.
'Jealousy? Oppression? Bad social trends? None of these had a place here.'
"As for myself, I need to prioritize mastering all the Ninjutsu I can," He thought. "Rasengan must be developed quickly. Additionally, the development of Blood Inheritance must also be accelerated."
With a clear plan in mind, Qin Yi immersed himself in the task of developing Rasengan.
The power of the Rasengan was well-documented in the original work.
"During the battle with Uchiha Madara, although it was unleashed, it served more as an auxiliary use of Gandalf's power, and the technique had its flaws."
Qin Yi knew he had yet to develop the complete form of Rasengan.
He extended his right hand, gathering Chakra into his palm, and began to release it steadily and continuously.
A faint blue aura began to shimmer, becoming visible to the naked eye.
"Keep the Chakra moving irregularly and unleash powerful force," he murmured to himself.
Soon, the Chakra in his palm formed a faint whirlwind. However, it was still weak and lacked power.
He continued to increase the Chakra output, quickly increasing the irregular movement's frequency and intensity.
"Vroom! Vroom! Vroom!"
Gradually, the Chakra ball in his hand began to move more vigorously, its surface developing edges and protrusions.
Qin Yi's eyes narrowed. "It's too intense; I need to control it."
He halted the Chakra output and focused on stabilizing it.
Ten seconds later, the Chakra ball steadied, but the whirlwind was much stronger than before.
Finally, he condensed the Chakra further, forming an even more powerful whirlwind.
Suddenly, Qin Yi increased the output, and the stable Chakra ball became chaotic, surging in all directions, nearing the brink of an explosion.
"I can't stabilize it!" His expression shifted slightly as he sprang to his feet and began to run.
Hearing the commotion, Qin Xiyao looked up, her mouth agape in shock.
She watched as Qin Yi held the blue Chakra ball in one hand and pressed it forcefully into a tree trunk before him.
"Boom!"
With a thunderous crash, Qin Yi was thrown back over ten meters before he managed to stop himself.
His right hand bore slight injuries, causing him to wince.
Before him, the trunk of a large tree was pierced with a massive hole about one meter in diameter, revealing the objects behind it.
"This!? Did you do this, Brother?" Qin Xiyao asked, astonished.
"I failed! But I learned something!" Qin Yi sighed, yet a smile broke across his face.
This strike, though unsuccessful, matched the power he had unleashed during his battle with Uchiha Madara. The force was still formidable.
"This is the true Rasengan!"
"No, if it's fully developed, the true Rasengan will be even stronger than this!" Qin Yi's gaze sharpened with determination.
Chakra reappeared in his right hand as he prepared to continue his training with Rasengan.
The speed of his Chakra recovery was impressive, allowing him to keep developing the technique.
Standing on the shoulders of predecessors, Rasengan was something Qin Yi could master quickly.
In the next moment, a spiral Chakra ball formed in his palm in just three seconds, releasing a gentle breeze.
"This is the right amount. As long as I increase the Chakra movement's frequency and speed, it can become even stronger!"
"But I must control it!"
His eyes narrowed again, and the Chakra ball in Qin Yi's hand suddenly accelerated once more.
