Chapter 24: Chapter 24: A New World

Bathsheda Babbling, the 25-year-old Professor of Ancient Runes at Hogwarts, arrived at Number Four, Privet Drive. Her heart pounded as she stood at the doorstep, preparing to introduce Harry Potter to the wizarding world.

This wasn't her usual job. In fact, she had never introduced a Muggle-born or Muggle-raised student before. And yet, here she was—starting with none other than Harry Potter, the most famous wizarding child in existence.

"Oh, Merlin, why me?" she muttered to herself, sighing heavily.

The responsibility of inducting Muggle-born students typically fell to the Heads of Houses, but Professor Sprout, McGonagall, and Flitwick were all occupied. As for Professor Snape, the insufferable git outright refused to do this part of his job. Hagrid would have been a poor choice, given how much he stood out in a Muggle neighborhood. And Dumbledore? He was busy handling some international conference.

Most of the other professors had legitimate excuses—Binns was a ghost, and Trelawney was… well, Trelawney.

That left Bathsheda and Septima Vector, the Arithmancy professor. Bathsheda had almost managed to avoid this duty, but Septima had beaten her to it with a quick "Dibs on not doing it!" before walking off.

And so, here she was.

"Great. Just try not to embarrass yourself in front of Harry Potter. You'll never hear the end of it."

Steeling herself, she knocked on the door. Moments later, it swung open, revealing an incredibly handsome young man.

Harry Potter—no, Clark—stood before her. He was eighteen, tall, with messy black hair and piercing emerald-green eyes. His sharp jawline and lean, toned physique made him look more like a Greek god than an ordinary teenager.

Bathsheda felt a lump form in her throat as she took him in. He was not what she had expected.

Harry, on the other hand, studied her just as intently.

The woman standing before him was stunning—light brown skin, deep chocolate eyes, and jet-black hair tied into a neat bun. She wore a well-fitted grey skirt that ended just above her knees, black tights hugging her long, toned legs, and a white blouse under a grey blazer. She looked professional yet effortlessly alluring.

Most importantly, she looked nervous.

Clark/Harry's POV

Clark leaned against the doorframe, suppressing a smirk.

She was beautiful.

Her slim waist and round hips were perfectly accentuated by her skirt, and her full lips parted slightly as she met his gaze. Her long legs were covered in stockings, but he could still see their elegant shape. The tight blouse did little to hide the generous swell of her chest.

She was every bit a MILF.

His thoughts darkened, but he forced himself to remain composed.

"Hello," he greeted, his voice smooth. "Harry Potter."

The woman blinked, collecting herself. "Bathsheda Babbling," she replied with a small smile.

Clark stepped aside, gesturing for her to enter. "Please, come in."

Bathsheda hesitated for a fraction of a second before nodding and stepping inside.

She took a seat on the couch, smoothing out her skirt, while Clark sat across from her, watching with barely concealed amusement.

"My dear Harry," she began, her warm smile making his heart race—not from nerves, but from something far more primal. "I'm here to tell you about Hogwarts."

Clark arched an eyebrow, feigning surprise. "Hogwarts?"

Bathsheda nodded. "Hogwarts is a school for witches and wizards. You, Harry, are a wizard."

Clark kept his expression carefully controlled, but inside, he was grinning.

I am a wizard.

.......

The Introduction

"Yes, Harry, I'm here to explain everything and answer any questions you have about Hogwarts."

Harry leaned forward slightly, his emerald eyes gleaming. "Good. I don't know anything about it."

Bathsheda seemed relieved that he was taking this well. "Then let's start with the basics. Hogwarts is the premier school for witchcraft and wizardry in Britain. It's where young wizards learn to control and develop their magical abilities."

Harry tilted his head. "Magic, huh? So… we can make magic?"

Bathsheda chuckled, her rich laughter sending a shiver down his spine. "That is the definition of magic, Harry."

He hummed, watching her with interest. "And how exactly does one make magic?"

"Through study and practice. You'll learn to harness your magical potential over time."

Harry frowned slightly. "Practice?"

"Yes," she said patiently. "Like anything else, magic takes dedication."

He leaned back, studying her. The idea that he wasn't already perfect at magic irked him slightly, but he supposed there was something intriguing about learning to wield real power.

Bathsheda stood, brushing off imaginary dust from her skirt. "We should get going. There's much to do before term starts."

Harry nodded, standing up as well. His movements were slow, deliberate.

He was aware of how close they were.

Bathsheda smiled as she took his hand, leading him outside.

Diagon Alley

Their first stop was Diagon Alley.

"Before we go, I need to notify my guardian," Harry said, quickly scribbling a note for Petunia. Not that he cared, but it was best to keep up appearances.

Bathsheda watched him with mild interest before nodding. "I'll bring you back once we've finished shopping."

With that settled, they set off.

Harry walked beside Bathsheda, eyes shamelessly admiring the way her hips swayed with each step.

He wanted her.

Desperately.

But he held himself back.

Not yet.

Bathsheda glanced at him, her brow arching. "Harry, are you alright?"

He nodded quickly. "Yeah. Just thinking."

She nodded, smiling. "We're almost there."

A few minutes later, she led him to the entrance of Diagon Alley.

Harry watched as she tapped the bricks, eyes widening as the wall parted to reveal a bustling, magical street.

"Welcome to Diagon Alley," she said, her voice tinged with amusement at his acting.

Clark stepped forward, deliberately brushing against her as he passed.

"Wow," he whispered. "This is… incredible."

Bathsheda chuckled. "You haven't seen anything yet."

Harry turned to her, smirking slightly. Oh, I know.

This was just the beginning.
