Chapter 177: 177: Conquest of the Red Hair Pirate.

Zenkichi stood confidently on the deck as the sea breeze whipped around him. His gaze locked onto the man before him—one of the most legendary pirates in the world.

"Zenkichi," Red-Haired Shanks said calmly, gripping the hilt of his sword. "I didn't expect you to show up uninvited. Are you here to challenge me?"

Shanks, one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, had heard the rumors—Zenkichi was quickly rising to prominence, subduing the strongest pirates across the seas.

Zenkichi, however, remained unfazed. "I'm not here to challenge you," he replied, his voice calm and resolute. "I've come to recruit you."

Shanks blinked, uncertain if he had heard correctly.

"From today onward," Zenkichi continued, "you and your crew are mine."

Shanks stared at him, then burst into laughter. "You've got a sense of humor, I'll give you that. But I'm not the kind of man to serve under another."

Zenkichi offered a faint smile. "That's not your decision to make."

A sudden wave of pressure radiated from Zenkichi's body—an immense force of Conqueror's Haki so overwhelming that the very air around them began to tremble. The red-haired pirate's crew froze in place, their bodies immobilized by sheer spiritual force.

Zenkichi stepped forward slowly, unbothered by the resistance. "Are you sure you want to refuse? If you do, I'll have no choice but to end your journey here."

Shanks stood his ground. His own Haki surged outward, clashing violently with Zenkichi's presence. The sheer intensity caused the ship's planks to creak and splinter beneath their feet.

Gritting his teeth, Shanks drew his blade. Coating it in Armament Haki, he lunged at Zenkichi, his swordsmanship honed through decades of battle.

But Zenkichi didn't flinch.

With a single, effortless punch, Zenkichi sent Shanks hurtling backward through the air, crashing into the mast. The red-haired captain coughed, struggling to stand.

"Have you reconsidered?" Zenkichi asked. "Refuse me again, and I'll have no choice but to control you."

Shanks wiped the blood from his lip. "I'll never serve another. I had one captain—Gol D. Roger. That will never change."

Zenkichi sighed. Shanks was strong—stronger than he had expected—but stubborn. Unlike Whitebeard, who was willing to submit for the sake of his sons, Shanks' pride stood unbending.

"I didn't want to do this," Zenkichi muttered, his Mangekyō Sharingan flashing to life.

In an instant, a Genjutsu spread through Shanks' mind, forcing control upon him. One by one, Zenkichi subdued the rest of the Red-Haired Pirates through his overwhelming presence and illusionary might.

With Shanks and Whitebeard under his control, Zenkichi united the Four Emperors completely. His next move: the Holy Land of Mariejois.

The New World trembled.

Its second half was ruled by pirate emperors, while the first was controlled by the Marines and the World Government. And Dressrosa, caught in between, had become a delicate balancing point between these powers.

Doflamingo stood atop the King's Plateau, overlooking his kingdom with a grim expression. The cheongsam-wearing woman beside him, Violet, appeared pale and shaken.

"Violet, are you certain of what you saw?" he asked, voice low and dangerous.

She nodded. "I'm not exaggerating. All four pirate emperors are heading for Dressrosa—together."

Doflamingo's face twisted in disbelief. "The Four Emperors… allied? The world must be losing its mind."

His instincts screamed that this was more than just a rumor, so without hesitation, he leapt into the sky, launching himself toward the sea using the threads of his String-String Fruit.

He needed to see it with his own eyes.

Not long after, Doflamingo saw it—a massive fleet, stretching across the ocean horizon. Ships bearing the flags of Kaido, Big Mom, Whitebeard, and the Red-Haired Pirates all advancing in unison.

His jaw clenched.

"The world… is about to change," he muttered. "The old order is crumbling. A new age is being born."

Rather than fear, a wild excitement bloomed within him. He hated the World Government and the Celestial Dragons—his former brethren. The opportunity to see them destroyed was something he would never let pass.

"I've worked with Kaido before," he said, a manic grin spreading across his face. "It's time to place my bet."

Doflamingo changed course and soared toward Kaido's fleet.

Upon arrival, he called out from the sky. "Kaido-sama! I've come to join you. Are you really taking the fight to the World Government?"

Kaido, standing tall at the ship's bow, looked up. "Doflamingo… so even you've come crawling."

But something felt wrong.

Kaido's voice lacked its usual pride and rage. His eyes were vacant, his tone dull and mechanical.

Doflamingo narrowed his eyes. "This… isn't the Kaido I know…"

His instincts flared again.

The world as they knew it was no longer the same.
