Aoi's fist landed at Amelia's hand, and the green-eyed girl smiled before twisting her arm like a professional wrestler executing a finishing move.

She then swiftly threw Aoi down to the ground, grabbed her shoulder, and tried to break her arm, but at that moment, Aoi slipped out of her grip and flipped Amelia onto her back.

"Hop!"

Amelia grabbed Aoi by the collar of her yukata and flipped her over onto her stomach, then brought her fist down hard on her face.

THUMP!

Aoi guarded her face with her arms, wincing in pain, and then wrapped her legs around Amelia's hips before pulling her down to the ground.

"A bold move to fight on the ground against me!"

Amelia hammered her fist down at her, but Aoi dodged the punch and pushed Amelia's head to the side.

She then crawled under Amelia's armpit and wrapped her arm around Amelia's neck in a chokehold.

"Hah!"

Amelia put her arm between her neck and the arm, then she elbowed Aoi in the stomach, made her moan in pain, and then flipped her over her shoulder.

Aoi landed on her back on the soft, grainy sand ground, and then Amelia punched down at her, but she quickly rolled out of the way, narrowly avoiding the blow.

She jumped back to her feet and raised her hands in a defensive stance, with her dark hair messily tumbling around her face.

The sand had collected in her hair, sticking to the sweat on her forehead, and her yukata looked wrinkled.

"Oh no~ Your little boyfriend is watching, so I am sorry if I messed up your hair, ugly~"

Amelia said with a smirk, then grabbed her yukata with both hands and ripped it apart like it was made of paper.

Rip~

Underneath, she donned a tight-fitting black leotard that accentuated her toned body.

'Amelia is more of a physical fighter than Aoi.'

Kiernan frowned and interlocked his fingers.

"You talk too much. You shouldn't be wasting your breath on words."

Aoi said in a soft tone, and despite the messiness of her hair, she still looked fair and beautiful, like a princess.

"I am surprised that a former mute girl like yourself doesn't like talking much. I expected you to be so talkative that you talk the ears off your boyfriend."

Amelia said with a smirk.

"I do talk, but not to taunt. Also, he is my fiancé. He is way past being just a boyfriend~"

Aoi said with a proud smile.

"Ugh, disgusting. I don't need to hear any more about your love life."

Amelia said, and then sprinted off before jumping into a dropkick.

Her foot narrowly missed Aoi as she moved out of the way, but as soon as Amelia landed back on the ground, she swept her leg around in a swift kick.

Aoi put her hand in the way and stopped the kick in its tracks, as if it was frozen in time. She then used her other hand to push Amelia away.

The push forced Amelia a step away, but she frowned and wondered what the point of that push was.

It didn't make any sense to her.

"Is that the best you can do?!"

Amelia punched straight at her, but she didn't dodge, and the punch went straight through Aoi's face as if she were a ghost.

'It's Aura Fusion?'

She wanted to turn around, but at that moment, a hand touched her back, and she felt a jolt of electricity run through her body.

"Aaaaaaaargh!"

Amelia collapsed down on her knees, coughing and clutching her chest as she felt her heart pounding in her ears.

Snot and tears flew out of her face, which made the spectators look disgusted at the sight.

She didn't look as fair and beautiful as before.

"Aura Fusion: Electro Shock."

Aoi said with a smile and stood over Amelia with a cute smile on her lips.

"You thought force field, cloaking, and clone were all I could do? I saved something special just for you~"

When the crowd heard that, they exclaimed in shock.

"Just how many Aura Fusions can she do? It is unbelievable!"

"She is so strong!"

Smiles appeared on the faces of Yokai Dojo's students as they cheered for Aoi till their voices turned hoarse.

"It all started with that push—Aoi pushed her back, so when she was stumbling back, her head was bouncing, which disturbed her field of vision.

"While her field of vision was disturbed, Aoi quickly cloaked herself, and at the same time, used a clone to make it seem like she never left that position.

"If she hadn't pushed her, Amelia would've seen through it easily, as she was very close to her."

Kiernan said his analysis to the ones that were listening to him.

"You're correct, but that's not all. She didn't want to leave any traces of her in the sand, so when she used cloaking, she actually jumped over Amelia to avoid leaving footprints.

"When she landed behind her, only then did footprints appear on the sand, but at that moment, it was already too late, and boom…"

Master Arakawa said.

"Aaaaaaaargh!"

Amelia tried to stand up, but again, Aoi placed her hand on her back and used Electro Shock to knock her back down.

It left her sizzling like a piece of bacon in a frying pan.

She couldn't move a muscle, and all Amelia could muster were words that no one would be able to understand.

"Match is over—winner is Arakawa Aoi!"

The temple priest announced.

"Noooooooooooo!"

Master Raju screamed and knocked his chair over in anger, which frightened all of his students.

"Gulp~"

Li Wei's eyes shook as he was part of the last two fighters with Maximilian Gruber. He didn't want to lose now because he was afraid that Raju might kill him for it!

With a smile on her face, Aoi walked back to her grandfather, who gave her a proud smile, and when she saw Kiernan looking at her, she felt self-conscious and started fixing up her messy hair.

The scoreboard changed, and once again, Yokai Dojo was leading with three-to-two score.

They were one victory away from winning!
