"You're that multi-skilled esper I ran into before, aren't you?" 

Kakine Teitoku searched his memory. Although his brain had been split into pieces, causing him to lose a significant amount of memories, he still retained fragments of the man standing before him. 

During the dark side battle, Kakine Teitoku's primary target had been the #1, Accelerator. However, the #4, Mugino Shizuri, had provoked him, forcing him to defeat her and her group, **"ITEM."** 

After defeating them, to avoid being constantly harassed, Kakine Teitoku had planned to capture someone to interrogate about **"ITEM's"** safehouse. That's when he encountered this man. 

Kakine Teitoku remembered him vividly. Multi-skilled espers had been proven nonexistent in Academy City—it was impossible for one person to have multiple Personal Realities. Yet, this man had demonstrated abilities like flight, energy blasts, and self-healing. 

"You still remember me? I'm honored." 

"Was that a spatial ability you just used?" 

Musujime Awaki, who possessed **"Move Point,"** was right in front of him. The man had appeared suddenly, and the only way to do that was through spatial manipulation. 

Based on the man's performance, Kakine Teitoku made a reasonable assumption. 

Li Mo spoke up, "More or less. Kakine Teitoku, shouldn't you be at the natural gas power plant in District 3? How did you get out... Oh, I see. You used **'Dark Matter'** to fill in your organs and brain. Interesting. Are you treating yourself like a machine now?" 

From the memories he had dug up, Li Mo understood Kakine Teitoku's situation. He had accumulated a lot of information about him, especially since Kakine Teitoku's legacy—Unicorn and Fremea Seivelun—were deeply connected. That's why he remembered so much. 

Combined with his board member privileges, Li Mo had built a comprehensive database.

Wings reappeared behind Kakine Teitoku. With his six wings, he resembled an angel. 

But Li Mo had even fought real angels before. 

Raising his hand, Li Mo fired a familiar magic blast, cleanly destroying the wings that had extended toward him. He said, "Don't be so hasty. I know you challenged Accelerator to have a dialogue with Aleister. But have you considered that even now, Accelerator doesn't have the right to speak with Aleister?" 

Li Mo smiled. Accelerator had only learned about the existence of **"Dragon"** from Kakine Teitoku's spoils. In the future, Accelerator would become the Board Chairman, but that was in the future. 

"What are you trying to say? That everything I've done is just wishful thinking?" 

Kakine Teitoku stopped his probing attacks. The information Li Mo had revealed was far more intriguing. 

As for Neoka Norito's orders, he had long forgotten them. A board member? Just another one of Aleister's lackeys. Although it was Neoka Norito who had inspired him to leave the natural gas power plant in District 3, hadn't he also helped Neoka Norito by hunting down those dark side operatives? 

A cold snort was Kakine Teitoku's acknowledgment of Li Mo's strength. The man was an adult and an impossible "multi-skilled esper," something Academy City had denied existed. Yet, here he stood. 

Any contradiction hinted at complex underlying information. 

"I don't know why you want to speak with Aleister, but what I do know is that the Board Chairman doesn't care much about this city. Moreover, even if Accelerator can speak with Aleister, that doesn't mean you can by becoming the #1. 

Accelerator is special." 

The next second, an attack from Kakine Teitoku came rushing at Li Mo. 

A sphere of **"Dark Matter"** flew straight toward him. Unable to determine the nature of the object, Li Mo didn't want to use the **"Thororm Spell."** What if it exploded before he could react? 

He wouldn't die, but that didn't mean he wouldn't be embarrassed.

There are two very special people in Academy City. 

Accelerator and Kamijou Touma. 

Both are indispensable to Aleister's plans. As for Kakine Teitoku...

As soon as the words left his mouth, an even fiercer attack came his way. It seemed Li Mo had struck a nerve, as Kakine Teitoku's attacks became sharper and more aggressive.

What kind of material were his wings made of, granting them defensive capabilities? Li Mo couldn't tell. Accelerator could crush Kakine Teitoku through sheer calculation, but Li Mo couldn't. 

His brain wasn't a supercomputer. 

"If you want to fight, then let's fight. It's a good chance to get back at you for bullying my subordinates." 

"I've been waiting for your moves!" 

Massive amounts of matter were created as Kakine Teitoku opted for the simplest kinetic weapons. At the same time, he conjured a blazing sun and fierce winds. 

By creating nonexistent matter and altering conditions, he could enhance the lethality of light, turning ordinary sunlight into lasers. 

**"Dark Matter,"** the ability to create matter that didn't belong to this world. 

In short, it was the ability to create matter that might exist in another world, as if creating laws that didn't belong to this reality.

With inhuman capabilities unleashed, Li Mo calmly spoke, his voice carrying the weight of a divine curse: "Flesh above, matter below." 

Definition, reversal. The order of things was inverted. A spell constructed from **"God's Flesh"** and **"God's Blood,"** the **"Light Execution,"** took effect. 

In an instant, Li Mo severed various materials and closed in on Kakine Teitoku. The angelic spell **"Light Execution,"** combined with **"Beast's Authority,"** cleanly cut through Kakine Teitoku's wings and knocked him unconscious. 

The process was smooth and effortless.
