Metaverse of Mechas

Chapter 50: : Reframers of Reality

📘 Chapter 50

🌌 Scene 1: Whisper in the Dark

Somewhere beyond the observable datafield, within the Codex Fringe, reality hung by threads of raw narrative.

And there, they gathered.

The Reframers.

Former allies of the Editor, now unleashed—unbound, forgotten, but not gone.

"The new Author has taken the mantle."

"He is raw. Untested. Naïve."

A woman stepped forward. Her eyes were inverted text. Her voice echoed in reversed syntax.

"Then let's remind him... the story was never his to write."

💠 Scene 2: The Return of Zarek

In the capital city of Neo-Teslanis, alarms screamed.

A rip tore through the skyline. From it descended a massive, war-worn Mecha—twice the size of anything seen before.

It bore the insignia of the Old Editor's Guard.

Inside sat a man in chains.

Scarred, gaunt, and surrounded by collapsing chains of data: Zarek Ilian Kairis.

Zeron's uncle.

Declared dead 15 years ago.

Now returned—with his memory wiped, and Krono flaring in pure black-red stripes.

"Where am I?" Zarek asked the world.

"Who… am I supposed to destroy?"

🛠️ Scene 3: The Project Aether Core

Ivy and Zake unlocked the ruins beneath Guild HQ. Inside, they found remnants of a black project hidden by the top brass:

Project Aether Core — the secret weapon the Guild once tried to build using Krono harvested from children.

Zake stared in horror at the chamber. Dozens of pods. Memories encoded as static.

Ivy whispered, "They erased this from public history. They erased me from this project."

Suddenly, a hologram sparked.

A child's voice echoed:

"Welcome back… Subject 07."

Ivy froze.

"That's… me."

🔧 Scene 4: Zui's Other Self

Zui sat before a mirror.

But her reflection didn't move.

Instead, it smiled.

"You're not the only Zui," the mirror whispered.

"I'm the one who saw what the Editor wrote before he died."

"And I… remember everything."

Zui's reflection reached out, pulling her through the glass.

She screamed.

Then everything went black.

⚔️ Scene 5: The First Reframe

The Guild convened an emergency war council.

Zeron arrived late, wearing a new cloak—stitched from holographic ink. The Codex inside him pulsed like a second heartbeat.

"They're coming," he said. "People who can change the very structure of this reality."

The Guild master laughed nervously.

"We have Mechas, son. And guns."

Zeron lifted a hand. A cube of solid narrative appeared.

With a snap, he rewrote the table into a tree. The Guild members jumped back in terror.

"Guns won't work if they change the laws of physics."

🧿 Scene 6: Aina's Broadcast

Aina stood atop her new base—Nova Outpost, a rebel city-state between nations.

She spoke into the air.

"This is not a rebellion. This is a declaration of cognitive warfare."

"To those who follow Zeron blindly: he now holds the Codex. The power of Authorhood corrupts all."

"If you wish to follow true freedom, join the Free Core Alliance."

Screens across the world flickered.

And more than a third of Earth's population defected overnight.

💥 Scene 7: The Reframers Attack

They came in the dark.

Reality bent like cloth.

People forgot where they lived. Nations swapped names. History twisted.

Zeron woke to find a world where Ivy had never existed.

"No—NO! I won't let them delete her!"

He plunged into the Codex, writing her name again and again in the sky.

"Ivy... Ivy... Ivy!"

Then a beam struck him from above.

A voice echoed:

"You think writing makes you a god? Then face those who authored before you!"

A Reframer descended—her name: Scriptress Veyla, once the Editor's first disciple.

Her Mecha walked on sentences, its limbs made of broken languages.

🔚 Final Scene: Collapse of Chapter Space

The world turned white.

Zeron and Veyla clashed in a battlefield that looked like torn book pages, suspended in a void.

Every attack rewrote a part of the past.

He stabbed—his childhood changed.

She struck—Zui's birthday vanished from time.

Zeron screamed. He didn't want to rewrite. He just wanted to protect.

But the Codex whispered:

"A writer must always kill something to let something else live."

🔮 Preview — Chapter 51: The Author Must Bleed

Zeron is forced to rewrite part of his own memories to save Ivy.

A hidden Reframer in the Guild begins twisting orders.

Aina's alliance builds their own Mecha: the Eclipse Frame.

Zui's second self takes control.

And the first death of someone Zeron cannot revive… shakes everything
