Marvel: My Luck Is A Hundred Million Points Better!

Chapter 115: Chapter 115 No One Knows Magic Better Than Me!!!

Billions of years ago, the natural life force of Earth gave birth to a group of ancient gods. However, they soon began to kill and devour each other, and some even transformed into demons.

Sithorn was one of them.

To end this cycle of destruction, Gaia, the goddess of the Earth, and the god of life gave birth to Atum.

By relentlessly hunting and destroying the corrupted ancient gods, Atum became an immensely powerful entity known as the "Devourer"—so powerful that even Sithorn and Set were no match for him.

Fearing he would suffer the same fate as the others, Sithorn was forced to flee into exile, escaping to other dimensions.

Although he abandoned Earth, he never accepted Atum's rule. His obsession with returning never wavered.

To maintain his influence, he created a dimension close to Earth, allowing him to subtly affect the mortal realm.

Over the years, he never stopped trying to return and had been conducting countless "experiments" to find a suitable host for himself.

More accurately, he was searching for a "vessel."

A vessel with a soul strong enough to withstand his power.

The Darkhold, also known as the "Book of the Dark God," was the tool Sithorn used to locate this vessel.

In truth, Sithorn had sought out many potential vessels over the ages, but none ever truly satisfied him—until he found Luo Bai.

If nothing unexpected happened, Luo Bai would be the perfect vessel.

With him, Sithorn could rule not just Earth, but the entire universe.

But fate had other plans.

Luo Bai had been chosen by the power of the fairies.

Not only was he beyond Sithorn's control, but he had now become his enemy.

What a waste.

Such a perfect vessel... yet it was ruined by his own hands.

Sithorn admitted that fairy power was formidable.

But Luo Bai was too naive. He actually thought that wielding fairy power meant he could do as he pleased.

Did he truly believe he could defeat the god of black magic?

If so, it only proved one thing—he didn't understand magic at all!

When Earth's connection to Sithorn's dark dimension was established, an overwhelming surge of energy flooded through the rift, instantly absorbed by Sithorn.

Quicksilver's body, unable to withstand such immense power, was discarded.

Sithorn no longer needed it.

For the first time, he revealed his true form.

Surprisingly, Sithorn's true appearance was not as terrifying as one might expect.

Apart from his glowing red eyes, he looked almost human—far more normal in appearance than Mephisto.

To the untrained eye, he might not seem like a threat at all.

But Wong, the Grandmaster of Kamar-Taj, knew better.

He could feel it.

The Sithorn before him had already grown far too powerful to be contained.

A deep sense of dread crept into Wong's heart.

He didn't fully understand fairy power, nor did he know whether it was capable of defeating Sithorn.

All he could do was warn Luo Bai.

"Sithorn has connected his dimension to Earth! If we don't stop him now, he'll take over the entire planet, Supreme Sorcerer!" Wong shouted anxiously.

Luo Bai knew this all too well.

Without hesitation, he unleashed the full might of his fairy power against Sithorn.

After consuming the dark energies of Dormammu and Mephisto, the fairy power had become stronger than ever before.

At Luo Bai's command, it surged toward Sithorn like a bolt of lightning.

Normally, the fairy power would have instantly overwhelmed Sithorn, wrapping around him and forcefully draining his dimension's energy.

But this time... something was different.

Sithorn began chanting.

A moment later, the entire dark dimension trembled.

Scarlet energy coalesced into a massive sphere, just as powerful as the fairy power itself.

The two dark forces clashed violently.

Luo Bai could feel the fairy power continuously devouring Sithorn's dark energy.

But something was wrong.

Sithorn's dark energy was endless—an infinite abyss.

Even as the fairy power consumed it, the darkness did not weaken.

Instead, it grew stronger.

To counter this, the fairy power attempted to absorb it all in one overwhelming attack.

But it wasn't enough.

Although the fairy power was mighty, it needed time to grow.

Simply put, if the fairy power could absorb more energy than Sithorn possessed, then it could overpower him.

Its past victories over the gods came from devouring fragments of the Phoenix Force.

While it had also absorbed the energies of Dormammu and Mephisto, even their combined power was not enough to overcome Sithorn.

As for the four Infinity Stones...

To an ancient god like Sithorn, four stones were meaningless.

That was why, despite its immense strength, the fairy power was struggling to crush Sithorn completely.

At first, Sithorn merely tested the fairy power's strength.

But when he realized it had not yet fully matured, he sneered.

"You've only absorbed a fraction of the fairy power? Tsk, tsk, tsk… What a shame." Sithorn smirked mockingly.

"As a mere human, how much power did you really think you could wield?"

Then, he resumed his incantation.

A moment later, the dark energy surged.

This time, it counterattacked.

The darkness began devouring the fairy power.

Though neither force had a physical form, the battle between them was fierce.

It was like watching two colossal beasts clash for dominance.

One misstep, and one would be consumed entirely.

The deciding factor wasn't just raw power.

It was the host.

"The fairy power is impressive... but what a shame it chose a human as its vessel."

"How long have you even studied magic? Do you truly believe that possessing fairy power makes you my equal?"

"You are nothing but a mere mortal! And yet, you dare challenge a god?"

As Sithorn's voice echoed through the dark dimension, the oppressive darkness thickened, engulfing everything in its path.

Countless formless shadows attacked those present.

Everyone instinctively raised their defenses.

They knew that if even a sliver of this dark energy touched them, it would corrode their minds, plunging them into eternal darkness.

If that happened, Sithorn would control them completely.

For Luo Bai, these dark entities were of little concern.

He could deal with them effortlessly.

But Wong, Polaris, and the others were different.

The darkness was simply too overwhelming.

They had no way to resist it completely.

Though they could hold out for now, they were growing weaker.

If this continued, their defenses would shatter, and Sithorn would consume their minds.

Sithorn could see it too.

Sensing their struggle, he pressed his advantage.

He chanted once more.

This time, he unleashed an ability far more terrifying than before—

Reality Manipulation.

As the god of dark magic, Chthon could modify reality at will.

Although he could not directly alter the power of the fairies—making it disappear or changing its owner—he could still reshape the entire world through his abilities.

"Foolish and ignorant human! Open your eyes and witness my power!! I am Chthon!!! The source of all dark magic! Your magic is insignificant before me!"

"Mages of Earth! Swear loyalty to me, the ancient god Chthon!!!"

"Follow me, and together, we shall rule the universe!"

Chthon roared in fury, and in the next second, a powerful surge of red and black magical energy erupted from his body.

As his power exploded, the red-black energy instantly enveloped everyone and spread outward.

Chthon's power was too overwhelming—Wong, Polaris, and the others couldn't resist at all and were soon corrupted by the dark energy.

As the corruption took hold, their eyes revealed an unnatural transformation.

Since they were unable to resist Chthon's influence, reality was rewritten, turning them into dark sorcerers.

But this wasn't the full extent of his power—Chthon's modifications weren't just limited to Wong and the others.

This time, he targeted the entire world—the entire Earth.

Although Luo Bai possessed fairy power, which Chthon could not modify or corrupt, that didn't stop the dark god from expanding his influence.

By reshaping the world itself, Chthon had extended his dark dimension, engulfing the Earth in his shadow.

At this moment, Earth had completely fallen.

Chthon had transformed it into his personal dark realm.

With his domain expanded, Chthon began absorbing the planet's energy.

As enormous amounts of power poured into him, his strength increased exponentially.

His form grew larger, and the eerie glow of his crimson eyes became even more menacing.

He turned to Luo Bai, flashing a twisted smile.

Without even opening his mouth, his voice echoed directly in Luo Bai's mind: "Supreme Sorcerer? The Earth you swore to protect… no longer exists."

With those words, Chthon unleashed a devastating blast of dark magic at Luo Bai.

The spell he cast was something Luo Bai knew all too well—Dark Energy Absorption.

This was magic Chthon had created himself, making him its absolute master.

He released his full power, attempting to drain both the fairy power and magical energy from Luo Bai's body.

It was only now that Luo Bai realized just how terrifying Chthon truly was.

In truth, Luo Bai also had the ability to alter reality.

But because Chthon was inside his own dimension, his power was absolute—completely immune to reality manipulation.

This meant that even if Luo Bai tried to alter reality, it wouldn't affect Chthon or the realm under his control.

The fairy power had yet to evolve to a level capable of completely defeating Chthon, and reality-warping magic was useless against him.

At this moment, Luo Bai seemed to have no way to win.

He didn't even resist.

Seeing Luo Bai remain motionless, Chthon assumed that the sorcerer had accepted his inevitable defeat.

Growing more arrogant, Chthon sneered.

"No one understands magic better than me!" he declared, unleashing another wave of dark energy to consume Luo Bai.

His goal was not just to absorb Luo Bai's power—but his very soul.

He intended to take over Luo Bai's body entirely.

Because if he could completely seize Luo Bai's consciousness, his own power would reach an unimaginable level.

A level so high that even the gods wouldn't be able to stop him.

As he watched the energy being drained from Luo Bai's body, Chthon became ecstatic.

Victory was within his grasp.

However, just as he was about to claim ultimate power, he suddenly realized something was wrong.

Wait… this isn't right!!

Something was off!!

Why had the fairy power suddenly surged—and why was it absorbing his dark energy instead?!

Chthon's eyes widened in shock as he looked at Luo Bai.

In that instant, he finally understood—

Luo Bai was actually absorbing white magic energy?!

When Luo Bai had accidentally entered the Supreme Dimension and received the blessing of Vishanti, it had granted him the qualification to enter that realm.

After studying the contents of the Darkhold, he had learned how to absorb dark magic—and in doing so, he had grasped its fundamental nature.

By combining fairy power's ability to create magic, Luo Bai had developed a technique that shouldn't exist—Absorption of Supreme Energy.

As the Supreme Sorcerer of Kamar-Taj, Luo Bai had many ways to tap into Vishanti's power.

But through countless experiments, he had discovered an inconvenient truth—Vishanti was too stingy!!!

It was nearly impossible to obtain large amounts of energy from them using conventional methods.

At best, he could only extract small portions at a time.

This led Luo Bai to wonder—was it because Vishanti were unwilling to grant more power, or was it simply that Kamar-Taj's magic records were incapable of drawing substantial amounts?

Unable to find an answer, he took matters into his own hands.

Using fairy power, he created a new form of magic.

Its function? To directly absorb Vishanti's energy from the Supreme Dimension.

Unlike existing rituals, this magic didn't require complex procedures.

A simple incantation was enough.

If another mage had attempted this, it likely wouldn't have worked.

The reasons were obvious.

First—most mages couldn't even enter the Supreme Dimension.

Second—even if they did, they would be unable to extract energy from Vishanti.

But for Luo Bai, once he created the technique, success was guaranteed.

After all, he had a passive ability… called luck.

As long as there was even a 0.1% chance, he would succeed.

And sure enough, he did.

The moment Chthon tried to forcibly absorb the power within him, Luo Bai activated his own magic.

Reciting the spell silently in his mind, he immediately drew upon Vishanti's divine energy from the Supreme Dimension.

Unlike his previous attempts, this time, he absorbed a massive amount of Vishanti's power.

Not just white magic—but Vishanti's divine essence itself!

This divine power significantly amplified the fairy energy, strengthening Luo Bai's body in the process.

As a result, fairy power erupted.

Sensing the sudden shift, Chthon panicked and tried to retract his dark energy—but it was too late.

The fairy power had already grown too powerful.

In a blink, the balance had flipped.

What was once an even contest between fairy power and dark energy had become an overwhelming dominance.

Fairy power—now vastly superior—began devouring Chthon's dark dimension like a ravenous beast.

The ancient god, who had once been infinitely powerful, lost half of his strength in an instant.

For the first time in millennia, Chthon felt fear.

He desperately unleashed dark magic to suppress the advancing fairy power.

But it was beyond his control.

The more he resisted, the faster it consumed him.

Yet, despite the chaos, the dark dimension itself remained largely intact.

The most terrifying part?

After absorbing so much of his dark energy, fairy power had evolved into something even more formidable.

Luo Bai, now brimming with newfound strength, casually rewrote Chthon's previous reality modifications.

And just like that—

Earth was restored to normal.

Polaris, Wong, and the others regained their consciousness.

As they blinked in confusion, they saw a bizarre sight—

Fairy power, running rampant, chasing Chthon like a crazed beast.

Chthon shrieked, "STOP! STOP!! I AM THE GOD OF DARK MAGIC!!! YOU CAN'T CONSUME ME!!!"

Polaris: "????"

Wong: "????"

Wanda: "???"

The three of them stood in stunned silence.

Wait… something wasn't right.

Just moments ago, they had been completely overwhelmed.

Then, their minds had gone blank.

And now, upon regaining consciousness… Chthon was running for his life?!

What the hell just happened?!
