Naruto: An Informant from the Uchiha

"Only I, only I becoming Hokage can make Konoha great again!"

Danzo's gaze burned as he looked at Uzumaki Ku. In just over a year, this boy had mastered Wood Release's Deep Forest Emergence, awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, surpassing even the three-tomoe stage.

The combined power of the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju, and Uchiha Madara had reappeared in a single person.

Sssss...

A long sword scraped across the ground, throwing up sparks.

Ku slowly walked up to face Danzo, puzzled. "Where the hell is your confidence coming from? All your subordinates are dead, and you're still talking like you're in control? You sick or something?"

Danzo shook his head slightly. "The deaths of Root shinobi are never meaningless. The power of Wood Release's Deep Forest Emergence, the Mangekyō Sharingan, Flying Thunder God, Body Flicker, Susanoo…"

"Ninja battles aren't about absolute power. They're about intel! That's the key to victory!"

He squinted. "Your eyes' abilities should be related to speed, right? That Body Flicker of yours, there's only one other village in the whole ninja world I know of with that level, Kumo."

Ku's Mangekyō rotated sharply. "You talk too much, old dog."

Shing!

A horizontal slash cleaved Danzo cleanly in two at the waist.

"Summoning!"

A massive cloud of smoke erupted, red as blood, and the dream-eating Baku appeared. Its gaping mouth unleashed a powerful reverse wind, sucking everything toward it.

Having just activated Izanagi, Danzo took advantage of Ku's momentum. The unexpected gust caught him slightly off guard.

"Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere!"

A massive chakra orb of compressed wind shot from behind, intensified by Baku's suction. It turned into a deadly pincer attack.

Inside the Four Violet Flame Formation, Ku's marked kunai were burning in the purple fire, and even Body Flicker was being disrupted by the violent winds.

But it wasn't over yet...

"Wind Release: Shuriken!"

Three shuriken wrapped in Wind Chakra followed the orb, their slicing edges sharp enough to tear even the massive trees apart just from their aftershock.

"Wind Release: Kunai!"

Danzo spat out a wind-enhanced kunai, turning it into a shrieking short blade.

Boom!!!

A chain of attacks all landed within two seconds while Ku was locked down.

But when the dust cleared, Ku was completely unharmed. The towering trees surrounded a colossal humanoid figure.

A blue chakra giant rose, clad in thick wooden armor.

"Wood-Clad Susanoo. What do you think? Like the look?"

Ku sneered. The giant raised its blade and cleaved down at the Baku.

"Roooaaaarrr..."

With a wailing cry, Danzo's summoning beast was sliced and vanished in a puff of smoke. Dead or just dismissed, no one could say.

Ku stood calmly on the forehead of his Susanoo, looking down at Danzo.

"In a ninja battle, if your intel is wrong, then you pay the price."

As he finished, the Wood-Armored Susanoo raised its massive sword and brought it down on Danzo.

Boom!!!

Stone shattered. The underground Root base began to collapse.

Neither of them cared.

Danzo used Izanagi again. Two Sharingan eyes on his right arm closed.

But the moment he reappeared, 

Pluck!

A hand suddenly appeared and gouged out Danzo's right eye.

Shlick!

A blade pierced through his heart.

Ku reappeared, calmly placing the eye in a glass jar. "Sharingan aren't for you to waste like respawn tokens. In front of my eyes, even Izanagi is useless."

Danzo looked down, stunned, at the blade impaled in his chest. A flicker of light from a Flying Thunder God seal flashed behind his shoulder.

"When… did you-?"

The answer came to him immediately.

During that combo of attacks, there had been only one moment of contact: when the final wind kunai hit, and the Susanoo blocked it.

That was when the seal was planted.

"All I've ever done was for Konoha. I was the one most fit to be Hokage! Uzumaki Ku, Konoha will come after you for this!"

Mad with rage, Danzo yanked the sword from his chest.

But Ku didn't approach, he Body Flickered away.

"Aren't you gonna use your Reverse Four Symbols Sealing? Or are you saving it?"

The question made Danzo freeze. His lifeless eyes looked at Ku again. "How… do you know about that? Cough!"

He spat a mouthful of blood. With his heart pierced, only the strength granted by the flawed Hashirama cells kept him alive this long.

"If I die, I'll drag you to hell with me!"

Roaring, Danzo used all his remaining chakra to Body Flicker once more, his legs burst from the force, and he appeared before Ku in an instant.

Black blood spurted as a sealing sphere formed: the Reverse Four Symbols Seal.

"Die with me, Uzumaki Ku!"

The black sphere expanded rapidly, then collapsed inward, yet Ku was nowhere inside it.

…..

Thud!

Danzo collapsed and stopped moving.

Ku calmly picked up the fallen blade. The Flying Thunder God seal glinted.

"I saw this much in my foresight… right up to you going crazy and drawing your sword."

He exhaled in relief.

"Good thing I didn't trust my memories about the Four Symbols Seal. If that's all it was, slow activation, no backup, how is that even dangerous? In the original timeline, it barely sealed half a bridge. Bet Obito and Sasuke had already drained most of it."

Ku shook his head and walked over to Danzo's corpse. "Looks like the number of eyes is right. But just to make sure nothing ridiculous happens... sorry, this is gonna be gross."

Rip,

With one slash, Danzo's clothes were shredded. His right arm, formed from Hashirama cells, was fully exposed.

"Knew it, you old dog… always had a backup."

One final Sharingan on Danzo's shoulder slowly rotated and began to close.

Delayed Izanagi, the same trick Obito used to survive Konan's six billion paper bombs.

But thanks to Ku's intervention, the activation was too slow. Danzo had gambled that Ku would die from the seal, turning an unfavorable outcome into a dream while preserving his survival.

But the real seal was embedded in Danzo's body, not a suicide move, just a bluff.

Shlick!

Ku stabbed through the barely-opened Sharingan and pulled it out, ending the delayed Izanagi.

He looked at Danzo's corpse. After a moment, he held out his hand.

Wind chakra formed a growing sphere of energy.

Ten seconds later, all that remained of Danzo was minced flesh and shattered bone.

Ku clapped his hands and formed a hand sign: "Fire Release: Great Fireball Jutsu."

A massive fireball incinerated the remains to ash.

Only then did he exhale: "If you're still alive after that… I'll just kill you again."
