Ever since Uchiha Madara's attack on Konoha, almost five days had passed. In these five days, although Konoha was battered and broken, it had generally managed to maintain stability.

Finally, Hiruzen Sarutobi, his expression weary, returned with the relevant directive from the Daimyo of the Land of Fire.
