Chapter 211: Chapter 211: The Two Women Meet

As the space-time distortion settled, bringing them back to the convenience store, Han Yu stroked his chin in thought.

"Thanos will definitely sense the disturbance here and pinpoint its exact location. He'll probably lead an army to attack soon."

Like Thanos, Han Yu also possessed a fragment of the Heart of the Universe, so he wasn't afraid of him. However, Thanos was the ultimate villain of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Even the combined might of the MCU's three strongest heroes couldn't defeat him. Now, with the Heart of the Universe—even if broken—Thanos was practically invincible without Han Yu's interference.

A sharp glint flashed in Han Yu's eyes, his killing intent intensifying. If Thanos truly came, there would be no room for mercy—it would be another brutal battle.

"Well, whatever. If he wants to come, I'll play along."

He glanced at Wanda, who was happily playing with the energy pig. In the short time since they'd returned, she had already given the pig a name that left Han Yu utterly speechless—Peppa.

"Pfft—wait, you… you're seriously calling it that?" Han Yu was visibly shaken. That name carried way too many memories for him.

"Yeah, why? Isn't 'Peppa' a cute name?" Wanda looked at him in confusion. To her, it was just an adorable girl's name.

"Cute? Yeah… yeah, it's cute," Han Yu coughed awkwardly.

This world didn't have the Peppa Pig cartoon, so it was Wanda's first time hearing the name. But for Han Yu, it was something deeply ingrained in his soul.

The energy pig had no defined gender—it was simply a creature formed from energy, neither male nor female. So, the name didn't really matter.

With a cheerful expression, Wanda carried Peppa upstairs. After all, she had finally returned home—she wanted to see Quicksilver and Ultron.

"Yeah, it's been a while… I should also—"

Han Yu nodded, but then suddenly remembered Galacta was still upstairs. A wave of panic hit him. If he didn't introduce them first, letting the two meet this way would feel way too much like getting caught cheating.

"Wait, Wanda! Hold on a second!" Han Yu rushed after her.

By the time he reached the upper floor, it was already too late. Wanda had reunited with Quicksilver and the others. Fortunately, Galacta wasn't in the gaming room at that moment, making Han Yu secretly sigh in relief.

"Wanda, you're back! You—seriously? You left and came back with gifts? This piglet looks pretty good!"

Quicksilver's eyes lit up when he saw the adorable energy pig perched on Wanda's shoulder. He was so overwhelmed by its cuteness that tears of joy practically streamed down from the corners of his mouth.

"Eat? Eat what? You only ever think about food! Look at you—you've gained weight, and you still want to eat?" Wanda scoffed, hugging Peppa protectively and stepping back with a look of disdain.

"I have not! I work out all the time, okay?"

Unconvinced, Quicksilver flexed his arms. Once firm and muscular, his biceps had now gone soft.

"Yeah, right. You're literally one drumstick away from obesity."

Ultron's voice drifted in from behind, utterly shattering Quicksilver's last shred of confidence.

Only now did Quicksilver finally face reality—he was 178 cm tall but weighed 180 pounds. Ever since coming to the convenience store, he had been binge-eating and gaming late into the night.

His once-defined abs had transformed into a potbelly. Just as Ultron had said, all it would take was one more drumstick to tip him over into full-blown obesity.

Han Yu and Wanda exchanged glances before bursting into laughter.

Quicksilver, utterly humiliated, just wanted to crawl into a hole. Why did he even bring this up? He had completely set himself up for embarrassment.

As everyone laughed heartily, a voice suddenly spoke from behind them—

"What's so funny? Count me in!"

It was Galacta, standing at the door.

Wanda turned around to face her.

Their eyes met.

For a moment, the room fell into an awkward silence.

Seeing the situation take a turn, Quicksilver couldn't help but smirk. He quickly pulled Ultron aside, snickering as they slipped away.

Although nothing inappropriate had happened between Galacta and Han Yu, she had arrived at the convenience store not long after Wanda left. The timing made it look a little too much like finding a new love right after a breakup.

Not wanting to get caught in the crossfire if his sister ended up clashing with Galacta, Quicksilver wasted no time in getting out of the way. Despite Ultron mocking him just moments ago, Quicksilver still dragged him along.

"That's your sister. You're seriously just going to stand back and watch them fight? And why the hell are you shaking?" Ultron, though not well-versed in emotions, at least understood drama when he saw it.

He had a pretty good idea of where this was headed. Looking at Quicksilver, who was still grinning mischievously, Ultron couldn't help but wonder—was this guy really Wanda's brother?

"Hey, I just really need to pee, okay? But I don't dare leave—I might miss out on something exciting!" Quicksilver whispered, still trembling slightly. "Even if they do fight, that's for the boss to worry about. He's standing right there! Me? I'm just here to enjoy the show."

Still shaking, Quicksilver casually grabbed a bottle of soda and a bag of chips from the snack shelf. He settled in like he was watching a prime-time drama, snacking away. Ultron was speechless. Who the hell eats their sister's drama like this?

Just then, Wanda spoke.

"You must be Miss Galacta?"

Upon seeing the stunning young woman before her, Wanda's reaction wasn't anything like what Quicksilver had imagined. There was no jealousy, no confrontation—not even much surprise. Instead, she spoke naturally, as if it were just another introduction.

"You already know about her?" Quicksilver was shocked. Where was the dramatic catfight he'd been expecting?

"The Ancient One told me," Wanda replied with a soft smile. "While I was at Kamar-Taj, I used the Multiversal Mirror to observe this place a few times. I know that Miss Galacta is quite powerful… and also very beautiful."

As she spoke, she casually glanced at Han Yu. The half-smirk, half-teasing look on her face sent a chill down Han Yu's spine.

Han Yu scratched his head awkwardly, knowing that anything he said right now would only make things worse.

Nothing had happened between him and Galacta, so there was no need for a long-winded explanation. His best strategy? Just roll with it and react accordingly.

"And you are?"

Galacta studied the woman in front of her. Though Wanda appeared younger, there was an almost imperceptible sense of threat coming from her. It wasn't about raw power—Galacta was undoubtedly stronger—but the fact that Wanda could make her feel that way meant her potential was incredibly high.

"It's nice to meet you. My name is Wanda. I am currently an Apprentice Sorcerer of the Supreme Sanctum." Wanda's tone was calm and measured, betraying neither hostility nor friendliness.

"Sorcerer Supreme?" Galacta mused. "I've heard of that. Wasn't Earth's Sorcerer Supreme called the Ancient One? Did I remember wrong?"

"You're not wrong," Wanda replied. "She's my teacher. That's why I said I'm still just an apprentice."
