Naruto: Adopted Son of Minato

"I can't believe how much Itachi has grown! He'll become the legendary Itachi-sama! To achieve so much at such a young age... a true genius!" Uzumaki Hiroshi thought, looking at Itachi.

"Thinking about it, I feel sorry for Itachi. If not for his clan, he wouldn't have ended up like that, making his brother hate him. I really admire him. I truly respected him as Itachi-sama," Uzumaki Hiroshi thought, looking at Itachi.

"Forget it, I shouldn't stare. It's awkward. I should think about where to take Harumiko if I find her," Uzumaki Hiroshi said softly, looking away.

He turned his attention to the hospital entrance.

"Aunt Kushina won't be out for a while. I'll rest here for a bit," he whispered.

Uzumaki Hiroshi watched the people coming and going, eventually drifting off to sleep.

Time passed, and about an hour later, Minato and Kushina slowly emerged from the examination room.

"Hiroshi, wake up. Let's go home," Minato said softly, gently shaking him.

Uzumaki Hiroshi woke up, rubbed his eyes, and stood.

"Uncle Minato, Aunt Kushina, you're out! How's Naruto?" he asked, smiling.

Kushina smiled and nodded. "Naruto is doing fine. He'll be born in a few days!"

"In a few days, you'll be a big brother! Our family of four will be so happy!" Minato said, ruffling Hiroshi's hair.

Uzumaki Hiroshi nodded, but felt a pang of sadness. He knew Minato and Kushina would die in a few days, but he couldn't say anything.

"Alright, let's go home and rest," Minato said.

The three of them walked home.

"Uncle Minato, Aunt Kushina, go on ahead. I need to go out and see a friend," Uzumaki Hiroshi said at their doorstep.

Minato and Kushina nodded, went inside, and Hiroshi set off.

"Alright, nothing else to do. I'll go see Harumiko. I wonder what she's doing. I hope she has time to hang out," Uzumaki Hiroshi thought as he walked towards Harumiko's house.
