Kakine Teitoku caught the Coke, sat up straight, and said, "Director Li Mo, right? I'm curious, what exactly are you? Not to mention the restrictions you've placed on me, you've demonstrated high-speed regeneration, energy attacks, flight, spatial movement... and so on. Multi-skill users don't exist in this city. Are you some kind of Gemstone?"

"Good, I think I understand."

"Aren't you afraid I'll come after you?"

Li Mo stood up and finished his Coke in one gulp.

"I should get going."

Li Mo left the prison.

The Anti-Skill prison was worlds apart from Aleister's windowless building. Using his spatial movement magic, Li Mo came and went as he pleased.

Kakine Teitoku watched Li Mo leave.

What he used wasn't an ability, and the possibility of him being a Gemstone was personally denied. Magic, huh?

So the stuff from fairy tales really exists.

Kakine Teitoku recalled the conflict with the so-called religious factions some time ago... Officially, they were said to be ability users from that side. But ability development was Academy City's exclusive competitive advantage and couldn't have been leaked. If a third party had researched ability development, it would have been all over the news.
