Miss Witch Doesn't Want to be a Diva

Chapter 191: The Ice Crystal in the Sky Falls (Part 2)

The blazing streams pierced the weakly shattered silver crown, slicing the gigantic Titan Flagship diagonally through its center. Within seconds, the scorched opening expanded, shattered, and countless debris fragments exploded out from the ruptured area. The entire Titan Flagship began to drift out of control like a dying giant whale, slowly deviating from the formation's center.

Every soldier and officer on the battlefield was shocked by the scene, even the commanders of the Western Star Region's United Fleet were stunned for a few seconds as they watched the slowly breaking Titan Flagship on their screens.

When the silver light threads began to outline the crown's shape, they initially thought it would be a difficult and grueling battle, with most of the fleet potentially being lost. However, the silver crown turned out to be nothing but a fleeting moment, soon phasing and shattering.

The concentrated fire of the Western Star Region's United Fleet seized seventy percent of its firepower, directly piercing through the Sixth Fleet's defense barrier, even cutting the central Titan Flagship in half.

Blanchi's success made many in the Federation forget how rare the Sunlit Level is. If it could be cultivated merely through temporary promotion and resource piling, the Sunlit Level Songstress wouldn't have been extinct in the Federation for a century.

However, Blanchi's rise was too swift and astonishingly fast, while Ores's background was too privileged, with talent too exceptional. She quickly advanced to the Moon Class and slowly neared the Full Moon Level, making many believe she could catch up to Blanchi's progress, not realizing that such rapid advancement has never occurred before in history.

Regarding talent, if Ores took another twenty years to settle, she might smoothly advance to the Sunlit Level Songstress phase. However, in the Elves' perspective, Ores is not fully mature yet, still too young.

Unfortunately, in a restless and eager-for-success era, not only were the Federation's officials and councilors impatiently agitated, but even the experienced elders within the Elf Families found themselves swayed, eventually failing to prevent this risky gamble fully.

The hope originally given to the Central Star Domain was buried by their own hands, and this failure was far more severe and intense than any compromising agreement's consequences.

Suppressing the surging emotions within, Marshal Odo, the highest commander of the Western Star Region's United Fleet, picked up the communicator alongside him to issue orders.

"Now, counterattack begins!"

Previously at a disadvantage, the Western Star Region's fleet began to accelerate forward, with cruisers forming a web-like formation, connecting to establish a beehive-like force field network to limit the enemy's warplanes and mechas. Meanwhile, destroyers formed into a roller-like formation, providing mutual fire cover to respond to the enemy's warplane and mecha assaults.

Originally about to become prey, the Western United Fleet transformed in an instant into a fierce wolf pack, surging out in front of the Sixth Fleet's warplanes and mechas.

Suppressing their inner horror and unease, the Sixth Fleet's fighter array continued to fight.

The battle was not over yet. Even if the opponent had a Songstress with Solar Crowns, they, as Federation soldiers, must execute the honorable order to defeat the Sun in the sky.

Facing the still-resisting Sixth Fleet, the Western Star Region's United Fleet prepared for another concentrated volley, the halo of the Solar Crowns spreading, breaking through a large number of the Sixth Fleet's shield barriers, causing its constructed force field defenses to fail.

Thus, the Sixth Fleet's main battleships straightforwardly abandoned defense, channeling all power and energy into main cannon firing.

The light streams intertwined, dazzling streams flashed repeatedly, causing explosions and flames within both sides' formations.

At this point, around the Sixth Fleet's Titan Flagship, silver lines emerged again. They twisted together chaotically, forming flickering chaotic phasing.

Seeing this scene, although there was no Solar Crown rising, it indicated Ores was still alive, allowing the Sixth Fleet soldiers and officers to regain confidence and continue fighting fearlessly.

In response, aboard the flagship of the Western Star Region's United Fleet, Marshal Odo issued another order.

"All ships, lock on to enemy Titan Flagship, start the concentrated attack!"

In the vast Star Sea, the central axis main cannons of battleships began charging, with kilometer-long barrels emitting compressed light particles in space. Then, the terrifying energy continually focused into the central Core Crystal, with the blazing core beginning to glow.

Previously, there were barriers blocking, but this time, there was no obstruction, no concealment. Allowing the Western Star Region's United Fleet to execute this concentrated volley, the torrent traversing the Star Sea was enough to annihilate and ignite the 'Hydra-class' flagship Ores was aboard.

As time ticked away, the gaze was filled with the fierce crossfire of warplanes and mechas, with both sides having warships and warplanes exploding in the Star Sea every moment. That gradually illuminating grand light formation caused countless people to hold their breath.

As if in slow motion, in the distant Star Sea, raging particle torrents began traversing the cold, vast space, rushing toward the scarred Titan Flagship at the speed of light.

One warship after another obstructing the front was engulfed by this photon torrent, turning into scorched dust, continuing to pierce through that heavy large battleship. The blinding light stream overflowed from the dark armor and steel hull, swallowing and covering it while still advancing unimpeded toward the Titan Flagship interwoven with black and waves.

This gigantic warship, bestowed with noble hopes by the Federation, was astonishingly fragile and small before this more magnificent light. Its aft jets struggled to maintain propulsion, making one last effort to avoid the core zone of the flagship. However, all of this appeared futile before the light stream that would reach in a fraction of a millisecond.
