Marvel 1919 : Rise of an Empire

Chapter 148: Space-Time Teleportation Device

Upon returning to Ancient Star, the first thing George did was upload all the acquired data to the Star Network and Wiki databases.

His primary goal was to adapt and integrate this knowledge for use not only in the Naruto World and Marvel Earth but also for building infrastructure from scratch on Ancient Star, which remained his long term terraforming and expansion project.

This time, a vast amount of data was obtained: medical technology, individual weapon technology, mecha technology, battleship technology, interstellar communication technology, space station technology, and, of course, alloy formulas and planet transformation technologies.

The technology from "Starship Troopers" that transforms Mars into an agricultural Planet was especially promising for adapting Ancient Star into a sustainable ecosystem.

The battleship and space station technologies were equally valuable for George's interstellar infrastructure plans.

However, building such massive infrastructure would consume a lot of resources. Although much was brought back from the "I, Robot" dimension, it remained insufficient for large scale space base construction.

Fortunately, George still had access to several apocalyptic Worlds he'd mostly cleared out previously, which now served as convenient resource and labor hubs.

George first had Wiki resummary and catalog the collected data.

While the interstellar battleship data brought back this time leaned more toward cargo and transport use, George wasn't entirely satisfied with their limited offensive capabilities. He intended to fill that gap with his designs.

Fortunately, the key systems for high performance starships (superluminal engines, anti gravity drives, communication modules, AI systems, and directed energy weapons) were all technologies George already possessed.

He planned to personally design a new main ship for himself, with several escort battleships featuring superior attack modules. Alongside these, optimized escape pods, transport shuttles, and fighter jets would also be produced.

Thanks to blueprints from his previous life, George needed only to submit the exterior designs to the Star Network. AI would handle the rest.

George then traveled to the "Day of the Dead" dimension. While its original technology base was decent, the population had been decimated by the zombie apocalypse. Many supercomputers lie dormant, perfect for repurposing.

Using the NS5 Robots, George cleared a supercomputing center and uploaded the Star Network to begin automated construction.

The first wave included mining bots, transport ships, and revamped steel mills. Quality alloys were vital, and George already had advanced alloy formulas. Outer space defensive bases were next.

A satellite ring based on Ancient Star's second moon would serve as an anchor point, alongside a Nemesis class Space Station in orbit.

These undertakings would take considerable time. Thankfully, George didn't need to supervise them personally, only oversee final transport and deployment.

Back in 1962, following the Cuban Missile Crisis, George instructed Bucky to quietly expand the security force. Instead of simply increasing super soldiers, George focused on vetting promising retired military personnel. Only after rigorous training and loyalty assessments would they be promoted.

This approach bore fruit: by 1965, George's security network had 20,000 members globally. His vision aimed at a 30,000 strong elite army, from which only the most trusted and capable were upgraded to super soldier status.

Over the past decade, only ten had met the mark.

"Boss, I recently received news that someone is planning to target the President in the White House," Bucky reported.

"Have you found out who it is?" George asked.

"It's HYDRA. The President's upcoming policies threaten their interests. They're backing another candidate," Bucky explained.

"Then it has nothing to do with us. Ignore it," George replied.

"Understood, Boss," Bucky nodded. "Also, that Soviet scientist Anton Vanko, the one you had me watch. He's defected to the U.S."

"Where is he now?" George asked.

"Recruited by Stark Industries, now working in one of their labs."

"Typical Howard. Always using public resources for personal advancement. Let it be. If Vanko's aligned with Stark, his days are probably numbered," George smirked.

"Understood," Bucky responded.

Indeed, at 12:30 PM Central Time on November 22, 1963, U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. While a suspect was apprehended, the true circumstances remained clouded in mystery.

By 1965, while only three years had passed on Marvel Earth, thirty years had elapsed in the "Day of the Dead" world.

Ancient Star was also no longer a barren realm. Through cloning and careful cultivation using Earth origin species, a full ecological food chain had emerged around City No. 1.

Dry lakebeds had been refilled through continuous work by 1,000 rehabilitated prisoners.

George even tapped underground water sources to replenish the area, transforming the lakes into sustainable aquatic ecosystems.

Now, Ancient Star's No. 1 satellite is surrounded by an entire ring shaped defense Base, and in outer space, there is a Nemesis Space Station, identical to the one in "Starship Troopers," defending against potential threats.

There are also more than a dozen fast attack battleships docked in the space station, all controlled by artificial intelligence.

Of course, George also produced over a thousand M4 A1/2 Super Power Armors and over ten thousand Raiding Armors for easy changing, as for the more common M1 A4 Armors, tens of thousands of sets were produced.

These battleships and mechs are all ready, but they are not suitable for appearing on Earth. After all, Earth still has a weapon called the atomic bomb, and even if they need to be used in the future, they must leave no trace.

Therefore, a large scale teleportation device is essential. This time, George didn't even bring the Star Network. He went to the target dimension alone. His purpose this time wasn't just a casual visit. The TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) world had a rich tech library: gene altering breakthroughs, mutagenic healing, and cross species enhancement.

This knowledge would be crucial to apply across other domains like the Marvel Earth, the Naruto World, and most importantly, the Ancient Star, where he had to build everything from scratch.

Dimension: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"

Story Plot: In a city where crime and fear are rampant, Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have the police and politicians firmly in their grasp, and the future looks even darker, until four reclusive Ninja Turtle brothers step forward.

They survived a botched scientific experiment, emerged from the sewers, and embraced their mission, becoming masked, ultimate justice bringers.

Facing Shredder's cruel plan to dominate the entire city, the Ninja Turtles will work together with the brave female reporter April O'Neil and the witty photographer Vern to save New York City citizens and bring Shredder to justice.

Later, after Shredder escaped custody, he teamed up with the mad scientist Baxter Stockman and his two clumsy henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady, to launch a demonic plan to control the World.

As the Turtles battled Shredder and his associates, they found themselves facing an even more evil force, the supervillain Krang. The Turtles would face a powerful, Universe level opponent.

This World poses no threat to George, so George plans to intercept and directly take what he wants.

Erik Sacks is a relatively good entry point, and the key is that he is very easy to find.

New York, a high end banquet hall

"Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming the New York Police Department's most generous donor, Erik Sacks!" the host announced.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Please, be seated!" On the podium, Erik Sacks, dressed as a successful businessman, was confidently delivering a speech.

But who would have known that this seemingly respectable middle aged man in a suit and tie was the partner of the Foot Clan, the source of New York's current chaos?

"I must say, it's rare to see so many people here tonight, especially in an area severely affected by the Foot Clan's crime. Years ago, my wife was in danger. I was a young Dr. then, working on cutting edge research with a World class team. Our laboratory was attacked, set on Fire, and robbed by a group of cowards who called themselves the Foot Clan. Several of my colleagues lost their lives that day," Erik Sacks said, looking towards a beautiful woman in the audience and showing a pained expression.

"In their honor and memory, Sacks Industries, whether through Sacks Biomedical, Sacks Robotics, or Sacks Engineering, will steadfastly protect our city and make New York safe."

At this moment, applause erupted from the audience, and Erik Sacks continued: "Whenever someone brings a flame into this city, I will extinguish it! That is a promise! Thank you, thank you!"

The so called New York elite in the audience all stood up and applauded Erik Sacks's wonderful speech.

Floating outside the window, George watched Erik Sacks shake hands with guests one by one as he walked off the stage. The lady from earlier quickly approached and conversed with Erik Sacks.

Through their conversation, George learned that this lady was April, the female protagonist of the story. However, it seemed that the "righteous person" had important matters, so they only spoke a few words before being reminded by security personnel nearby, and then hastily left the venue.

George knew that this female reporter would encounter her pet turtles tonight.

It must be said that Sacks and the female lead's father were indeed very powerful. They attempted to scientifically recreate the panacea using only some ancient documents, and the key is that they succeeded in the end.

They developed a gene mutagen that could stimulate self repair functions at the cellular level. They called this project the Renaissance Project, and their knowledge came from Shredder.

George was interested in reverse engineering this to expand his panacea developments.

In the underground garage, Sacks, accompanied by two security personnel, was walking towards his car when a figure appeared before them.

"Mr. Sacks, your speech was excellent, but I have a small matter I need your help with, so could you wait a moment?" George said, emerging from the Shadow.

"Oh, thank you, sir. But I'm in a hurry. If there's anything you need my help with, you can contact me later. This is my business card," Sacks said, looking at the well dressed man in front of him.

If he hadn't seen the other party's exquisite attire, Sacks would not have stopped to talk to George for a second.

"Unfortunately, that's not up to you," George said with a faint smirk, his tone laced with the irony of Sacks' preaching peace while enabling chaos.

"Snap!" George lightly snapped his fingers, and Sacks and the two security guards stood frozen there.

After obtaining the knowledge about the panacea from Sacks's memory and then the location of Shredder's Base, George lifted the illusion control.

"Mr. Sacks, it was a pleasure meeting you. Goodbye," George said with a smile to Sacks.

Sacks, who had just woken up from the illusion, had no memory of what had just happened: "Goodbye, sir." He then got into the car and left.

George watched the car drive away, smiled, and then disappeared from the parking lot.

At Shredder's Foot Clan headquarters, George appeared in Shredder's training room.

"Who are you?" Shredder asked, opening his eyes after sensing someone while meditating.

"That's not important. Now, I'll ask you," George said, looking at Shredder, whose height far exceeded that of a normal Japanese, "Snap."

Five minutes later, George had the answer he wanted. That item had not yet fallen into his hands.

However, George didn't come in vain. Seeing a complete set of gleaming armor placed in the corner, George directly stored it in his space. Although he didn't need this armor personally, he took it anyway, perhaps to study its design, use it for training simulations, or pass it down to allies.

It was simply efficient to do so. Considering the little turtles would soon clash with Shredder, this removal also softened the difficulty of their mission. His version of compensation.

Before leaving, George also left a small gift in Shredder's mind.

New York, Baxter Stockman's laboratory

The man standing before George, an MIT prodigy who graduated at fifteen and held 134 patents as T.C.R.I.'s chief scientist, was none other than Baxter Stockman, secretly working under Shredder. To most of the world, this revelation would be unbelievable.

George's trip hadn't been wasted. With little resistance, he acquired a crucial component of the mind teleportation device from Stockman.

Without hesitation, George disabled the scientist with a precision neural disruptor. The once brilliant mind fell into a daze, rendered useless, and George silently exited the lab.

He recalled how in the original events, Baxter not only orchestrated Shredder's prison break but also developed the mutation serum that turned a boar and a rhino into destructive mutants. Creatures that gave the Ninja Turtles real trouble.

George already knew how the space time teleportation device worked: it consisted of three parts. One was the very component he now possessed, formerly used by Shredder to escape police pursuit. The second part was displayed at the New York Museum, and the third had been lost somewhere in the Amazon rainforest.

Once assembled, the device could generate a space time portal capable of summoning the War Machine Technology Fortress, a powerful mobile base operated by the alien Krang.

Krang's plan was simple: use Shredder as a pawn to open the portal and begin his conquest of Earth.

But George had other intentions. What fascinated him wasn't Krang's vision of domination. It was the advanced tech embedded within the War Machine Fortress.
