On the opposite side of the battlefield, Golden Lion's sharp eyes glinted with surprise as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Did you beat Kong, Ayr? You bastard… you're a monster."

It could be said that the two most extraordinary figures in the Valley of the Gods battle were Rocks and Ayr. Rocks had singlehandedly taken down Marshal Marine Brownie and wreaked havoc on the battlefield with his overwhelming power. But after the combined efforts of Roger's crew, bloody battles were fought, leaving the legendary Rocks group in disarray.

And on the other hand, Ayr had defeated Vice Admiral Zephyr of Naval Headquarters with apparent ease, and then, with terrifying combat power, overcame Kong, one of the highest-ranking Admirals in the Navy. This was a feat no one had expected.

"Mamama... Garp, your Kong Admiral has been defeated by Ayr," Charlotte Linlin sneered, her laughter echoing across the battlefield as she fought Garp. She, too, was surprised by the extent of Ayr's strength.

After all, Kong was the Admiral of Naval Headquarters — the most powerful force the Marines could muster. For someone like him to be defeated by Ayr was a testament to his monstrous abilities.

"Damn Ayr!" Garp's expression darkened as he clenched his fists. His usual carefree demeanor had vanished. The defeat of Kong weighed heavily on him. The Kong he knew, a man who had stood shoulder to shoulder with him in countless battles, had been brought down by someone he had never expected to be capable of such strength.

But even as Garp grappled with this reality, the situation at hand was no easier. Charlotte Linlin, the only opponent he could focus on now, was proving to be as difficult to handle as he'd feared. Though Garp's strength was formidable, Linlin was a powerhouse in her own right, and her evasive maneuvers kept her out of direct confrontation with him, much to his frustration.

On the other side of the battlefield, Whitebeard's deep laugh broke the tension. "Gu la la la… Sengoku, you Marines have lost another strong man."

Sengoku, his brows furrowed, growled in response, "Kong won't die at Ayr's hands!" The previous moments of shock over Kong's defeat were now buried beneath his steadfast resolve.

Though Kong had been defeated, Sengoku was unwilling to acknowledge that such an important figure might fall so easily. "But he lost, didn't he, Sengoku?" Whitebeard mocked.

Sengoku glared, trying to maintain his composure despite the facts that were staring him in the face. Kong's defeat was undeniable, but Sengoku refused to acknowledge the finality of his death.

"Shut up, Edward!" Sengoku snapped, his patience wearing thin.

A violent clash erupted once more between Whitebeard and Sengoku, both throwing punches that shook the very ground beneath them. As they engaged, John, standing alongside Silver Axe and Ochoku, observed the situation quietly, the gears turning in his mind.

"Want to strike now? Take down Ayr?" John asked, his voice low but laced with lethal intent.

Though Ayr had slain Kong, John, like many others, could sense Ayr's diminishing stamina. The battle had taken a significant toll on the young fighter. His energy was drained, and his Haki reserves were dangerously low. It was now or never.

Silver Axe, ever the cautious strategist, shook his head slightly. "No, don't act rashly. Ayr's Susanoo is no joke. Even Kong, with all his might, couldn't withstand that form. We might risk more than we gain if we attack him directly now."

Silver Axe was well aware of the danger of facing Ayr in his current state. The enormous power of Susanoo combined with Haki was a formidable combination, and even if their forces outnumbered Ayr, recklessness could easily lead to disaster.

Ochoku, whose bloodshot eyes reflected a burning desire for revenge, was less cautious. "Let him burn out. As soon as he's exhausted, he's done for. The moment his Haki runs dry, we'll move in. It'll be over then."

Ochoku had witnessed the fall of Rocks with his own eyes, and the dissolution of the Rocks Pirates had ignited a deeper fury within him. Rocks' death wasn't enough; now, he wanted Ayr's death to seal the fate of the Sea.

Meanwhile, Ayr, standing at the edge of the massive rift he had created during his fight with Kong, couldn't help but shake his head. The toll of the battle was evident. He smacked his lips, tasting the bitterness of exhaustion.

"Tsk, the amount of stamina and Haki consumed is more than I thought," he muttered. Though he was still within the confines of his Susanoo, wrapped in layers of Armor Color and Conqueror's Haki, his energy reserves were quickly depleting. The sheer size of his Susanoo was both an asset and a curse; with every swing of its colossal swords, his Haki reserves drained, making him feel like his body was hollowed out.

"I've pushed too far this time…" Ayr admitted to himself, aware that, even though he had defeated Kong, the price of victory was steep.

As he gathered himself, the roar of battle echoed across the battlefield.

"Ayr!!!" A thunderous cry reached his ears.

Ayr's sharp eyes narrowed as he saw two figures moving rapidly toward him — Black Bat Admiral and Zhenwu Admiral. These two had been engaged in combat with other Rocks Pirates, but after witnessing Ayr's overwhelming strength, they had decided to target him directly, hoping to neutralize him before he became too much of a threat.

"Two Admirals?" Ayr muttered, his gaze hardening. Though Black Bat and Zhenwu weren't on Kong's level, they were still Admirals of Naval Headquarters. Even with his current condition, Ayr knew that a fight against them together would be an immense challenge.

But even in his exhausted state, Ayr was not one to back down easily.

As the two Admirals closed in, ready to strike, suddenly, a figure blocked their path — Roger. Standing beside him were Rayleigh and Jabba, their faces grim but resolute.

"Hey, Roger, what do you mean?" Zhenwu Admiral's eyes narrowed, his voice filled with cold authority.

"Get out of the way, Roger! Don't forget, we Marines and you Roger Pirates are supposed to be allies!" Black Bat Admiral barked.

The Roger Pirates, however, did not budge.

Although Roger and his crew had fought tooth and nail against the Rocks Pirates and had been instrumental in the downfall of Rocks, they had no intentions of further cooperating with the Marines. They were no longer bound by any alliance, their goal fulfilled. The battle with Rocks was over, and now, the only thing left was to settle scores.

Rayleigh's smile was calm but chilling. "It was an alliance before, but… not anymore."

Roger's voice was slow and deliberate as he added, "Forget what I said before I came? Our goal was only ever Rocks."

From the very beginning, the Roger Pirates had never intended to assist the Marines beyond dealing with Rocks. Now that their mission was complete, their alliance was officially over.

Kong's earlier proposal to join forces with Roger had been flatly rejected. Roger had always made it clear that the only thing he sought was the death of Rocks. And now that Rocks was dead, there was no reason for them to stand side by side with the Marines any longer.
