George flew to the front desk using his flight magic and announced, "I'm not Happy. My name is George, and I want to join Fairy Tail. What do I need to do to join?"

A female mage sitting at the front desk, wearing a blue bikini top and bell-bottom pants, examined George with a slightly dazed expression. She then picked up a massive barrel of alcohol and began chugging it down.

The shirtless man wearing only shorts was likely Gray Fullbuster, who specialized in Ice-Make Magic. The man flirting with two female mages was Loke, a Holder-Type mage.

The exceptionally tall man with white hair, like Mirajane, was Elfman Strauss, known as the "Beast Arm" and skilled in Take Over Magic.

The fire mage Natsu Dragneel, also known as the "Salamander," and his companion, the magical cat Happy, were absent. According to the mage earlier, they had gone to Hargeon to search for a dragon.
