"Haha, seeing them scream their throat out was fun. Let's go inside and watch the ritual when they are getting- "

And that was the last thing he said before he was smashed into the ground with a beast arm.

"I don't even want these pieces of shits to do complete what they are thinking. Elfman said as he smashed that person to a pulp"

Lucy winced slightly seeing it but calmed down immediately while the others did not even blink at what just happened.

Ultear placed a hand on Lucy's shoulder.

"Just remember this Lucy, if you leave these kinds of assholes alone, one day they might come after the one's who are close to you or maybe burn down an innocent village or town elsewhere." Ultear said as she looked towards Meredy who had a dark expression in her face.

Lucy nodded at that as she knew about what happened to Meredy when she was a child due to the actions of the Zeref cultists. Plus, their recent battle with Jellal which revealed the cruelty in the R tower by the Zeref cult along with the manipulation of Jellal had made Lucy aware of the dark side of the world.

Plus, Mira had taught her about the guidelines that should be held when facing the dark guilds before she left for the mission. A dark guild is a wizard organisation which does not have the permission of the council to operate. But this is a vague spectrum as there are many dark guilds which does not do any crime but are unable to get proper certification to be an official guild. Most of the council turn a blind eye to this as they are mostly formed in rural areas where people with abilities band together to get a job.

But in the case of dark guilds that worship dark entities like Zeref and do harm to innocents and other people, the council had given the permission to official guilds to ensure their end if their actions borderline inhuman and monstrous. So, Elfman killing those degenerate guards who were enjoying the act of harming other innocent children will be approved by the council.

Ultear had warned Lucy to be careful as she sensed the presence of someone strong within the stronghold of the ritual. Although they will be able to handle him if they are careful, having doubts while fighting will end up with them getting hurt.

"Elfman, Agni, Ash. You guys are our highest firepower right now. So, you guys will be dealing with the strongest cultists along with their leader. While we all will try to kill or subdue the lackeys and make sure all the children brought here for the sacrifice are safe" Ultear gave out her plan.

"Don't worry, it's a man's job to stand in front of their enemies, I'll make sure to take on their strongest while you rescue those children" Elfman said out loud earning a sigh from others as they were planning on giving the others a surprise.

"GRuu urur" Ash gave his approval as well to the plan.

Ultear turned to Agni.

"You're the only one among them with common sense, so make sure those two idiots are safe alright"

"Gruu" Agni agreed with a fed-up expression.

"Let's go" Meredy said in a rough voice, showing how much of her anger she was holding back when facing the Zeref cultists.

Everyone went on their own way. Team Elfman began climbing to the top of the stronghold where the strongest magical signatures were present while the others went to the hall downstairs, the only place big enough to place a ritual of sacrifice they are planning on doing.

"Look there" Lisanna pointed towards the guards who were keeping guard in front of a prison.

"I can feel at least a total of three hundred children in that prison" Meredy said while gritting her teeth as she felt their aura to be low, showing that the abuse they face has been leading them closer towards death.

"What's the plan" Lucy asked

"Lucy, we need you to summon that Aquarius summon of yours and use a water attack to move all those guards away from the prison and if possible. Plus, if she can destroy the ritual preparations they created nearby, all the better." Ultear said the plan.

"Alright" Lucy said as she took the Aquarius key and dipped it in a small fountain nearby. "When do I need to start"

"Wait for it" Lissanna said as she took on her cat form which had high hearing.

"Now" she said.

"Open gate of the sea Aquarius!!"

Lucy shouted out as Aquarius came outside. Lucy had learned to communicate slightly with her spirits without summoning them due to the advice Karna gave to her. Plus, Aquarius knowing that this time it was serious, immediately summoned a wave.

BOOOOOOOM!!

At that moment, the top part of the building exploded, distracting the guards making sure the attack landed.

"Where the hell did this wate- "they were not even able to finish before most of them were submerged and thrown into the walls, essentially knocking them out while destroying the entire ritual site.

"Yes we did it" Lucy shouted. "Ouch" then she screamed because Aquarius dropped her chalice on her head.

"Don't get too cocky kid, this was just a one-time favor, don't even think about ordering me again" Aquarius huffed as she disappeared.

Everyone else consoled Lucy who had black lines on her forehead.

At the time at the top.

"All you bastards from the legal guilds think that they are above us all, once our god appears, we will take you all out once in for all" The leader of the cult shouted out.

"Not as long as manly men remain you bastard" Elfman shouted out while punching him in the face.
