My Sign-in System in Naruto

Chapter 3: Chapter 3: The Next Signing Location

Hinata slowly regained consciousness, opening her eyes to find herself lying awkwardly on the ground.

She felt a sharp pain in her head as memories flooded back... someone had followed her and knocked her out.

An overwhelming fear washed over her, causing Hinata to want to stand up.

However, she soon realized that although she had regained consciousness, her limbs felt completely powerless.

Soon, she saw a shadow stretching in the moonlight and turned her gaze upward, spotting a black-haired boy standing in front of her.

At the same moment, Haru noticed Hinata.

Their eyes met, but Haru saw fear reflected in Hinata's gaze. She attempted to inch away, her eyes starting to water.

The signing mission was complete, and Haru could easily leave Hinata there.

Yet, seeing the expression on her face... weak, pitiful, helpless, and despairing, made him sigh.

He slowly squatted down and noticed Hinata trying to distance herself from him.

"I'm here to save you."

"It's okay now."

After briefly identifying himself, Haru ignored Hinata's reaction and picked her up in a princess carry.

He was determined to drop her off at the entrance of the Konoha hospital.

However, if he encountered someone from the Hyuga clan on the way back, he could hand Hinata over to them as well.

Unfortunately, Haru did not come across any Hyuga clan members or Konoha's pursuing ninjas during his journey.

He didn't know if they hadn't realized Hinata had been kidnapped or if the route he took simply avoided any encounters.

'Whatever. I'll make some noise and head back.'

Boom!

Using his immense chakra, Haru clenched his fist and smashed it into the ground.

Just as he was about to turn and leave, Hinata finally mustered enough strength to speak.

"Name…"

Even so, her voice was barely audible, almost like that of a mosquito.

If it weren't for Haru's acute hearing, enhanced by the night, he probably wouldn't have noticed her at all.

Thinking it over, Hinata had always spoken softly due to her shy nature.

"Senju."

Haru left just a surname before disappearing into the night.

Not long after, the on-duty staff at the Konoha hospital ran out to check the commotion and quickly found Hinata lying on the ground.

"This is... the Hyuga clan's young lady?"

The staff were startled and hurriedly called for help to carry Hinata inside.

Meanwhile, Haru, who had vanished, stealthily perched on a nearby telephone pole, watching as Hinata was taken in for treatment before turning to leave.

Ding! A new sign-in task has been issued!

Please proceed to the ninja school for sign-in to receive a reward!

Haru's eyes lit up upon hearing this.

'Sign-in at the ninja school?'

Although he had obtained Hashirama's chakra, it only gave him a vast amount of chakra.

To become Hokage as he wished, he needs first to enter Konoha's upper ranks. And for that he first needed to become a ninja.

Even if Naruto was often teased, he was still technically a genin.

As for Haru, he was merely a descendant of the fallen Senju clan, living in the village as an ordinary person.

Enrolling in the ninja school was the first step to becoming a genin.

'And just the first signing yields such rich rewards; perhaps the next one will grant me Mokuton.'

With Hashirama's chakra combined with his Mokuton.

Now that's the true God of Ninjas!

Of course, that was something for tomorrow. Today had been exhausting, and he needed to reward himself.

Meanwhile...

Hiashi Hyuga, the head of the Hyuga clan, led a group of clan members in pursuit, quickly arriving at the border of the Land of Fire.

However, upon seeing the situation, he was left dumbfounded.

A vast area of forest had been reduced to wasteland.

'Could it be the Tailed Beast Bomb…?'

Hiashi gasped, immediately commanding the others to search the area.

"Clan Leader!"

In less than two or three minutes, they found something using the Byakugan.

"This is…"

Hiashi rushed to the scene and discovered the corpses of Cloud Village ninjas.

Rather than being recognizable bodies, they appeared more like chunks of meat.

They had to exert a lot of effort just to identify their true identities.

'What on earth happened here…?'

Hiashi was utterly perplexed.

Could it be that the Jinchuriki had gone berserk and killed their own?

Otherwise, how could one explain the sight before him?

'Could it be… that legendary figure?'

At that moment, one of the Hyuga clan members approached Hiashi and speculated.

Everyone knew that the Land of Lightning had a perfect Jinchuriki, so the chances of a berserk incident were quite low.

'Could it be Jiraiya?'

Hiashi furrowed his brow. If it were a toad from Mount Myoboku, such destruction was indeed possible.

But how could he explain the chakra he sensed earlier…?

"Expand the search area…"

After a moment of silence, Hiashi issued orders to his clan members.

Whoever was responsible, he wanted to find his daughter.

After an unknown amount of time, Hinata's "older brother", Neji, who was supposed to guard the main house, finally arrived.

"Clan Leader!"

"Neji? What are you doing here?" Hiashi was surprised to see him.

"It's about Hinata."

"Hinata? What happened to Hinata?"

Upon hearing her name, Hiashi's emotions turned frantic.

Whether as his daughter or the future of the Hyuga clan, Hinata's status was crucial.

"She was taken to Konoha Hospital." Neji took a deep breath and explained.

'Hinata was taken to the hospital?'

Hiashi froze, glancing at the scene around him.

Could it really be Jiraiya?

"Neji, help gather the bodies of the Cloud ninjas and take them back to the village."

After speaking, Hiashi didn't wait for Neji's response and hurriedly rushed back to the village.

Just as Neji had said.

Hinata was lying on a hospital bed, receiving treatment.

Not only that, but the Third Hokage and the advisor, Danzo, had also just arrived.

"Lord Hokage." Hiashi greeted first before urgently inquiring about Hinata's condition.

"She's fine now, just shaken and needs to rest," the nurse replied.

"Who brought her here?" Hiashi asked again.

In truth, it wasn't just Hiashi who cared about this; the Third Hokage and Danzo were equally concerned.

"We're not sure," the nurse thought for a moment before answering, "but Miss Hinata mentioned 'Senju' a few times while she was unconscious."

'What?!'

Hiashi, the Third Hokage, and Danzo were all momentarily stunned.
