The moment the heavenly nukes erased the abyssal depths and core domains, an ominous entity emerged from the depths, a being that should not exist yet loomed over from the well-hidden shadow realm.

The second Abyssal God finally made its appearance. The atmosphere trembled as the menace that defied divine comprehension descended into the battlefield.

Its presence seemed to twist the dimension and space, reshaping the terrain into an endless nightmare of writhing flesh, abyssal tendrils, and ceaseless whispers. Billions of grotesque horrors erupted from its form, blotting out the sky, fueled by eons of suffering and hunger.

The once victorious heavenly army fell one after another as the horror of countless terrifying corrupted creatures descended upon them, realizing they faced an unstoppable force.

The abyssal hordes surged forward, wave after wave, consuming everything in their path.

The Heavenly Pantheon fought with every ounce of their power, unleashing their strongest divine techniques. The Heavenly Army resisted, but their losses mounted with every passing moment.

As the desperate battle ensued to the fourth day since the Nirvana Great War started, Elysia was already bleeding and exhausted, but she continued to bless her warriors and eradicated all the enemies that approached the Nirvana Barrier, refusing to let hope die.

Many corrupted monsters managed to break through the barrier by their overwhelming number and force. Everything went awry and many of their plans failed because of Lady Nirvana's corrupted shadow clone suddenly emerged. This new Abyssal God variables was too powerful for the heavenly army to resist.

"Your Lord cannot save you. Your heavens and worlds belong to the abyss."

As that eerie voice echoed in the minds of the heavenly army, the purple rain rained down upon the battlefield, granting greater buffs to the corrupted, dark creatures and inflicting severe debuffs on the heavenly forces.

'I'm sorry, it's all my fault! I failed to notice such an overwhelming entity even though everything was under my watch for eons...' Lady Nirvana grasped her head as she murmured in despair.

'That thing nestled below the Sovereign of Abyss, and he did his best to hide its existence beneath his presence, masking it with his aura.' Elysia could only conclude this possibility as to why Lady Nirvana never ever once noticed such an absurdly dangerous entity despite having watched over the Corrupted Nirvana Realm for eons.

'Ely, everything is going according to our divination. There is no way this Nirvana Great War can be won easily, let alone in less than a week.' Elena retreated to Elysia's side.

'The heavenly army can be wiped out at this rate, but that thing still hasn't made its move.' Ai frowned as she stared at the distant sky. Sadly, nothing could be seen because countless monsters already covered the entire sky, charging like a massive insect colony.

'That Nirvana's shadow clone can't seem to move from its position, just like Ely at the moment.' Lifa guessed the most likely thing.

'Master, Zera is requesting permission to confront the highest enemy. This humble servant shall bring its head to you.' Zera voiced her request. She had been itching to take to the battlefield, and she had been waiting patiently enough.

'Permission granted. Go test it and retreat once you can't handle it. Eradicate anything that gets in the way.' Elysia bestowed her blessing without further ado.

It was the time for her pantheon to use the dark mode plan with Zera as the spearhead to test Lady Nirvana's corrupted shadow clone.

'By your will.' Zera emerged out of her master's shadow. She knelt as her master's blessings flowed through her body and soul.

After receiving the buffs and graces that boosted her overall stats, she vanished into the void, charging directly to the abyssal depth where the said corrupted shadow clone resided.

"Damn, this is endless!" Sylvia exclaimed as her mech's right arm was destroyed in close combat with a 15th Rank monster.

"Return to defensive formation! We are running out of energy, ammo, and explosives." Lynn reminded her fellow sisters at the forefront as the situation spiraled out of control.

"Call for backup. We can clear them up even if it's just one wave if we work together well with everything we have! We need to lighten our master's burden!" Sylvia shouted out loud to her fellow sisters, but after seeing the other's situation, she bit her lower lips, knowing they could no longer hold their ground.

"We have lost 4623 tier-2 mechs, 112 tier-1 mechs, 96 battleships, and countless robots. No star shatterer bombs could end this monster wave anymore. We need to proceed to dark mode plan and then return to our master's side in eighteen hours." Xentia reported the bitter situation of what they had suffered.

The monster army had retreated to the Helven Realm as their master couldn't let them participate in this desperate battle anymore, and their family was also starting to run out of firepower, especially explosives. One more day of battle in this endless wave, and their family's high-tech could no longer support them.

"It's time for a tactical retreat, huh. But before that, it's the dark mode time? Sisters, let's unleash our dark side to eradicate as many monsters as possible before we return to our master's side." Erina's expression darkened, but she couldn't hide her feverish gaze, craving to kill more monsters.

Their body was soon engulfed in the dark energy as if the corruption was absorbed into their bodies. As the thorns-like marks emerged on their limbs, their aura became somewhat demonic. Their exclusive mechs were affected, and their mech's primal source cores soon transformed into dark-powered energy.

Since they reversed their internal power into the dark side, the debuffs from the corruption turned into other buffs that further strengthened them. With no more debuffs holding them back, they dashed like unstoppable forces to clear the paths and any approaching enemies dared to go closer to their master's side.

Even though their mechs were cracked and on the brink of destruction, they were determined to hold on a little longer with the last drop of power they had left.

"Milady, your people got corrupted by the corruption. They charged at you directly with heavy killing intent and malice!" Yuna gasped and rushed back to Elysia's side, ready to capture the corrupted girls with her Emperor Artifact.

She could just kill the corrupted and be done with it, but they were still Elysia's cherished people, and she knew Elysia didn't want to see them die here.

"Ease your worries. Nothing can corrupt them as long as I'm alive. They only use forbidden dark arts to coexist with this heavy corruption energy..." Elysia put her hand on Yuna's shoulder and raised her other hand towards the sky.

She tried to stop the rain of corruption, she she felt exhausted after fighting and enduring for four days non-stop. It wasn't just as support, but she also served as a long-range damage dealer, defender, and buffer in the past four days.

Her family's star shatterer bombs and anti-matter cannons were running out of power, and the next phase of the plan seemed to have to be brought forward.

"..." Yuna was not sure, but she saw the other Goddesses by Elysia's side were not worried about it.

They only focused on strengthening the defense and eradicating any approaching monsters.

"???" Lady Nirvana wondered what Elysia was planning. She honestly felt it was incredibly odd why Elysia and the Elysium Pantheon members could remain calm even in this desperate situation.

The war had gone for the worse because her corrupted shadow clone, the one that shouldn't even exist, joined the battle with overwhelming forces. That shadow clone had been producing and nurturing countless corrupted monsters over the eons, and surely, even if He-Dao managed to slay the Sovereign of Abyss, the war was doomed to lose.

They just stalled for the inevitable. Everything went upside down because of her negligence. Her arrogance due to the prophecy of the future where the Corrupted Nirvana Realm was destroyed led everyone to a desperate situation like this.

But strangely, regardless of anything, Elysia's calmness soothed her mind as she knew they could never lose hope as long as Elysia, the recovering 20th Rank Supreme Goddess, was here as their backbone.
